I got them all except for Infamous Second Son and Uncharted 4. it doesn't give you any avatar or theme but it gives you an artwork with the platinum trophy. Got the plat for TLOUP2, but have not received anything as of yet. When I got it, there were 99 platinum achievers on this site, so there probably isn't a reward for EU at least. You get 2 or 3 promotional e-mails a week from them, but then you get congratulations e-mails and your year end summary of what games you played the most and how many trophies you got overall. They said that those rewards weren't available to EU players. I persisted though and, lo and behold, they passed me over to a specialist who sent me the rewards without issue.
