FaradayTheFallen Posted May 24, 2021 Share Posted May 24, 2021 So, I've noticed that this platinum is slowly going down. As of today the platinum is 0.99% which is quite low. Now this game is quite hard with completing the game on Ace, 1000 dogfighter kills and lots more grind. But most games (at least from my experiences) usually go up or stay similar. However the percentage is dropping pretty significantly and I can only think of two reasons. New people getting the game will most likely not go for the platinum but I can't really think of why many people are still getting the game now. Many old people with the game will probably have given up on the platinum which explains it a bit better. Anyone have any other ideas of why this platinum is still going down? From my experience a game that gets added to PS Plus decreases in percentage, but anyone feel free to correct me if that usually isn't the case. Going up against PC players was no fun, and as far as I can remember there was never no handicap given to the PC players. I've still got the game but I've never played again since I completed it. SuperData reported an estimated 1.1 million units sold in its launch month. SteamSpy currently reports at least 500,000 owners on steam. It was in the top-selling games charts on the playstation blog in October & November 2020. The EA conference call in November 2020 also said that it preformed above expectations. It was never meant to be the next big game, but it has done alright for itself. Could have done better if they has released it a bit earlier in 2020 so it didn't have the PS5 to compete with.
