Only reason it took me 2 years is because I really, & I mean REALLY did not enjoy the game. Love Harvest Moon as I grew up with it but this one was just not good. I recommend following a guide when going for the platinum, & I recommend following more than one since both of the guides I found (the one on PSNProfiles & one on a random forum site) both got stuff wrong & combining those guides together is what basically got it right.
