Outlast. I started the DLC on Insane as a joke and then actuallly completed it, but the main game has too many annoying moments that I know I'd get caught on and fail if I ever gave it a shot haha. I assume you refer to the ever pleasant Ghost Ship trophy. If you were not aware, there is a way to pass the mission without having to fight the second, much harder version of the boss after the fakeout end. It requires going through the level with a character beneath a certain level.
