jemmie Posted December 7, 2020 Author Share Posted December 7, 2020 There are roughly two days left before our first attraction of the CWC, the Couples League! People can sign up until right when the CWC starts, but once the countdown hits zero, the members on the bench will be randomly assigned to their partners (which I guess doesn't matter right now since there are only two people on the bench). If we end up having an uneven number of people on the bench, those who signed up first will have priority. Also, remember that even after the Couples League starts, the other attractions will remain open for signups until their respective start dates. As we're less than ten minutes away from starting the Couples League, I officially made @Flex_Da_Brent and @Warpedsavior a team. Hopefully they share a few of the same games to make things interesting. Thanks to @Froopy the Pogfish, the bot for Couples League is running smoothly and looks nice too. I'll post periodic updates here, but being in the CWC Discord server will give you a better idea of how the teams are doing (which most of the participants are in already by this point). Well, now that I finished typing this, the CWC is just about to begin. Good luck to all! Everyone has until the next bot update to sync their trophies and update their profiles (which should be in about six hours). I wonder if anyone was delay syncing. Also, the Rainbow League has officially begun! Remember, you can only earn specific trophies each day. Day one is bronze! Delay syncing made the difference between Ellie's previous near-zero score and over 900, an impressive feat. Out of all the teams, SIBLING-- did the best job taking advantage of the rules of the Couples League, and both @Ellie-nyan and @Fuwafuwa-no-Neko have earned a spot in the CWC's CWC. This may seem a bit anticlimactic, but since there were less than five teams, everyone who didn't win will be placed in the raffle for the LEGENDARY final spot in the CWC (provided they don't get in themselves via a later attraction). Now that the Couples League is over, what did you think about your experience? Feedback is appreciated in case these attractions ever come back someday. Also, we're now a little over six hours into the Rainbow League. I went on a bit of a rampage and nuked my completion to get an early lead, though I think the fiercest competitors will be those who will be able to score high on the silver and gold days while tip-toeing over those pesky bronze trophies. Also, remember that 2nd through 5th place get their names put into the raffle for the final spot in the CWC.
