Doesn't come from the master list yet -- any info about unobtainable trophies currently on PlatPrices has been entered by hand, and may be slightly out of date.

 

@HusKy is right that I'm planning on transitioning things over so that PlatPrices pulls this data from the master list. However, that's coming as part of a bigger PlatPrices change that is in the works, so it'll still be at least a couple weeks before this is live.

This new feature brought up a question I have for trophies which were hacked. Is it possible to collect data on the completion times and therefore make it possible to identify if someone on the leaderboards cheated? For instance the fastest 100% player in GTA4 right now completed it in 32 minutes, which is impossible. I know that an algorithm won't work cause every game is different but what if the community decides some sort of a time limit for different games? Would that work?

Anything related to PSNP+ itself should be posted in the main thread. This one is only used to manage the master list.

 

But to answer your question, yes it's possible but now you would be dealing with 2 problems instead of one

There appears to be a lot of Plat earners for that version so maybe the bugged trophy was fixed?

Any chance that platinums for unobtainable MP trophies could be removed from the unobtainable list? Considering that people who have earned those trophies before the server closure are still able to earn the platinum after the servers close. For example I earned all of the MP trophies on need for speed shift 2 unleashed but haven't gotten the platinum yet, but its labelled as unobtainable. Even though I (and I assume many others) still have the ability to obtain it.

Edit: Or maybe it'd be easier to add in a condition that if the person has earned the trophies that they dont show up as the orange unobtainable colour?

Isn't that clear enough that the trophy is unobtainable (right now), yet earned?

Platinum trophy is a special case, unrelated to multiplayer trophies, and I will look into that in the upcoming update.

Yeah its clear but thats not my issue. My issue is seeing trophies ive earned showing up as unobtainable at all. Personally I don't want to see trophies I've earned show up as unobtainable, I'm struggling to explain why but I just don't like it. I feel the same way about seeing the Hidden Trophies "blue H" at the top of my profile, I just don't like it so I never hide my trophies. But I don't want to just turn the whole "show unobtainable trophies" off either, because its a really cool and helpful feature that I would use all the time. I find it inconvenient to keep checking trophy guides or other sites for unobtainable trophies so to see it shown right in the trophy list itself is just excellent. I'd just prefer if it didn't show up for trophies I've already earned.

If changing the feature to accommodate my weird brain is more effort than its worth then I completely understand.

If the earned trophies were not marked, others would come here wondering why the trophies aren't marked.

The information is also crucial for those who submit/verify games here, so they can easily see if it needs to be changed even after they earned trophies in the game.

I have doubts about this one. Same reason as with bartender VR, the global earn rate for "Pervert" is 1.7% while the platinum is 1.3%. Based on the leaderboards only 3 people have really put any real effort into the game and only one seriously tried the Platinum, so it's entirely possible it was just glitched for the one individual who reported the trophy as glitched or could've gone about the trophy incorrectly for all I know.

False alarm, the servers are still up for another few hours. The guy who said he couldn't connect, likely just had a bad connection, because others have confirmed the servers are still up . Also, all the online trophies are fully obtainable via Ad-Hoc.
