I did indeed.

New Vegas is probably my favourite of the series, although that could just be down to it being the first one I played.

The game does apparantly have similar technical issues as Fallout 3 had, although the way I did things meant I largely avoided this- initially played the game back in 2011, then again in 2014 to mop up any misc trophies, and to do the hardcore run- more aout that later. Then again this year, after finally tracking down a copy of the ultimate edition. I'd sadly lost my original save file somehow, and it was a differant region anyway, so used the xp glitch to level my character to a reasonable point, did a few hours of the base game, then moved on to the dlc's (most of which I did enjoy, although dead money is kind of meh early on).

Dependant on if you enjoy survival game mechanics or not, you could potentially do the game in a single palyhtrough (with strategic saving to get the differant endings). I don't particularly enjoy the whole eating/ drinking etc management, so I did the base game it in 2, the Hardcore playthrough being a speed run (Doable in about 2-3 hours or so. There are probably several guides about this now, but you basically played a Charisma charactter, and talked your way out of trouble all the way).

So I was working down a completion list for a post-game trophy - basically involves running around fulfilling your incredibly needy child companion's requests - and was doing OK. Hit a bit of a roadblock at the karaoke about three quarters of the way down the list but was slowly grasping it and then *boom* blue screen of death hit. Unfortunately I'd become quite lax about saving the game since completing it, so that ended up putting me back to where I was about six hours earlier. Disaster. When a similar catastrophe happened earlier I just shrugged it off and carried on (mostly because that one was more self-inflicted) but this one really hurt. So I took the adult approach, went to the pole dancing club to pop a final trophy and moved on for now. I did have a few attempts at the Climax Battle challenges before quitting, but my heart just wasn't in it any more. I'm sure I'll go back to it in a few months, but after 80-90 hours on Kiwami over the past month it's about time for something different.

Something different is Drawngeon, an old-school (very old-school, it's like the last 30 years never happened) handdrawn dungeon crawler I picked up for about 40p on the current sale. Only played it for about an hour so far and haven't quite worked out what I'm doing yet, but successfully popped most of the easier trophies already. It doesn't appear too challenging so as soon as I get to grips with what's going on it should hopefully be a straightforward experience.

I feel your pain though, I have had to trap a couple mice in my time.

Last night I managed to get 6 trophies in Lego Dimensions and when I checked my stats this morning, I saw that I was was at 91.01% and under 800 unearned trophies! I never thought that I would be able to reach such numbers, really glad I joined this event.

Finished Lego Dimensions Friday night, sadly I still need 33 trophies from the innumerable DLC's but they all require characters my brother didn't own.

I also finally got to playthrough Quest for Booty, which shows the events between 2 Ratchet and Clank games. It's trophyless but it was a nice quick hit of nostalgia.

Since I am still focused on cleaning up my backlog I have not been able to play any new spooky games for this October. So, to rectify that, yesterday I played through and 100% Infamous Festival of Blood. Like Quest for Booty, it was short but good and the better bonus is that it has trophies. They were all pretty easy and it took less than 5 hours if you cut out my time spent idling.

Overall, a pretty decent week.

@stuthesheep I hate when crap like that happens. I had a few similar false starts in Kingdom Come Deliverance because of such occurrences.

i have installed 3 games persona 5 royal dark souls remastered and kingdom hearts hd 2.8 final chapter prologue i play those games since i like the rpg genre of the games and i wil see after that its going to have a long road for the platinum trophie but i dont mind i have more fun in long and normal easy games then those ezpz 20 minutes games no fun for me though i play first kingdom hearts 2.8 and after that persona 5 royal i only install 3 games at a time now at very beginning of my account then i there where to many games installed i have removed them put my library in a-z order and it is much better for the view of my games otherwise its to confusing on what to play exactly but now only 3 games i have installed every time and it feels alot better

Resident Evil - Revelations 2 - PSVita

I am playing this on the PSTV. Game itself is not overly difficult. The invisible & countdown mode can be painful. Especially when the frame rate drops and you are not sure where the enemies are. I had some challenging moments but it just shows that the game is old with old controls/mechanics and we are nowadays more used to a much smoother experience. The game is by the way pretty good, two story lines that have an effect on each other. Very interesting. They should have given this game a coop mode!

Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus (38% -> 58%):

There is a lot of story content for this game. Taking a while to get through it, plus super slow loading lol. Trying to pop some of the more grindy trophies, like the parry. Only probably with that trophy, unlike basically all the others, there is no in game tracker so I have no idea how close I am lol. Oh well. I am working towards it, so it should happen soon. I hope.

Borderlands 3 (28% -> 30%):

Pandora section finished, off to the next one. Each section takes a bit of time so I can only get one or two done a night. At least I am making progress.

Slow week. My baby is turning 1 tomorrow, which is exciting, and my next one is scheduled for birth next Tuesday. Going to be tired times ahead. At least I don't have time to start new games! lol.

i dident make progress this past few days due to low time i got but now this week i going to start uncharted drakes fortune remastered 16% 1 game at a time now since my time is low for to game because of the business in real life i can play at least 4 hours ore maybe 2 but that really depends on the business thats the main reason i play 1 game at a time how ever impossible is that i got over 290 games to play how i even have them in my trophielist those many games is even a riddle for me but i play uncharted 1 for the platinum trophie but the hardest difficulty is going to be a real pain i going to start on normal difficulty first and then i play on crushing i have first played some other games not earned trophies but now only 1 game at a time its better for me since i play 4 hours in the week and monday and wednesday i can play longer and in the weekend i can play longer aswell so happy hunting all

It's been a month-ish since my last update, and I would have been able to report an increase since last time, but since I started a new game about an hour ago, I'm reporting a slight drop. I wasn't planning on starting a new game - I had already decided that I would start cleaning up The Last of Us Remastered from my profile next, buuuuut.... I heard of the impending server closure of Onrush and decided to change what I was doing.

Games I played this month:

Godfall DLC 2 & 3 Lightbringer and Challenger (PS5) 77% --> 100% (plat previously attained)

This is what I've spent the vast majority of my time doing over the last month. I only just finished the final DLC trophy last night. The DLC trophies aren't too difficult, just a little time consuming. It didn't feel time consuming in a bad way, though. It just made you play the game, and I didn't get tired of it, so not a problem for me! I actually really love this game and was happy for an excuse to dive back into this after getting the plat last year. I was really happy with the updates they've made to the game since I played last and had a lot of fun putting together a new endgame build. (There are quite a few viable ones to come up with!) I acturally took probably twice as long as I needed to, as I couldn't decide between a couple of builds and put two different builds together since they both are a lot of fun to play. Even though I've gotten the 100% wrapped up, I still plan on putting quite a few hours into this over the next month. Just haven't gotten my fill yet!

It Takes Two (PS4) 14% --> 14%

No movement here. My wife and I haven't found time to play this month. Hopefully that changes this month!

Kingdom Hearts II (PS4) 2% --> 17%

I don't remember where I saw the notice, but this game's plat will become unattainable on November 30th. I've always wanted to try it out, so I decided it was now or never. I only just started in an hour ago, but so far it's pretty enjoyable. A racing game where you don't actually race, just drive around on tracks and try to crash into the opposite team while completing simple objectives. The plat doesn't look too hard, so hopefully I will get this one done well before the deadline.

Up Next:

- Continue Kingdom Hearts II

- Continue It Takes Two if my wife and I can find the time together

- Onrush will be my new main focus. I'm hoping to finish it up within a week or so.

KH2 remains my favourite of the series, enjoy.

I'm doing Onrush at the moment as well, its fun, but some of the Challenges in superstar can be very RNG (co-op apparantly make ssome of them a bit easier).

Great game but the platinum definitely traumatized me. I did a 100% Critical Mode playthrough since the difficulty trophies stack in the PS4 version. The Oraginzation XIII Data Battles were a real challenge for me and the dang XIII Mushrooms. Good luck and enjoy your time with the kiddos.

This week has been pretty chill for me trophywise. I have finally gotten around to playing Fallout: New Vegas and it's a slow burn for unlocking trophies; at least it is when not taking advantage of any advantageous bugs/ glitches right out the gate. (That will definitely be the case for my Hardcore speedrun though.) To avoid some of the same issues that Fallout 3 and Skyrim have on the PS3, I disabled autosaves and as such have lost some progress along the way, which after so many times gets annoying and I have ended playtime early. I am still in the early game and am sure the trophies will flow a little more freely the deeper into it I get.
