I'd heard some horror stories before about the sheer frustration hat some players experienced when trying to bounty PP alive on Hard difficulty, and I thought I was

going to have to suffer that same hell myself.  But when it came down to it, I took him out with just 1 Boombat and 1 Stunkz.  Took a number of retries, admittedly,

but what worked was as follows:

 

I saved my game after disabling 3 of the 4 generator switches, then disabled the 4th one to deactivate his shield, shot a Boombat behind him to knock him off his platform,

ran up to him and fired a Stunkz into him, then immediately bountied him alive.  I had to be very fast, as the Stunkz would only stun him for a second or two, but it worked,

and ultimately made a usually-annoying trophy quite easy.

Best advice I can give for this RNG trophy is to bet the minimum amount, pick a character based on their status (the scrolling info strip on the bottom), and pick the counter to their move with the highest stars. Using this method, I had wins with Jennifer, Momoji, and Francisca when they had positive statuses. It took me about two hours to grind these wins out!
