If you want to access your or another countries page just change the language in the URL, example if you want to check out the US page then use the following link, notice the en-us at the end: https://status.playstation.com/en-us/ If you want to access the UK page then change to en-gb: https://status.playstation.com/en-gb/ If you want the Portugal page (my country) then it's pt-PT: https://status.playstation.com/pt-PT/ This also works in all the pages of the PlayStation site, including the store so if you ever want to change the region simply change the language text in the URL.
