The story and atmosphere are quite good, but the combat is not particularly interesting. The game's a little rough around the edges as well. Leon Castle Posted October 21, 2020 Share Posted October 21, 2020 Just gotta say that I did not count One Piece: Pirate Warriors and Dynasty Warriors: Strikeforce as they are not RPGs although they are listed as RPGs on here but elsewhere they are Action-adventure Beat 'em up(One Piece PW 1) and Hack and slash(Strikeforce), also they did not feel as RPGs to me. It was a brief, "scoring only" update without my usual commentary -- I was sick for a large chunk of September and not my usual, loquacious self, so I suppose it might have been overlooked for that reason alone. ? Alas, this means it's still a glitchy mess in parts and I actually ran into one here that I never did when I played through the PS3 version a few times. So that cost me a healthy chunk of my afternoon to replay and "fix", since I was fortunate enough to have a week-old save sitting on a USB that predated when I ran into that glitch and therefore didn't have to replay the entire game -- I've fallen out of the habit of backing up my saves on a regular (weekly) basis, although had I been in that habit I likely would have been screwed here because I more likely than not would have had my backup sitting after I went off the rails and not before. And a heart-stopping moment because of the time delay between the game awarding Destiny Defiant and Destiny Dominated.
