I know, but I feel like I Am Toast is a more serious attempt at making a game by a large margin. Surgeon Simulator I never really saw as anything more than something that's funny to watch someone on YouTube rage over for about 10 minutes. This game actually seems to have some good variety and challenge to it and to me at least seems like something that could be fun to actually play yourself instead of just fun to watch others lose their shit at it.
