King of the Hill - Complete all missions in the Suburbs with S rank. Game Master - Complete all missions in the Night Missions, in the Suburbs and in the Hidden Labs with S rank. Reason - 13 S Ranks are required, but there's only 12 levels. Getting an S rank on the last level requires you to kill 21 enemies, but there're only 17. They had a competition for this game; the fastest person to reach 100% would win a Playstation 4. It's kind of a dick move to have a competition like that and then not even go back to fix it. They must be aware it's broken after having seen the results. Now the few people who attempted it are stuck with an unobtainable 100%. That was quick otherwise. I actually meant it more like a "How can staff let this go unpinned for so long? HELLO?!? The community has wanted this pinned for a while; why is it not happening?" kind of thing.
