NebbyLunala Posted March 21, 2017 Share Posted March 21, 2017 (edited) Unfortunately, it is late and I need to get some sleep, but I do wish to state that despite better judgement, I am going to drop Ape Escape 2 for something else. What that something else is will have to wait until tomorrow because I am going to my local Gamestop to return a defective disk so I should get some money back. EDIT: Well, I was going to Gamestop but not today - got into a bit of red tape over my medical insurance not being paid last month so I had to wait at home until my parents could fix it and I then got tired and fell asleep at noon so I woke up and then played Wind Waker HD for a couple of hours so it's already 5 PM and I don't feel like walking over there anymore. But I got a deal from them so please Judy, I'd like to swap out Ape Escape 2 for Tearaway. (I know I can do the three trophies involving beating a level without dying as I did it before and am stubborn.) I've come to realize that there is no chance in hell that I will ever manage to get done mk2, FFVII, and FFXV in the time of the event, especially given that XV is now going to have DLC trophies and I don't want to be obligated to get the DLC within the month for the sake of the challenge, not to mention I have college to deal with. It's not as rich in detail as Unfolded(there is no theater in the Standing Stones level and it's daylight instead of night) but the trophies are easier to get and I missed the Vita camera showing my real face even though my face is as ugly as sin. I'm not copping out - I will 100% Ape Escape 2 in the future, but right now I need to relax and I am getting tired and sleeping a lot so I don't want to choke my brain with too many difficult trophy lists. Got through the first two levels and got 100% in the first one with some backtracking once I got he camera but missed a few collectibles in Wassail Orchard. Will go back after I get through Gibbet Hill and get more abilities for atoi. (Why don't I play it more often? Nothing's been too difficult so far, and I've been saving my praise for future battles. I heard the last of the Devil Gate Trial Gates is hard, and I reckon I'll be upgrading my stats then. Xeodrifter (ps4) 4% Finished Ac:B! This game feels like an improved ACII with cool new features (e.g. the parachute), it was slightly more difficult than ACII because of the 100% sync. After finishing the story, I thought it'd take ages to get the plat but most of the side missions were pretty short. As I downloaded and started Xeodrifter, this will be my next game. I would like to take up the offer to switch out one of my games. I turned on unravel and I'm not really feeling it right now. So instead I am going to replace it with Color Guardians, which I also have not started. Should finish up Day of the Tentacle this weekend. Got through a few more stages and completed the first infamous "complete without dying" stage, Wendigo Fissure, after a few tries. The last failure was due to atoi getting stuck on the glue strip and jumping was impossible because I was using her ball form to escape the Wendigos and landed on top of the glue strip, glitching her into the wall. Now at the second of the infamous "complete without dying" stage, Between the Pages. I feel a bit bad for the Scraps - in the original they were all destroyed but in Unfolded they were.... eh, spoiler. They tried to create a PS4 controller because they were jealous of atoi for the You customizing her and not them so you customize their leader and they all become nice. It would have been a nice thing if the game hadn't had those annoying "escort Mr. Gopher to X spot without dying or you have to redo the entire stage from the beginning" set of missions. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

No where near as good as the main game. But hey ho, I'll suffer on through and get it over and done with. Then I think it's on to ICO.
