Like you said Europe is quite small so I speak Slovak, Czech (cheating with this a little bit since most Slovak people do), English, Spanish (quite broken, but I can usually hold a conversation) and I can understand Hungarian, but not speak it.

I'd love to learn some Asian languages (mostly Japanese so I can play their games that don't have an english version) and German one day.

I speak Dutch and Limburgish as mother tongue and I can speak English on a pretty decent level. I understand contextual German, French and a bit of Arabic and Tigrinya. Also speak a few words in those last languages but not enough to call myself a speaker.

I speak Spanish (natively) and English very well, but I think I could improve by talking more to people or living in the UK etc. for more immersion. I played Border Break (JP only game) this summer and picked up quite a few of the katakana characters, and still remember them. I want to make Japanese my third language where I can say I'm fluent, and be able to play JP only games better.

I was great at Latin in high school, and I remember some French from my years there too, but I don't think I even have a B1 level here so I don't count it. I very briefly studied italian so I know some words here and there. After studying (very basic) greek for a year in high school, I was interested in the fact that the russian alphabet is similar, so I learnt the alphabet, and still remember most of it (some words are like Spanish and/or English but with Russian letters!). I have forgotten some letters now though. So French is the one I know the most after Spanish and English. After I learn Japanese, I would consider continuing Russian, French and Italian.
