(Yep, I'm that kid) I also got one of those batman shirts for adults that have a Velcro cape on the back. (Was a gift) so I don't wait for socially acceptable-ness. It would be black and i would wear it at night or on dark cloudy, or rainy days. during the fall & winter seasons. If you wear it on sunny days, now that's just silly. Maybe wear a mask, it just has to go with the outfit. It's gotta look badass. Mainly i like or would like to wear a cape to run very fast or jump from high places. or while riding a motorcycle. but it can't be too long, it can't touch the ground, like a flag. and one more thing...
