The logo was spotted on a laptop on a Montreal subway. Square Enix refused to comment beyond the old "we don't comment on rumors and speculation" line: http://www.destructoid.com/shadow-of-the-tomb-raider-might-be-the-next-tomb-raider-game-396690.phtml Other games have been leaked this way.
