In addition, competitively (OP should know), Bullet Punch + Technician makes him a monster. Can be very powerful, and so freaking adorable. Perfect pet. Second up is Chikorita, my favorite starter. I'm mostly biased on this one due to my love of dragons in general, but what really crystallized it as my number one was the presentation on its opening scene. I never thought Pokemon had the capacity to be that dark, but when I found myself staring into those glowing red eyes, I thought, "Sh*t. That's a little intimidating, not gonna lie."
