Popular Post Biertje373
Platinum #100 Persona 3 Reload A Most Remarkable Guest Fun: 9/10 Difficulty: 3/10 Time: 81 hours After a very long time I finally became a part of the people who have 100+ platinums. I have been debating a lot with myself about what I want my 100th platinum to be, at first I thought about making it Final Fantasy VI, but I still had to do Final Fantasy V and I was not in the mood for it. I also thought about making it a LEGO game, but that didn't feel special enough. I also thought about inFamous 2 because that was supposed to be my first platinum, but I was not in the mood for it. But while playing it I thought, Persona 3 Reload is the perfect 100th platinum for me. I love Persona, and I was having a fantastic time with Persona 3 Reload. But of course because I was only at 93 platinums when I started the game, I had to take it very slow for the game, but here we are. Persona 3 Reload's platinum has been achieved and it will always be a part of my trophy milestones. Just like previous times it is time to talk about my individual points: The story was beautiful, I do feel like I can't talk a lot about it because of spoilers, but the idea of the end of the world was really well done and when I reached the ending, I had not a lot of words I could say. I think that all that came out of my mouth at that time was "What a game". The combat was fantastic, of course it's pretty much the same as the Persona 5 Royal combat, but it had its differences that made it different enough. The Shadows idea wasn't too interesting, but that maybe because I loved that you could see what they were in Royal, if you were fighting Pixie, you would see Pixie, but in this game when you're trying to get Pixie, you see a random Shadow design. It's a minor complaint but it was there. And I do know that P5 is a modern Persona game, so it would make sense that it would improve on stuff like that. The bosses were great, the ones that I would fight while climbing Tartaros weren't too interesting (aside from the Monad Door ones) but the ones on the full moons days were fantastic, they all had their own thing that made them unique and I am all for it. The final boss was really easy, but it was a lot of fun, I seriously enjoyed it. Tartarus itself wasn't too amazing, it wasn't bad, but the whole randomised dungeon stuff didn't really do it for me. I did like the designs of some of the sections especially the final ones, but for me the weakest part of the game was Tartarus. I loved the Social Links, they all had something that made them unique, I loved folling their stories from the beginning to the end, some had a happy ending, others a sad ending but they all had a fulfilling ending and that's what I'm all for. The party was also a lot of fun, they were all flawed and that's why they were great. When I think of an Atlus game, I think of the music, the music of this game was great, I did get a bit bored of the Tartarus music, but the battle themes were great, the themes of each semester was really cool, the boss themes were awesome and that final boss theme was amazing. I have been listening non stop to that final boss theme. And I feel like that's all I wanted to say about the game, I am so looking forward to the next Persona project, whenever that may be. Obviously there's the upcoming DLC which I still need to pre-order but I am just really happy with this Persona game. And here's the platinum screenshot, it sucks, I was hoping for a beautiful screenshot. But it is what it is: Edited June 2 by Biertje373
Popular Post Phoenixofadranon
Hello everyone! My last platinum is dead island riptide. A little bit buggy, but fortunately not in the trophy counter (collectibles, missions ecc). To be honest a trophy maybe bugged in a good way for us. We were a full group of 4 people and “achiever” unlocked as it supposed at the end of 80 mission, but we haven’t finished last mission yet. So… honestly no one of us fully understand how the missions are tracked cause it seems that there are more then 80 missions in the game, but sometimes the game don’t track correctly even tho you see “mission completed”. Oh well, everyone of us got the platinum and no trophy glitched so… it’s a good game! Dead island is one of that franchising that have its own style, its own soul. So if you like zombies, go for it!
Popular Post NetoStyle
The Crew: Motorfest (PS5) #221 Motorfest Alumni Unlock all The Crew Motorfest Trophies 18.98% | Rare 3 weeks, 4 days. I played The Crew 2 back in 2020 during quarantine and I had a lot of fun... I loved the fact that you can drive all types of vehicles, from airplanes, boats, monster trucks, demolition derby cars and and of course street cars and the racing ones! So I wanted to grab this one because I already knew what I was expecting, the same fun but this time with a new map inspired by Hawaiian Islands. The game looks beautiful and the gameplay is solid! Last week I went on a trip to Argentina so I already had all the trophies except for the Co-op ones that require 4 people on a crew! I came home yesterday and today I unlocked the platinum with the help of very kind people!
Popular Post Trancexistence
#91 - F1 2016 I thought this was a big step up from F1 2015 even if only for the fact it has a proper career mode where you can create your own driver. The actual racing itself and the overall presentation of the game felt a lot better too. As with 2015, boosting the MP trophies is a must as there's nobody online but thankfully only 5 total races and 5 total wins are required so it's a much shorter grind. Speaking of grind, the trophy list as a whole was far more straightforward this time as well, with none of the cumulative number of lap Quick Race/Time Trial trophies that 2015 had. I'll be moving onto F1 2017 and F1 24 in due course but Star Wars: Jedi Survivor and F1 Manager 23 are hopefully going to be my next two platinums. Enjoyment: 9/10 Difficulty: 3/10 Total Game Time: 24 hours Spoiler
Popular Post Valzentia
#209 - Cars: Race-O-Rama Difficulty: 2.5/10 Fun: 4.5/10 I wasn't expecting much. I only picked this up because I was a big fan of the Cars films growing up. But this game is mid as all hell...the gist of it is that Lightning "Kachow" McQueen, our talking car overlord, participates in multiple races just to win because...winning. And bragging rights. I stopped giving a fuck. So, yeah, standard racing game fare...outside of the G**do Kart sections, which are why it took me so long to platinum this game in the first place. Those races are fucking awful; you CANNOT control that goddamn forklift for shit. I get stressed out whenever I do any maneuver because I know for a fact i'm about to start bouncing off 25 different walls, some of them invisible. Cut those out and the overall enjoyment of the game, for me, would go up quite a lot. Maybe I just suck at games, but holy shit it was bad. (also, fun fact: "g**do" is a slur towards Italian-Americans, meaning that the name of it aged like shit-just like Jersey Shore!)
Popular Post KenjiCBZ
#132: Batman: The Enemy Within I Am The Night (64.31% - Common) Completed Batman: The Enemy Within I'm not a fan of Batman, but back in 2018 I had played the original Telltale game when it was given on Ps Plus, and I liked it, so when I learned about its sequel I knew I would have eventually played it too, just waiting for a sale. Even through I don't care at all about Batman and I don't remember the story of the first game, I liked this one: good story (Hopefully I won't forget it in some years lol), good characters, I was into the plot all the way to the end. The Platinum is obviously very easy as you merely need to complete the game, and it was a nice experience in the middle of more exhausting games. It also happens to be, with its 64.31% rarity, my third most common Platinum, behind only 36 Fragments of Midnight (76.70%) and My Name is Mayo (94.90%). Popular Post voodoo_eyes
#741 - Tales of Kenzera Zau As far as visuals and sound go, it's quite good. Unfortunately all the rest falls a bit flat. THe combat is boring, the metroidvania aspect is barely there and the chase sequences were annoying. For a first go at making a game, it's pretty solid. Popular Post IesuHado
PLATINUM 212 | Kindom Hearts 1.5 Remix Kingdom Hearts Master Obtain All Trophies 10.47% RARE It took me way too long to get into this series but thank god finally I did it. Playing this game, getting to know his characters and story and all the things you can do at the moment of release probably was awesome and so new for the players, I can understand why is one of the most beloved games of the 2000 era. Playing this game right now it felt also magic. It was like going back to those old days when games were simple and straight to the point. Gameplay and combat are really fun once you get the hang of things and the story is amazing and gets your attention with all the famous characters thrown into the mix. Platinum was time-consuming but not tedious. If you love the series and want to have something special or at least 1 plat from the series this one will be the one to go for it. I like the game and want to know more from the saga so I made the jump to the next installment as soon as I ended this game. Game Enjoyment: 9|10 Platinum Enjoyment: 8|10 Platinum Difficulty IMO: 4|10 Would you recommend this game for hunting: Y-E-S PLATINUM 213 | Kindom Hearts: Re Chain of Memories Re Chain of Memories Master Obtain All Trophies 8.66% Very Rare So here we are, originally for the GBA this game is a remake for the PS3 and PS4 at the moment. It is a straight continuation of the story of KH1. And again..... I LOVE IT! The main thing in this game is the gameplay/combat system it was changed from an action combat/hack and slash game to a card system combat. Big change but man it is fun and something different for someone expecting to the same gameplay as my case coming directly from KH1. Story and game length was shorter (BUT REALLY IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND WHAT IS HAPPENING IN KH2). Not gonna lie getting the platinum in this one was a bit tedious you have to GRIND A LOT so be aware if you want to get all the 100% in the series. Still is doable and not impossible, I did worse grinds in my gaming story. Game Enjoyment: 7|10 Platinum Enjoyment: 5|10 Platinum Difficulty IMO: 2|10 Would you recommend this game for hunting: Check the gameplay first and be ready for some grinding. Well guys! see you soon when I have more with my journey on this amazing series. ¡THANKS FOR READING!
Popular Post NinjaMJD
Platinum #4 Horizon Zero Dawn Enjoyment 8/10 Difficulty 3/10 Well I was able to get it in right before it left plus. Except I want to get the 100% since I've never played the DLC so I'll probably still end up buying it. Game is fun, and it still looks great on the PS5 so whatever remaster is coming had better be good because it doesn't feel like it needs one. Kinda making me want to immediately jump into HFW even though that's not the current plan with my backlog.
Popular Post EVERJUICECRUMBS
Platinum #82 Axiom Verge - Pattern Mind Enjoyment - 8/10 Difficulty - 6/10 Didn’t understand the story 100%, but I think it’s an upper tier Metroidvania. The trophy list as a whole can be a little difficult to platinum but I don’t think it was too bad. Speed Run in under 4 hours is more than generous!
Popular Post Megahiro10
#135: Minit Difficulty: 2/10 Fun: 6/10 Time: 1 hour Minit is quite a unique game that doesn't overstay its welcome. I wanted to play it because it got an easy plat but had actually had a lot of fun with it. The 60 seconds timeframe is pretty cool. Most of the trophies are the collectables, I mostly followed a guide for that. I actually went for the "finish the game in under 25 deaths" or whatever it was first. Unfortunately it left PS Plus now.

Popular Post Dauersack
Dark Souls II #79: The Dark Soul I am not a souls fan, likely never will be, I only played this because some friends and I get a kick out of occasionally compelling each other to play games we know will make for a grueling experience for the poor guy who has to play it. Dark Souls I was such a game for me, and what a piece of shit it was, such atrocious design that I assume anyone liking this game must be trolling. I expected similar from Dark Souls II, and it had some of the same flaws, but surprisingly enough it did many things much better, so it was nowhere near as terrible of an experience, it was even fun a few times. Though the overall experience was not that positive, it wasn't super rage inducing either, mostly it was just playing along facing samey enemies, dying to some cheap traps, slogging through the areas, and surprisingly easy (I'd even say too easy) bosses, with the real challenge being the tasks of finding all the stuff, and surviving all the death rooms with far too many enemies in it. The platinum requirements were quite annoying, especially the two extra playthroughs that had to be done because of it, but I have completed more tedious lists. I am not certain whether I am just generally warming up to playing souls games, or whether this is really just that much better than Dark Souls I, but given it's length I am glad it turned out better than I had expected. Quite why people enjoy playing through this or similar games 10 times is something I certainly will never understand though. Anyway, another plat for the collection, one step closer to completing my profile.

Popular Post Bean_Cove
#178 - Animal Well Enjoyment: 8/10 Personal difficulty: 7/10 (i don't play platformers) Wow. This game came out of nowhere. I wanted something to play and saw this on PS+ and thought to myself "i never play platforming games, it would be cool to have one in my platinum collection" This game did not disappoint. With all its little secrets and head scratching puzzles this game could be near my top of 2024 releases. The art style, ambience, music and everything else pieced together with the freedom the game gives you is an amazing blend. There were A LOT of moments where i would get frustrated but it wasn't at the game, it was at myself because i am not used to these types of games but in the end it was all worth it. If anyone is experienced with platformers then this game will be a breeze but i highly recommend giving it a shot.

Popular Post PurpleNightmaren
Final Fantasy VIII - #199 Had a blast playing FF8, the combat was kinda confusing for me before I got the hang of it. Triple Triad is probably my favorite part about the game right next to the music, it's a really fun card minigame, also that reminds me I need to go back collecting 344 unique triad cards in FFXIV for a trophy.
Popular Post Darghel
#214: Mortal Shell + DLC (PS5 version) Difficulty: starts a bit hard, but get easier. DLC is variable Time to Complete: 20 hours base game + 25 DLC Recommended: yes despite the issues I had Total score: 8/10 I actually got the platinum 10 days ago, but as soon as I cleared I decided to try the DLC, and I guess I got hooked. Virtuous Cycle? More like VICIOUS cycle! Anyway, I played Mortal Shell a while ago on the ps4 version (My 127th platinum I think?) and this is supposedly an "Enhanced Edition", in which it gives 60 fps and better flow...and that's about it. In fact I was hoping this version would fix some of the problems I had in the original, which they mostly did, but others didn't. I won't go much deeper into it, but for instance, enemies would still appear out of literal nowhere - and no I'm not talking of those black knights or jumping enemies, I'm talking literally coming out of nowhere, as if they didn't appear due to draw distance - and sometimes my weapons would be bugged and I couldn't attack. But for what it's worth, the game is still very good, and it's essentially a souls like where you can control 4 shells (5 with the dlc) and have 4 weapons (5 with the dlc). There are only 4 bosses and 3 dungeons, and they're mixed: The Shrine of Ash is terrible and probably the worst area of the 3, being a gauntlet full of enemies that will gang on you right and left, and if you skip that - which I did with no-shell run - it takes like 5 minutes to get through it. Crypt of Martyrs is a lot better, still rather linear but has a lot of places to explore, definitely an improvement over the previous area. And the Seat of Infinity is probably the best area of the game, it's large, full of explorable areas, and probably encapsulates the whole exploration of souls games at its finest. It's easily my favorite area of the whole game, and honestly one of my favoriate areas period! The 4 shells are varied and very well made: each has their unique playstyle and quirks, and despite not getting levels they have fixed HP and stamina in order to compensate, with the 5th shell, Hadern, being the most powerful of them all due to his unique ability to tap from other shell's traits: suddenly you can use the infinite sprint from Tiel, with the lower CD on harden from Harros, with higher Resolve regen from Solomon, and the power up from Eredrim! Oh, and the Axatana is a very powerful weapon, not my favorite but very handy due to the sprint attack able to stunlock anything! I still prefer the Hallowed Sword or the Hammer and Chisel though. The DLC on the other hand, tackles the game differently: it's a roguelite now, where you get to upgrade yourself in order to finish a "cycle", which is essentially 1 life run: you'll have to do all 3 dungeons + 3 extra bosses and then you're finished, which is not hard but any mistake can cost you a run. Honestly, the hardest part of this is the requirement of Symbols: you can't just rush to the end and beat the boss, you need to tap into pillars and find the right symbol in order to unlock it...and in an area like the Seat of Infinite, with a lot of open spaces to explore, it can be difficult to find the right one, which is randomized! Oh and if it's a locked altar, don't try to kick enemies down into the void: that won't count as a kill and you'll have to wait for them to respawn! Otherwise, the DLC was surprisingly fun, it's the whole reason why I took a lot to finish: sure it's tiresome but I enjoyed experimenting with all builds and weapons and shades. I did struggle with Obsidian Foundling a little, but only because the hp draining kept me on toe, since I couldn't take my time. Overall, it's still a fine, solid game, and the dlc can add a lot of hours of fun too. But I wish it was actually enhanced beyond the 60 fps, because the experience felt the same as the one I did on ps4. Sure now I got 60 fps, but that's about it...and now to tackle something else!
Popular Post nyx770
#110 Cat Quest 2 Fun little hack n slash with alot of cat puns . A bit less of a grind then the first one . I played solo but you can play co op as well . Solo you get to switch between the two characters . I used one for magic/ healing and the other as tank This strategy worked well. Black hole spell is gg for late game dungeons. Enjoyed the first one so decided to do this one as well before the 3rd comes out later this year hopefully.. ( I had this one in backlog but both 1/2 now on ps plus)
Popular Post TidusSerger
# 250 - Stellar Blade I love this game and enjoyed it so much, the combat is so much fun. The atmosphere, soundtrack and the visuals are just great. Popular Post stevenanthony88
#65 Cyberpunk 2077 Another one in the category of 'took you long enough' Started years ago when the game was a mess, and stopped pretty fast. Decided to return a couple of months ago, and loved the story, and how it was now properly working. Hated the grind to get to platinum with the different endings, and NCPD scanner trophies. Happy I started playing again, and amazing story.

Popular Post OmriStyle27
#84 - Far Cry: New Dawn (PS4) - Conqueror Earn all Trophies. --------------------------------- Honestly i don't understand the hate about this game , yes it's not the best far cry but it's not the worst one. and yes it's a bit on the short side but that isn't necessarily a bad thing , just look at Far Cry 5 , way too big and messy with no proportion. I like new dawn , it paints a nice picture of how the new world look like after the events of far cry 5. this game is also a nostalgia trip to Far Cry 5 , with so many sites and locations from far cry 5 , only now everything is a ruin, which has that really cool post-apocalyptic feeling and look into it. the world in new dawn is truly beautiful and colorful , i really like the use of pink , purple and blue color in this game, everything is so bright and standout , from open fields full of flowers to broken cars and buildings. the story is good but a bit short , i can understand why some people say this game feels like a DLC and not a full game. and if you paid full price for it i can understand the disappointment , but if you buy it on sale this game is totally worth it. i did like the antagonist , we don't get much "evil twin" villanis anymore so that was nice. the gameplay was topnotch like any far cry game and seriously i enjoyed this game from start to finish, not a single boring moment. only wish the story was a bit longer and had an interesting protagonist. (seriously i hate it when developers give us silent protagonists , its like they put zero effort into it.) about the platinum - very fun trophy list , i think that i like new dawn so much because of the platinum trophy. it makes the game a lot longer and almost force to 100% it so you truly get to experience everything that this game has to offer. really enjoyed the platinum journey here and can totally recommend it if you like Far Cry or any FPS games in general.
