I thought sending a new list to a game could cause confussion. I've reviewed the latest achievers and there's only 1 trophy which is actually obtainable (You Struck Gold!), all the others are correct

It's one of the exceptions, I have added it into the first post. It has been discussed before.

You can either downgrade the game to older patch or you can play the game in one shot until you unlock the problematic trophy. Going back to main menu or shutting down your console will break the trophy which makes saving your progress impossible.

Possibly delisted from the JP store, the EU, NA and AS stacks are still accessible.
There are recent players for the JP version, possibly those that got the game before delisting.
Not sure if delisted games => unobtainable trophies according to how PSNP+ flags them, or if the "unobtainable" flag is only reserved for online shutdowns.

In summary, regard this flag as tentative. We need more info on whether it's still possible to acquire this stack or if it's gone for good.

This trophy seems to be glitched in every stack, given the trophy is relatively highly earned on Xbox, and achievement guides state that you'll definitely earn this before you reach 200 Kills.

The developer has acknowledged this trophy is bugged and has stated they will be releasing patches for the older outbreak games once his latest title comes out.

Ubisoft experienced a massive server outage earlier this month, which knocked out most of their online enabled games but whilst the majority were quickly fixed, Watch Dogs and FC 2 remain offline, at least on the PS3/PS4.

Ok so it's an unplanned ongoing outage of online services for those games.. strange that they haven't fixed it yet (maybe still working on it).
At least they should've given us an announcement as to what the plan is for the online service for these games..
In the meantime, I don't know if it qualifies to list these as unobtainable as it might be temporary.. or has it happened before that Ubisoft has been hit and then just shrugged it off saying "well that's broken now and we'll just leave it broken..." Unless that's the case I would say that we should await an update from their end on the matter for the next 1-2 months before making a final decision on whether it's a wreckage that won't be salvaged.

I guess @HusKy will have the final word on how to classify this edge case?

The devs are still looking into what's going on with those 2 games, as are Bethesda with the Doom situation so I personally wouldn't be so quick to mark the affected trophies as unobtainable, when there's still a decent chance they will be fixed. The last time FC 2 went down, it took nearly 3 months for the devs to pull their thumb out and fix the servers.

They did. They acknowledged they were down and brought most of them back up within a couple days. A couple seemed to have slipped through the cracks.

No, Ubisoft has consistently stuck to it's announced shutdown page and brought all the games back up that aren't on that page.

Well that's reassuring, I hope they come back up as I've planned to do Watch Dogs 1 and 2 for PS4 at some point.
I guess if we're going by historical trends then it will be fixed eventually (emphasis on "eventually").

So the unobtainable flag for this initiative is a reflection of the current state of the game, and can be marked and unmarked as needed.
Well then mark it by all means, and when servers are back up I hope we can quickly report for you to remove the marks.

For all of Ubisoft's many, many problems, they aren't dicks when it comes to server closures and always announce upcoming ones with a good amount of lead time so you can get your trophies done and dusted.
