You have to complete the game 3 times as the difficulty trophies don't stack, so I'm not too surprised at this being the rarest. Whilst I enjoyed the game, it's not one I would have played through multiple times personally if I wasn't going for the Platinum. There wasn't much difference in terms of gameplay.
