It's possible that Certificated got unlocked during testing before the + trophies were added to the EU version, which would explain the difference in unlock %, but I'm not seeing any public patches released for it either so not sure what to think about that specific one and it's unlikely someone hacked just one individual trophy for the game. Unfortunately, we can only go based off public feedback and no one posted about any issues with those anywhere that wasn't Steam related, which has no achievements. If someone could verify the issue and post in the forums about the specific problems with it, that would definitely help. I made an excel a couple of months ago that compiled all the unobtained PSVR 100%s just because I was curious what was doable and what wasn't that I could possibly attempt and play.
