Nintendo is a close second for me, I just love their exclusives. I would consider buying a WiiU just for a Metroid game , if they made a good one. Crisis001 Posted January 4, 2013 Share Posted January 4, 2013 I have a Nintendo Wii, a Wii U, a Nintendo DS and a Nintendo 3DS, so I would go for sure with anything Nintendo related cause I've bought their product since dad bought the very first Nintendo console in my youth. If PlayStation didn't exist at all, then I predict that the Dreamcast would have had a longer lifespan so I'll go with that. I also have a DS that would keep me busy too. There is just too much work involved in just playing a simple game. Between DRM, updating your system, all the customization etc. I like popping a game into my system and playing it. The SNES is probably the best console ever made due to the sheer volume of great 1st party and 3rd party games. The PS3 is the closest I have seen to competing with that kind of library. Lady Lilith Posted January 5, 2013 Share Posted January 5, 2013 Dreamcast Sega Saturn PS2 (if it counts) But I'd probably go to Nintendo (again) if I had to stay current gen (well, not really in Nintendo's case...but), but I'd skip them and go with Sega in a heartbeat if they came back if Sony left.
