(also earned a simultaneous spoiler-y gold trophy) Finally returned to Judgment with a several-hour weekend powergaming session so I could forge the final few friendships and complete the final few Side Cases. It needed every minute of those hours to complete. Man, what a knockout, easily a top product from the Ryu Ga Gotoku team. Up there as a top product on PS4, for me! Even if Dice & Cube will forever lie in the annals of my gaming history under, "....never again. ;_;" I dug the rest of the content; in particular, that superboss battle was three flavors of whack! (Still dunno how I pulled it off.) Quite glad that I persisted through the more fortune-based tasks in order to top off Yagami's buddy catalogue & complete every single Side Case across town. Assassin Defeat 300 monsters using only daggers. Boss Goblin Go Boom Defeat the Goblin King in a single or multiplayer game. Berserker Defeat 300 monsters using only axes (1H or 2H). Bottoms Up Drink 200 potions with one character. Dragon Lancer Defeat 300 monsters using only polearms. Hunter Defeat 300 monsters using only bows. Eagle Eye Defeat 300 monsters using only crossbows. Looking For Loot Open 30 treasure chests with one character. Warlock Defeat 300 monsters using only staffs. Sorcerer Defeat 300 monsters using only orbs. Night Stalker Defeat 300 monsters by wielding two daggers at the same time. These kill trophies are some of the biggest I have tackled in a game. Ever. Seriously, what's with the 300 reference? They're seriously desparate to make references for 300 itself. Anyway, these trophies are so mind-numbingly repetitive that it almost make me lose my entire mind. There is no progression metre, so you have to do it over and over again until that specific kill trophy pops out. Old Reliable Kill 200 Enemies with a Crafted Weapon. Welcome to the Party, Pal Clear all Ambush Camps, Infestations, and NERO Checkpoints in a single region. Thanks to my 7200 Statisticians (which I duped starting from just 20, along with multiple other Innocents), I skyrocketed from around Lv1400 all the way to Lv7000+ in just a few clears of Ordeals 4. It's Totem Destruction Bentley's Outpost: As Bentley, destroy all the totem poles Web-Be-Gone Spider Town: As Sparx, defeat the Spider King A Dozen Cold Ones Frozen Altars: Use ice breath to freeze 12 enemies I guess Spyro's an Elemental now ? Anyway... I'm likely streaming this week since I appear to be half way done already. It will be the final time I stream this game and also the final time I stream for possibly a long time. Why? Because the next game on my backlog is the one, the only, Smash Ultimate. I don't know how much I'm going to spend in terms of time or money on this game. So I don't know when I'll stream again. I'll obviously let you all know though. Just expect FAILS. LOTS AND LOTS OF FAILS. Because these games aren't really as easy as they appear. ? Back to Umbral Star, to tackle its main story arcs at the minimum, with eyes on its platinum farther down the lane. A surprisingly sincere and emotional first arc warmed my heart.
