I put some more thought into these special cases where some platforms do not allow for the trophy to be earned and I have decided that these cases will not be tracked in this list. There's a ton of multilists (shared list between PS4. PS3, Vita) and these lists would eventually make a very large group even though the trophies are obtainable on at least 1 platform (usually it's PS4). I have adjusted the rules as follows (highlighted in bold): Quote B. Trophies which should not be reported: trophies that require delisted purchase (base game, DLC, ...) or purchase that was never in the store in the first place (e.g. DLC was only released for PS4 but not for PS3) buggy/glitchy trophies that don't always unlock, but usually do trophy inside a multilist which is unobtainable by particular platform trophy which can be only earned with a specific version of the game (e.g. specific region or GOTY version is required etc.) Now regarding current exceptions: Borderlands 2 - DLC trophies not available on Vita Terraria - DLC trophies not available on PS3 and Vita Terraria (Japanse stack) - same as above Destiny - DLC trophies not available on PS3 The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth - DLCs not available on Vita The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth - DLCs not available on Vita Skullgirls 2nd Encore - DLCs not available on Vita All of the above - Rule B1: All of the above require non-existant/delisted purchase and or functionality which never existed in the first place. These shouldn't have been added. My bad. Syberia 2 - US and EU versions share the same list; EU version is impossible to 100% while US works OK (New) Rule B4 - works OK with US version, will be removed. Mafia III - trophies obtainable on the latest patch but it requires you to never quit the game (rest mode can be used) Rule B2 - buggy trophies but there's a way to obtain them even on the latest patch, will be removed. Nuclear Throne - extremely buggy on Vita Rules B2 and B3 - buggy on Vita but works fine on PS4, will be removed. This simplification will impact only a small percentage of the games overall and will allow me to drop list of exceptions which would only grow over time. Games that require external tools (servers, patch downgrade) will be still tracked. These rules may be revised in the future. As always use common sense and do your own research when deciding if you should start a game or not. This is especially important with legacy consoles (PS3 and Vita) which are seeing server shutdowns on monthly basis. WakeUpHP Posted October 16, 2022 Share Posted October 16, 2022 (edited) So I fully understand the decision to not include the games which are possible on at least one system, but what is the rationale behind not including delisted DLC here? I get that such trophies are still possible for people who had bought the DLC before the delisting, and for people willing to game share (although I'm assuming this is against the site's ToS), but for everyone else they are just as unobtainable as trophies for a game with defunct servers. I feel like this list is most useful for people who are scouting potential titles for future purchase so they know at a glance that a game in which they might have interest has effectively impossible trophies. For people who had previously started the game or already have the DLC downloaded, this information is far less important. In any case this list, and the "!" tag on games with unobtainable trophies, are extremely useful, but for me the issue of delisted DLC is more cut and dry than the issue of trophies being impossible on certain systems discussed above.
