The digital and physical lists for Adam's venture are either flipped or it's not a digital/physical stack. I remember someone saying the list you marked as digital was a delisted version. He never gave a source even if I asked him, but looking at the slow down in a achievers it seems plausible

The list I have for Adams Venture I purchased digitally on a Canadian account

I believe the Catherine stacks are JP/NA - EU

Thanks! I fixed Catherine and switched DG and PH for Adam's Venture Chronicles in my post. But I'm pretty sure that Adam's Venture Chronicles has a DG and PH stack.

You're right. I've added them to my post and changed the other two lists to AS. I think the 8 lists are now all lists for this game.

The description for the chapters trophies in Heavy Fire: A are incorrect...

In PSN, they are simply described as Complete Operation 1, Complete Operation 2, etc

But on PSNP, they are described as Complete Operation 1 AND 2, Complete Operation 3 AND 4.

Hmm, that's an interesting one - I'm not sure where you're seeing it listed as just one operation at a time - checked PSN myself and see "1 and 2" and so on. Rescanned the list and it drew nothing different from PSN

I need more help with Hohokum - I think I know what the proper labeling is at this point but it seems like it's kind of a random mess.

If you own Hohokum, please post what region you are in and what console you played it on and post a link of the game list you're referring to. This will be rare but If you bought the game from a different region's store for some reason, be sure to point that out

When I look at the page for the game, they're displayed correctly in English https://psnprofiles.com/trophies/1746-yakuza-5/Pahlan

But they appear in Japanese in the banner on my profile and in the trophy log page https://psnprofiles.com/Pahlan/log.

Any idea what may cause this?

It happens to some shared JP lists.
