PROJECT PLATINUM

If you don't know what Call of Duty is, you've been living under a rock. Call of Duty is a fast paced (and in some parts stealthy) First Person Shooter. Developed by a range of developers, Treyarch, Raven, Infinity Ward, nSoft and Sledgehammer, and published by Activision, Call of Duty is the best selling FPS of all time, selling atleast 400 million copies worldwide.

 

In terms of PlayStation, Call of Duty was born onto the PS2 in 2003, marking the beginning of a long a treachorous journey of grenades, flashbangs and horrible Veteran difficulty playthroughs, all for a prized possession; The Platinum Trophy.

 

In terms of rarity, the rarest Call of Duty platinum is Call of Duty: Black Ops III for the PS3, which is 0.47% UR, along with its PS4 version, being 0.75% UR, making it the rarest Platinum in the series. The most common though is Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II Remastered (No, not the 2022 version), which is 14.77% Rare.

^Read these, because they are EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!!!^

I - Do it legit. If I find that you cheated any platinums I will find you.

    I'll have your IP, your home address too, your government file probably says a lot about you.

II - Doesn't matter if you complete both consoles for a specific game. Needs to be unique, so no stacks.

III - Every year brings a new game. When it gets released you'll have to reclaim your rank.

IV - Reply to sign up. When you do, state which games have been completed (inwhich I'll double check - justincase), then I'll place you in a rank.

V - As of 30th April 2024, every single Call of Duty's servers are still up, but be careful of some PS3 entries (Yes, BO II I'm staring at your servers). It's 

     best to set up sessions just to be safe. Or risk it for the biscuit, whatever floats your boat.

VI - DLC need not be completed, just the platinum.

There are a total of 19 games, excluding console stacks. I'll include the rarities just for shits n giggles.

M30a7be.png  - PS3 - 10.84% | While being a higher percentage, many COD players say this is the single hardest entry in the series.

Maa0e94.png - PS4 - 8.87% | Originally released without trophies on PS3, thrown in with Infinite Warfare.

M7c8d0e.png - PS3 - 6.03% | The much loved Zombies mode was born in this entry.

M339bb0.png - PS3 - 7.83% - PS4 - 14.77% | This contains the saddest death in my opinion. R.I.P. Ghost :(

M1b10e9.png - PS3 - 3.69% | MASON WHAT DO THE NUMBERS MEAN

Mbffe68.png - PS3 - 3.93% | SOAP NO NO NO NO SOAAAP!!! (music gaurantees tears)

M158985.png - PS3 - 1.06% | Notorious for its hackers and unsuspecting players who find themselves in the disputes section.

M825ba8.png - PSVita - 3.08% | The only Call of Duty outing for PSVita... probably for the best.

Mf2b237.png - PS3 - 2.19% - PS4 - 3.55% | Players say this is the worst Call of Duty campaign out there, but there is still a strong opposal.

Mebc87f.png - PS3 - 2.39% - PS4 - 3.86% | A stray away from more 'Present Times', this game heads for the future.

Mbcb0fc.png - PS3 - 0.47% - PS4 - 0.75% | A shitty PS3 port but an excellent PS4 game. Great zombies and memorable maps.

M6709d4.png - PS4 - 1.13% | Most shit on Call of Duty outing, players didn't like the short campaign and the terrible multiplayer.

M69075d.png - PS4- 1.41% | Known for being mostly historcially inaccurate, it does have a good story but it just doesn't match up.

M4bde26.png - PS4 - 0.55% | Notorious for not having a campaign and mostly focusing on multiplayer, this game was heavily disliked.

M0d16ab.png - PS4 - 6.77% | A great reboot, but 150gb for installment even with a disc. Holy shit.

M7cd0cf.png - PS4 - 2.00% - PS5 - 3.12% | Teaser was banned in China for a 1 second depiction of Tiananmen Square.

M3ea196.png - PS4 - 5.31% - PS5 - 9.68% | Known for "wokewashing" history to avoid controversy.

M40823e.png - PS4 - 5.24% - PS5 - 5.92% | An okay release. Great graphics.

Mb344b3.png - PS4 - 5.86% - PS5 - 0.51% | Notorious for the PS5 release being DLC, further showing it wasn't meant to be standalone.

A couple tips:

-I would take out BO3 PS3 version. Afaik it's been unplayable since forever, and I think almost no one got it legit.

 

-Add more pics/banners from COD entries. Make us feel like that Redbull sponsor was worth it.

I got BO3 legit. took me 73 hours. back in 2016 when the game was still played and mostly by casuals so it was easy to demolish them

I’ve just been reading a lot about it lately, and how it’s pretty much unplayable due to a glitch from years ago.

it's cool, none taken. back in the day, there weren't any glitches that would hinder your progress. The game was laggy and no matter how good your connection was it would drop connection but after getting used to playing in low 20s FPS it was mostly playable.

I’ll join. I have the MW2 (original), Modern Warfare Remastered and Black Ops plats. I’m still one trophy away from that MW3 plat though (original). I’ll get to it someday.

I never owned a Vita and my PS3 has died many years ago, and will never buy a new one, so this is the best I can do.

@modest_undue1 I recommend making a special category for people who have 100% in every single stack, most PP have this to some extent.
