Collecting all platinums / 100% trophies in games based on their franchise, developer or genre. Collecting all platinums / 100% trophies in categories like "all mainline series entries" or "all series entries on PS4 and beyond" etc. There's a big distinction between having all trophies and all platinums. All trophies is more hardcore because it includes DLC and 100% on games without platinums. It is divided up into 4 tiers: Platinum Tier: 100% Series Complete Every trophy for every game in the series including all DLC, 100%'s and system stacks. Gold Tier: All Trophies in a Category Every trophy for a specified category within the series. DLC/100%'s required. Silver Tier: All Platinums in a Series/Category Every platinum in a series or a specified category within the series. DLC/100%'s not required. Bronze Tier: Multiple Platinums in a Series 3+ platinums/100%'s in the series. Who is Rebourne07? I am mostly known for being "that guy with all Final Fantasy trophies" from a few gaming articles and YouTube videos. I have been trophy hunting since early 2011. I am a Software Engineer with a wife and 4 children. I trophy hunt by series, but not exclusively. I'll play anything that looks fun. I will update these pictures/series/descriptions as I get new platinums/trophies and I'll add a comment each time saying what I updated. I do system stacks, but do not do region stacks of any kind. I do not play games outside of my own region (NA). Please don't comment that I'm missing something from a different region. I do not have Metal Gear Rising, Metal Gear Survive or Metal Gear 1&2...yet 😈 **Lots of new games to work on with the Vol 1 Master Collection! 100% Mortal Kombat Trophies Since Reboot Every trophy from every Mortal Kombat game except Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe which I will do someday. Resident Evil 4 (PS3) doesn't have a platinum, but I have 100% trophies for it. Also double platinums for Resident Evil 2, 3 & 7. Might do the RE4 Remake and Village PS4 stacks someday, but I don't like to do system stacks backwards, so we'll see. All The Last of Us Platinums All platinums in the series including all system stacks All Uncharted Platinums All platinums in the series including system stacks Bronze Tier: Multiple Platinums in a Series Spoiler 4 Assassin's Creed Platinums Miscellaneous platinums from the series. I also want to platinum Liberation HD and Mirage. 3 Call of Duty Platinums Miscellaneous platinums from the series. I also want to platinum the latest Modern Warfare trilogy...or at least I did until they announced MWIII as DLC... so we'll see. 4 Doom Platinums + 2 100% Miscellaneous platinums from the series. Doom 64 and Doom Classic Complete don't have platinums, but I have 100% trophies for them. I plan to do 100% of the series. 6 Far Cry Platinums Miscellaneous platinums from the series. I also want to platinum Far Cry 6 PS5. 3 From Software Platinums Miscellaneous platinums from the developer excluding Dark Souls games since they have their own category. I also want to platinum Sekiro. 4 Life is Strange Platinums Miscellaneous platinums from the series. I plan to have this series at 100% series complete someday. 3 Marvel Platinums Miscellaneous platinums from Marvel games. I also want to platinum Guardians of the Galaxy PS4/5, Midnight Suns PS5, Miles Morales PS4 and Spider-Man 2. 17 Other Retro Platinums + 3 100% I'm a huge fan of trophy hunting older games. These are all the Non-PS1 and Non-PS2 retro games that I've platinum'd / completed. 5 PS1 Platinums I'm a huge fan of trophy hunting older games. These are all the PS1 games that I've platinum'd / completed. 18 PS2 Platinums + 2 100% I'm a huge fan of trophy hunting older games. These are all the PS2 games that I've platinum'd / completed. 3 Star Wars Platinums Miscellaneous platinums from Star Wars games. I also want to platinum Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. 7 Telltale Platinums Miscellaneous platinums from the developer, including 100% on all three stacks of the OG The Walking Dead game. I plan on doing a few more of these but since I don't have any concrete plans I'll leave the progress pic as-is for now. Future Projects Spoiler Spoiler I have 2 platinums. I'd like to platinum the PS4 trilogy to increase it to 5 platinums. Spoiler I have 2 platinums. I'd like to platinum Borderlands 3 (twice since I screwed up and got a few trophies on the PS4 version) and Tiny Tina's Wonderlands PS5. Spoiler I have 2 platinums. I'd like to platinum Cabela's African Adventures again just to put this series on the board (and I unironically loved that game). Spoiler I don't have any platinums in this series, but I'd love to platinum the remastered trilogy. Spoiler I have 1 platinum. I'd like to platinum each game in the series to get this to Silver rank. Spoiler I have 2 platinums. I'd like to either shoot for 100% main series trophies or maybe even 100% series complete if I ever got a PSVR2. Spoiler I have 1 platinum and will definitely platinum HM1 again very soon. The real question is whether or not I'll ever get up the nerve to platinum HM2. Spoiler I have 1 platinum. I'd like to platinum Heat and Unbound. I'm way more interested in Unbound than Heat...so I might wait until a new one comes out to tackle this series. Technical question (not taking anything away, I assure you!) - you have Adventure of Mana in there - is that considered to be a FF game, rather than part of the “of Mana” series? Changed it from just a picture of the original trilogy's platinums to my Game List showing progress towards 100% Series Complete. I recently did all DLC trophies for 2 & 3 on PS3 and platinum'd Mass Effect 1 Remastered. I'm working on Mass Effect 2 Remastered right now. I've narrowed it down to a few choices, but want input from the community to decide. What should be my next series...and why? Any other series that's truly great that I might be missing out on? Watch Dogs is a little ropey, and only really got good in Watch Dogs 2 (I haven't sampled the new one), and I'm not sure Crysis is even possible, as I believe the servers have been shut down for the PS3 versions. Cause yeah I believe the PS3 ones are all offline now Oh, sure - well, I’m rustier on Crysis - never played 3, and wasn’t a huge fan of 2 myself, but they’re still top quality, well made games - just not my personal cup of tea, so I never finished them off. I'm hoping to do all the fd trophies barring any duplicates so won't be trying the standalone comrades since I've got the ff15 dlc. If you ever want tips on Final Fantasy trophies, add me and message me on PSN. I mentor lots of people on that. Batman Arkham series I've very seriously considered. I platinum'd Knight and loved it! But I've heard Asylum and City are rough! Darksiders is another series I hadn't considered! I loved 2. F1rstinFlight Posted November 23, 2021 Share Posted November 23, 2021 I’d recommend the Soulsbornekiro series (all modern From Software games). They’re all excellent and some of the best rpgs ever made from a gameplay perspective. Sekiro is technically a character action game but the rest are rpgs. You seem to like Japanese rpgs, just keep in mind these games are very much focused on punishing action gameplay with intricate mechanics. The lore and narratives are also fascinating. They’re extremely hard to piece together because they’re hidden in item descriptions and occasional dialogue, but watching well-made videos that have been made can really help put things in perspective after you’ve beaten them.
