Bronze galore. It better have keyboard and mouse support, otherwise the controls are going to be dumbed down with a singular "grab" button. I don't see how they'd map each finger while keeping it intuitive.

Should be able to get this one on the first stage since it's a heart transplant, when you are adding the new heart in, don't remove the old one, so the patient has 2 hearts, this is how I assume this trophy will unlock since Time Lords have 2 hearts.

Yes, to get this: When you start the heart transplant, remove everything but the heart, then put the new heart in with it and BOOM! You have a Time Lord!

I'm really digging this game. Takes a good while to get a decent grasp of the controls but addicting. Turn the volume down and listen to your own music though, this "surgeon" has some really bad taste in music.

So there's this black cylindrical tool that shows up in the eye and tooth transplants and I have no clue what it's used for. It seems to turn on when I pick it up but as far as I can tell it does nothing, ideas anyone?

I played for a couple of hours yesterday. I earned "You May Feel A Light Tapping" and scored my first A++ ("I Should Never Have Doubted Myself") in the tooth transplant operation which was awesome on a personal level. Surpassed my Battlefield 3 Platinum to become my two rarest trophies. I'm listed under first achievers!

 

For those wondering about the control scheme, R1 and R2 control thumb/index and middle/ring/pinky fingers respectively. By default, arm rotation and wrist flexure/extension is via motion controls with the option to remap to the right stick, which is how I have been playing.

 

Seems like a brutal platinum. I doubt I have it in me. It's fun and hilarious. My first corridor operation seriously cracked me up.
