Since everyone else is voting for the difficult and/or time consuming plats, I say go with either Prototype or the Yakuza games.  I completed Prototype on 360 years ago and it was an awesome experience.  It's challenging, but not really that hard of a Plat, especially if you check out a trophy guide for some of the harder in-game challenges.  The Yakuza games are really fun, and I plan to Plat all of them soon on PS3, and while they can be time consuming (since you need to do 2 or 3 playthroughs), they also really aren't that hard.

 

But if you want a really tough, impressive 100th plat, then do what everyone else suggests

Star Ocean and Wipeout are the most universally revered plats on that list, so I'd definitely go for one of those if I were you. SO4 is definitely the most impressive, because of both the commitment and skill needed though.

I'm going to be playing the game on this list that has the most votes as of tuesday midnight, i have no choice in the matter

 

Dragon if it is to be Star Ocean 4, i will probably start it at the beginning of june, but i will most likely be playing games alongside it but just leave an easy trophy for the plat so i still stay at 99.
