My bad. The game was exclusively online so yeah all are unobtainable, at least I think so. But judging by the sudden cutoff on trophies getting earned id say so

Circle of Death is unobtainable on the NA version for Serious Sam Collection.

For Tetraminos, I saw that Puzzle Amateur is reported as glitched in the NA version like Puzzle Elite.

It's 3rd in the list of upcoming shutdowns at time of writing and someone has confirmed in the replies that it is shut down now.

It claims to be the most difficult game ever created, and due to its cryptic trophy descriptions no one seems to know what you need to do, or has even figured out how to pass the first level yet.

It’s the same for AZ1’s final trophy, either it’s glitched or no one has met the requirement, not through lack of trying either!

Whether that trophy in AZ1 is obtainable or not is a literal gamble because nobody will ever know with it being such a random description. As for AZ2, nobody can even beat the first level due to nobody finding the exit gate, which as far as I know is a floating "D" from the Denysoft logo. Who knows if it's out of bounds or somewhere so well hidden that no one has found it yet, I personally played AZ2 myself and was equally as confused. It's best to leave those two games off the unobtainable list in my opinion. The trailer for the game shows many other levels and areas that make me believe that this must be beatable somehow, but honestly until somebody noclips their way around and finds what we need I doubt we'll ever know.

Micro Machines has 2 unobtainable trophies (1 + the Plat) due to the last patch royally screwing things up more than they already were and the devs point-blank refusing to clean up their mess.

I believe the info comes from this master list. Maybe @NathanielJohn can tell us more.
