Popular Post VirtualNight
Quite late for me to make my own trophy checklist, as I have been trophy hunting for over 10 years, but better late than never. I'd like to have a sort of diary of my experiences (just like i do with my yt channel) and share it, so I will give it a try with this checklist. Each game represents an experience, either good or bad, each time I start a new game it is a bet whether I will enjoy it or hate myself for having started it, but that's also part of trophy hunt. I started with some games that seemed fun, then moved into difficult games and ultra rare hunting, then ultimately mixed all 3 together, nowadays I am less interested in ultra rare and/or excessively tough games, honestly a long time ago I had some ego due to plenty of ass-licking which was one of the things to also push me to do any tough game I'd find out, but nowadays I am more mature and don't care of this anymore, and as a result I also take my time for any game, I do it when I want. The games I target should have at least one of these elements: difficult trophy list fun game Ultra rare, although just this one alone is usually not enough (anymore). Definitely I am staying away from Fortnite and such a friend invites me to do it together, or there is a group going for it, representing a good chance I also don't do shovelware, nor any auto-pop/stack (apart from Fall Guys done only to keep playing it). Just a personal preference, also unlike some people I do not hold any grudge against those who do them, to each their own. I don't do any really hard rhythm game, as I have a real downside about pressing buttons rapidly which I have never improved in all these years, so I am completely cutted out from a few games, also despite I love music I don't really like rhythm games in general, I don't know if that's weird honestly. I can not aim for a 100% profile, i got my first unobtainable due to NBA2k14 given to ps+ and I didn't do a specific online mode which shutted down few weeks after. But maybe it's a good thing, I can now attempt any game I want without wonder if I can do it or not, nowadays I have a few more unobtainables due to delisting and I don't even care at all. I don't really enjoy modern games, they can be alright but after i get all their trophies I can drop them and consider them as a closed good experience. In fact, pretty much every game I loved belongs to ps3. Anyway, now onto my own trophy checklist! The big list Spoiler Full list of games cleared in over 10 years in chronological order (and approximated rarity of the 100%). If you are curious if I have done a specific game, you could use CTRL+F and type such game to instantly find it, if it's here Total games cleared: 633 | Sub 1% (rarity) plats / non-plats: 85 / 63 | Total ultra rare plats: 278 Lords of The Fallen (1.20%) Duck Game (0.60%) PUBG: Battlegrounds (1.30%) Windbound (0.70%) Kingdom Come: Deliverance (0.70%) Farpoint (0.20%) Dreams (1%) TorqueL (0.90%) We Are Doomed (0.80%) Curses 'n Chaos (0.80%) Lumo (0.90%) Magicka 2 (1.50%) Titan Souls (2%) Until Dawn (18%) Transformers: Devastation (0.90%) Furi (2%) DC Universe Online (0.03%) Dishonored 2 (10%) Raw Data (0.90%) Racket Fury (1%) Until You Fall (0.50%) Jamestown+ (0.90%) God of War Ragnarök (15%) Galak-Z: the Dimensional (0.90%) Flame Over (0.80%) Mount & Blade: Warband (1%) Bloodborne (15%) Necromunda: Underhive Wars (0.50%) OVERRULED! New dlcs after years of nothing, quite a big money waste to get the 100% now, it will have to wait Games I loved Spoiler These are the very few games I have truly enjoyed, for a reason or another. I will always keep them in my mind as great time. Apart from the first spot, I don't really know how to rank the games honestly: 1. Warhawk I think my second game ever for ps3, this is were I finally started to improve my general gaming skills as I initially was a real disaster since the ps1. I really loved this shooter, it was a sort of arcade mp Battlefield (although I don't like the Battlefield games that much), surely limited in comparison but I really loved its simplicity and its arsenal, especially the sniper rifle that instant kills anyone, as well as remove 1/3 hp of an aircraft. An absolute blast to use the sniper rifle and shoot down planes, kill jeep drivers and perform great trick either no-scope or quick-scope, but also the other weapons were amazing when you were wise and could plan your next move by using the minimap which would briefly show you the enemies when they'd do specific actions, allowing you for a great surprise kill. I wasn't good with the aircraft so I usually didn't use it, for a 2007 game its controls were amazing and you could do some really absurd skilled maneuvers which I don't think you can even remotely do in any other mp game as of now. Got some friends, and some haters, while the game negatively boosted my ego (is there any actual positive ego boost though? ?) the whole gameplay was a serious fun where I spent thousands of hours and I could not regret a single minute there over any type of trophy progress in any game. It's sad how the game ended, hacked before its shutdown. I'm glad I could move on from this game, I don't have any real game as a replacement for the "break from trophies" moments though so I do play more for trophies nowadays despite I do not have the same free time I used to have as a teen obviously. 2. Deadly premonitions Initially a random game from ps+, and I wasn't expecting anything exceptional... instead... This is a great hidden gem, it does not shine for its gameplay which definitely is not anything good, but it has the best story, characters' build, side activities, everything that brings you deeper into the characters and their lifes... that I have ever seen. I truly love to emphatize into the protagonists to feel more connected into their world and experience the story the game/movie has to offer, although this way of living a story is a very rare scenario as it really has to take me in and bring me emotions to properly work, and this game did is amazingly. I would still prefer this game over great movies such as The Green Mile. From the beginning to the end I really was addicted to the story, and the nice trophy list which makes you experience the game in its entirety was a great addiction, so I also ended up platting this game 5 times total with alt accounts, and enjoyed it every time. I also ended up watching the tv show the game is said to be inspired from (Twin Peaks), good one but nowhere as amazing as the game. 3. Lost Planet 2 One of the games I started when I was going for everything hard I could find. But I really started it when a friend wanted to do it together, so I also bought the official guide to deal with the huge list of things to collect which are nowhere explained properly. So me and my friend played the campaign together and also began our grind for the infamous NUMBER 1 nom de guerre, for being #1 in any fixed leaderboard in one of the 50 challenges. I picked a luck-based one while my friend an entirely skilled based one. It was so nice to share our progress between ourselves and notice our improvements, eventually we both got our #1 and kept going for the various grindy stuff. During this time I found myself really liking the game, the hook in the game is such a fun and unique system that allows you to quickly move all around the map. I played plenty of co-op and competitive mp games just for fun, also reaching the highest rank for the mp which wasn't needed for the platinum. I also kept playing after the 100% for some time, although the fun for the game has eventually dropped. And my friend is the retired trophy hunter @GIANMA95 who hopefully finished this game eventually as well, it would have been a waste to do not do so after the #1. Thanks for all the fun there and in other games as well, bro. 4. Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2/3 (ps3) Honestly I don't know why I really loved them, but I find the gameplay quite entertaining, enemies and bosses are almost all quite fun to fight and I had a good fun with them. Sigma 2 is limited regarding the contents it offers, so I didn't play it much after the plat, I instead played a lot the 3. It has surely quite several downsides, and Sigma 2 is definitely better, still I moved onto 3 for good over Sigma 2, and I enjoy running the trials (where you fight waves of enemies and bosses) and carry people through them, as I know each enemy and boss deeply so i can do that with my partner only having to do some basic things. 5. WipEout HD Simple, fun, addicting. A great futuristic race game with ships where not only the drive matters, but also weapons usage and good reaction and accuracy to properly navigate through all the maps and dominate the opponents. A game I platted 4 times I think, I usually like driving games but this one really shines over the other I have done so far, I feel like people mostly haven't improved in this game decently, as I have been playing online and would usually win everytime without any problem, I can only recall one user being very good at the game and that I have never beat. I think the difficulty is very overrated, Once you know what you are doing the AI is not really that good at the highest difficulty. 6. Cloudberry Kingdom Platformers are one of my fav genre, and this game is definitely the best one I have played. It's a game where you mostly can't afford to stop and think wisely just like any other platformers, as the obstacles have a sort of rhythm and if you miss it, you won't have an opening to keep going, so you gotta be fast and quickly make your decision. This aspect is so fun, although it surely becomes also luck based, still I have quite liked it. Done the 100% 3 times, and I hold most of the ps3 world records for the game, maybe also overally without counting the pc ones that are cheated. I am currently trying to record some new world record runs but I struggle a lot to beat my own times at this point. 7. Persona 4 Arena I really hate fighting games, however this one is truly the only one I quite appreciated. Very nice story, and a good smooth gameplay. I did the infamous Score Attack mode with all characters for something like 6 times, it was really fun to deeply learn each opponent and improve my own strategy when using each character. I'm super positive I will never enjoy any other fighting game at this point. ------------------------------ I'd stop here, there can be some other games to mention although I wouldn't put them on the level of the above ones, such as Dead Rising 2, Payday 1 and 2, all the Yakuza and Metal Gear games, all in all quite a few games if you take into consideration I have played over 600 games so far. Top 35 Hardest plats/100% done Spoiler Honestly a very tough leaderboard to establish, having to recall my first experience with these games, the mood I was when doing them, if I liked the game and many other reasons. So this is for most not a fully reliable personal ranking, too many doubts and elements to take into account. I go for a top 35 since I did way too many games at this point (I may even increase it eventually), so anything lower may not give justice to some games. Also I most likely forgot some games that were harder for me than the ones I have listed. And no, I won't bother to update the rarities as they change 😅. 1: Assetto Corsa 0.22% 2: Tour de France (2011) 0.33% 3: Cloudberry Kingdom 0.11% 4: Raiden 4 Overkill 0.35% 5: Trash Panic 0.58% 6: Dirt Rally 2.0 (100%) 0.12% 7: Persona 4 Arena 0.39% 8: VVVVVV 0.30% 9: Leo's Fortune 0.43% 10: Trackmania Turbo 0.67% 11: PAIN 0.09% 12: I Am Bread 0.38% 13: I Hate Running Backwards 1.35% 14: Super Street Fighter 4 0.61% 15: Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 (PS4) 0.60% 16: Trials Fusion 0.10% 17: Need for Speed 2015 (100%) 0.17% 18: Hard Corps Uprising 0.45% 19: Black Knight Sword 0.71% 20: Lost Planet 2 0.10% 21: Verlet Swing 1.14% 22: Dustforce 0.45% 23: Chariot (PS3) 0.51% 24: Dead or Alive 5 0.52% 25: Child of Eden 0.92% 26: The King of Fighter 13 0.99% 27: Soldner X: Himmelsturrmer 0.35% 28: Pac-Man Museum 0.40% 29: Super Meat Boy 0.34% 30: Skullgirls 2nd Encore 0.83% 31: Sports Champion 0.51% 32: Time Crisis: Razing Storm 0.19% 33: Max Payne 3 0.81% 34: Death Track Resurrection 0.60% 35: Action Henk 0.50% ------------------------ There are also more games I did that could be rated as 8 or higher from me, or several people. As well as occasionally quite a different opinion on some games, such as i found Splasher not really difficult, and definitely nowhere as close as a 10/10 from the guide. Now, a bit of a comment on the leadeboard. Currently, Assetto Corsa holds the first spot, i did the game before someone exposed some great pad configurations which massively reduce the difficulty (although it still remains hard), so I had to rely on dozens of hours for each of the difficult tracks and master every turn without any mistake. It was a torture, spending like 5h for a single track and still have no improvement while having no clue what to do to actually improve my time. I had to also try several car setups from other people, and occasionally find it myself. On second spot, I doubt any of you could even guess it, and you surely thing I am pranking you. But I am not, Tour de France was supposed to be a free UR gain with plenty of grind, instead it turned into an absurdly difficult game to do. This is due to the fact that everything related to this game is delisted, including a dlc that gives you a cheat item making the game a joke. I haven't had it, and went through an incredible frustrating experience that was made of dozens of hours of attempts, learning, deep interpretation of Ai scripts to somehow counter them. I probably spent over 20h on the first race, and 20-30 for each of some others, I felt like there was something I could not figure out and I would have never made it especially since there are almost no info around for this game. But I insisted so much on this game that I finally did it and it felt very very satisfy. The remaining rankings in the leaderboard are not reliable, but overally I think I ranked them decently enough. There are plenty of games that haven't been mentioned though which is sad as some were also quite fun to do. The Regrets Spoiler Sometimes things go wrong, and this applies for everything, including trophy hunt. I have a few games I have regretted so far. Gran Turismo 5 I have done pretty much all the difficult racing games, except this one. Sadly I sold the disc very long time ago before even creating my current account and never thought to buy it back, and eventually the servers have been shutted. Although I haven't started the game on this account, I wish I could have done it, it would have been a nice plat to have in my collection. Inversion I got the plat, but this does not change my opinion: I wish I have never started this. This crap is without any doubt the worst boost on ps3, it easily beats games like Far Cry 2. About 600h of boost, I have been doing this nightmare for almost an year which is absurd, such a massive waste of time. I wish I never started this. Shrooba
Awesome to see a new checklist here! You've been playing a ton of games over the years, and it's great to see you recently finished Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, it's one of the best Persona games in my opinion. Considering you've tackled the OG Arena, Ultimax's DLC must've been a nice stroll in the park! ? Usually I don't tackle fighting games either, but ArcSys do a great job. And Bioshock Infinite right next to it too! I played that one when I was younger back on my Xbox, cool to see that one!... Although you've done a ton more games than me, so it's probably obvious we've got some in common! ? I also love me some racing games! It's definitely a bummer that Gran Turismo 5's servers have shut down, so I figured since you love the PS3 that I'd recommend Gran Turismo 6! Polyphony never fails in the ol' quality department! A guide was recently released for the Ayrton Senna content, so all of the game is covered. Only thing is that downloading the updates is really sluggish, it's legitimately the only reason I haven't gotten to that one yet. ? As a side note, Gran Turismo's music is really top notch as well, and I believe GT6 has a few songs from GT5, so you might have some nostalgia scratched there! And best of luck with finishing Black Ops II! Treyarch always does fantastic work when it comes to Zombies. It was one of my favourite parts of BO3, so I can see why BO2 is the sort of game you'd wanna tackle, enjoy it! ? PedrOTN-
Amazing trophy collection man, we share pretty much the same mentality when it comes to trophy hunting. I also always go for 100% completion as the platinum trophy alone never felt like a job done, as well as the enjoyment for solid challenges. Most of the games i played you seem to have played too so i can tell you have good taste in games ? 1 hour ago, VirtualNight said: The games I target should have at least one of these elements: difficult trophy list fun game Ultra rare, although just this one alone is usually not enough (anymore). Definitely I am staying away from Fortnite and such a friend invites me to do it together, or there is a group going for it, representing a good chance I also don't do shovelware, nor any auto-pop/stack (apart from Fall Guys done only to keep playing it). Just a personal preference, also unlike some people I do not hold any grudge against who does them, to each their own. I got curious about Fortnite, if you dont mind me asking why are you staying away from it? That PVE is one of the best coop games ive played, hands down. Also good to see that you and a lot of people in this community have good common sense and stay away from shovelware and autopop/stack as their main way of obtaining trophies. Keep up the great work sir ?
Copanele
Nice trophy checklist you got there I do especially agree with the "Each game represents an experience, either good or bad", that's the same way I approach games. I can't help but laugh at this particular mention: Quote -Koihime Enbu RioRaray or whatever. A garbage crap I absolutely don't wanna play again Yep 100% agree there ? I expected a mad challenge in a fun game...except the game is more broken than fun, so I didn't bother with that one anymore either. Persona 4 Arena still remains the best out there!
Popular Post DrBloodmoney
Damn son - bringing a gun to a knife fight with this checklist! ? That’s a hell of a collection - and I’ve got a feeling this’ll be a fascinating checklist to follow, as it’s always interesting reading about those granular differences in the super-hard stuff up at the really challenging end of the hobby… especially for those like myself that mostly swim in the shallower ends of the pool ? Fair enough but its not exactly how you described, Fortnite was created as a PVE coop game and the BR was an experience that ended up becoming way more successful and completely took over, casting a shadow on Save The World. I never dealt with any child on STW and you dont have to either, even the Play with Others missions can be done with a pre-made group of 4. The loading/waiting for a lobby doesnt take more than 1 or 2 minutes. I’ll give you the 1000 hours of repetition (its more than 1000 btw), that can be a bit overwhelming but really depends if youre playing with friends or grinding alone. Overall i understand your reasons tbh, just letting you know it becomes significantly better if you enjoy STW and play it with friends ?

Can't get all the games done anyway, so it's better to choose funnier games and/or something challenging instead of mindless grinds.

I had it done at 650hrs with a bunch of BR matches played. Maybe around 620 for me if you do the survivors, play with others and world explores all in the same game. Cuts it in half, but of course you'll need a partner the whole time. Yeah you can definitely do it faster if youre focused ONLY on trophies, like i told VirtualNight i played way more than the trophy requirements so i cant be that precise when it comes to overall plat time, i estimated more than 1000 hours. 620 hrs is actually impressive man, nicely done ?
VirtualNight
Finally what felt like as a superb grind is over Platinum #444 (PS4) Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time (3.38%) Difficulty: 7/10 Fun: 4/10 Time spent: about 70h (I think about 10h wasted in afk for various reasons) Some time ago I played the trilogy which were 3 fun games, so i was positive I would have enjoyed the 4th game as well... and I didn't. The beginning started in the worst possible way, with the save corrupted glitch which made me drop the game for a bit. Eventually I came back, but I have never enjoyed the game for all the time. The levels felt exaggerating hard/luck based and some were way too long for this game, every level cleared was just a step forward to finish the game story, and I was a bit happy when I finally passed the last level, since the first part of what was a grind for me was over... yes, that's how it felt, a grind. The fact I hadn't been enjoying the game was a bad signal for the tough part of the platinum trophy: clear every level without dying, getting all the crates (along with also play them again in the n.verted mode for the gems) get the platinum time trial relics So I mentally prepared myself as I tend to do with grindy games that aren't hard, and I just replayed each level over and over until everything from there was done, I was quite bored so i combined this grind along with watching a TV show I dropped months ago. This full completion was nowhere as hard as people make it sound. Since I didn't like the game, it took some time to finish everything, I couldn't really play it more than 2-3h in free days apart from the final push recently, while disappointed from this experience I'm positive that I will enjoy the other Crash games, I would really love to see Crash Bash from ps1 though. Also I recently finished 2 ps3 games from the backlog (just had to do the dlcs), Crysis 3 (after a real pain to settle a session with a group), and Black Ops 2. Additionally I finished Alienation as well, not a smart idea to keep waiting for it due to the weekly online missions. Vergil
Nice. Which level did you find hardest to get Perfectionist? Im currently stuck on Crate me up or what's it called. The game has been pain for me . Already at 120 hours.

Toxic Tunnels takes something like 12min so I may say it was the hardest, but also Crash Landed took some time... basically any long level. Since one mistake can cost you 10 or more minutes. I don't know which one between perfect and platinum is harder, I'd put them on the same level. Perfect can take a while but you can take it slow and as safe as possible, while the time trial requires a more aggressive gameplay but each attempt is quick, not to mention the 15 seconds that it takes to reload a level when you mess up with the perfect relic (and I was on Ps5, I think it takes about a minute on ps4? ?).
Popular Post VirtualNight
Platinum 445 Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed Difficulty: 8/10 Fun: 7/10 Time spent: about 20h This could have been a super fun kart racing, but there are so many glitches related to the gameplay that they have negatively impacted the experience. In fact, you can suddently crash into nothing which can cost you the event, and it does not help a very unfair AI which can just nuke only you, preventing any chance to win. Despite all that it remains a fun game, which really says much. A grindy trophy list, sadly you can't just go straight to the highest difficulty but have to finish the game once. Beating everything on Expert difficulty is not a simple task, you need to put a bit of effort and potentially retry a couple of times, but the hardest part is definitely the time trials: you have to beat 20 Expert staff ghosts and that is sometimes tough, and for 2 specific tracks it was challenging and took me some hours. I already knew the glitch for the time trials wasn't going to work for me, and given the 24h limitation to the save back-ups, I couldn't be bothered to delete everything and retry, so I just took the hard way. I also didn't bother to record my laps, I thought they weren't going to be particularly hard especially given all my experience with racing games, but I was wrong, definitely don't underestimate this challenge. Platinum #442 #443 #446 Dark Souls trilogy Difficulty: 6.5/10 Fun: 8/10 Total time spent: 200h One day I played Code Vein, which reminded me that I still haven't played Dark Souls. I have been always sure it would have come to ps+ eventually, but that day may be very far yet, so I went ahead and finally bought the whole trilogy instead. Sometimes unfair and there are definitely some downsides, but overally a great game which I heavily recommend. The freedom of choice for your build, map exploration, enemies and bosses, story and some platforming merge together for an addictive gameplay. Along with the co-op system and the PvP (the latter i didn't like though). The first 2 games have a fair trophy list, which isn't too grindy either and you can experience the game properly, however the third went too far and turned into a big grind which I think beats Demon Souls as well, in fact I played with my ps3 while waiting for hours to get summoned into pvp for some items grind. You could kill the grind in all 3 games if a friend drops the items for you though. Ultimately I can finally say that I'M DONE WITH THE PS3 STORE since I finally finished my backlog with Naughty Bear and Modern Warfare 3. There is nothing else for me to get there anymore, and this really feels good.

VirtualNight
Platinum #447 Shiness The Lightning Kingdom (1.82%) Difficulty: 4/10 Fun: 7/10 Time spent: 50h I started this years ago and I didn't like it. Eventually, I gave it a second try, and it wasn't so bad. The beginning is horrible, but once you beat it, the game is not hard and it offers a decent adventure without any grindy level up required to proceed further. It has a very big downside though, which is the combat system: it works as a 1v1 arena brawler (with teammates switch) along with ranged/magic attacks, and it is definitely a boring fighting system, and sometimes unfair as well. It definitely takes quite time to get used to it, in fact my 2nd run was way easier and smoother than the 1st one. Overally a balanced platinum trophy, you gotta do everything the game has to offer (which isn't much) and a bit of grind, the most troublesome thing is to not miss any missable collectable, hopefully there is a TA walkthrough for that which seems to have quite some mistakes (unless the xbox version is different) but at least you won't miss anything, which would be catastrophic and would require a fresh new run otherwise. 2 endings to get so 2 runs are mandatory, I did the no game over run on the 2nd run and I didn't have any issue, I barely had to use the quit game trick. I would have done such run on my first try if the walkthrough didn't contain a very fake statement about one part of the story, but at least it wasn't a real problem with another run needed anyway.
Popular Post VirtualNight
Finally... I wanna cry.... Platinum #448 Inversion (1.81%) Difficulty: 3/10 Fun: 0 Time spent: 600+h Years ago I got this garbage, but I wasn't sure about starting it. So, my dumb-self decided to force me into it by getting a trophy, a decision that as of nowadays I heavily regret. This shit runs at 15fps, the sp isn't too bad but that's a shovelware experience in comparison to the mp. Some people will insist on some games as the worst mp boost for ps3, but whatever they say, Inversion has no competitor: it is without any doubt the worst ps3 boost ever, it shits on games like Far Cry 2, Binary Domain, Riddick etc. After trying to form a group for 2 years, I eventually managed to get a group going by merging a few people I found with another group that was struggling to start as well, and ultimately we began a hell. Now, this is a mayhem scenario: garbage servers, with endless issues/glitches here and there constant disconnections, which makes the infamous afk methods only partially true, the worst part (team modes) can't be afked as the disconnections are very very frequent freezes console killer. The rumors are true, this shit can kill your ps3. In my group, there was 1 victim, and also my ps3's battery is close to die because of this garbage 6 people required for hundreads of hours After almost an year since I started my first session, finally I'm done, but there are still some people in the group that have to be helped, so I will have to endure some more of this shit. Overally so much time wasted, I wish I could go back in time and never start this. Without any doubt, the worst mp I have ever experienced, and I'm positive it will never be beaten. 100% Star Wars Bounty Hunter (0.80%) Difficulty: 5/10 Fun: 7/10 Time spent: around 10h I was told this game is real garbage, but I actually had fun with it. It's a typical ps2 shooter where you play as the legendary bounty hunter Jango Fett (father of Boba Fett), I didn't follow the whole story due to the absence of subitles and a difficult/fast english spoken by the characters, still it was a fun gameplay with a tanky character, nice weapons and the jetpack making you fly everywhere while blasting any enemy. The 100% is not difficult, but a bit frustrating, because you have to capture some secondary bounties alive, and they have the tendency to kill themselves, especially in a few levels where they are placed on a cliff and, as soon as you get close, they immediately jump off and die, and you gotta restart the whole level, doesn't help that all of the bounties per level must be captured alive in one run.
Popular Post VirtualNight
Platinum #450 Verlet Swing (1.14%) Difficulty: 9/10 Fun: 8/10 Time spent: over 80h This indie game consists of a total of 100 quick levels, you have to reach the goal by using a hook to swing, that and the air control are the only things you can use to navigate around. It's a fun game that will also be very frustrating. Touching anything will result in death. Something to quite appreciate are the almost non-existent loading times and the very quick menus to pick a level you want to play again. The first 90 levels or so are simple enough with just a few ones that can be a bit annoying at first, then there is a massive difficulty spike which can block you for a few hours, and ultimately the last level, being a sort of prank, which is way longer than the previous levels and can take 10 hours for the first clear... not really promising for the no deaths run... After beating all the levels with the perfect ranking, which simply means being fast enough, it's time for some practice, as now all that is left to do are the challenges. You have to get decent enough so that you can clear a full run in less than 20 minutes, which i found a bit hard, but that is nothing compared to what comes next, the Hardcore Marathon, where you have to beat the 29 hardest levels without deaths. While it can be argued that some of them are not too hard, there is no doubt that all the hardest levels are included here, as well as the final level. This one took me about 50h between practice and attempts, and if you consider that these levels take between 5 and 30 seconds each, you can see how 50h is a very large amount of time. The remaining challenges are nothing too difficult and surely there is no comparison with the hardcore marathon, and after that along with a few miscellanous trophies you have experienced the game in its entirety. My videos for this game: Spoiler Also platted as #449 Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order, but I didn't like it apart from the story so I won't comment it. I think I will begin with the VR games, that should be quite a nice free ultra rare trophies, which should bring me to 4,000 total.
Joe Dubz
Congrats wow, well played! Verlet Swing did intrigue me a bit, so may give it a go when I'm looking for some new punishment 🤣 Great choice for your milestone too, IMO! I see you closing in on 4k URs, that is MOST IMPRESSIVE 👏👏👏 I haven't seen anybody with more honestly, I think you might be the UR Champion here on PSNP!

That was entrancing to watch and I viewed the whole thing. I cannot IMAGINE how long it took to get down the perfect momentum shifts and just... all the neat little tricks. Had never seen the game before but talk about a neat concept, well done!
VirtualNight
Platinum #451 Lichdom: Battlemage (0.85%) Difficulty: 4/10 Fun: 4/10 Time spent: 35h This game perfectly represents those type of UR games that are not difficult, but their rarity is given by something negative. I heard something terrify about this, and I hope it is wrong, in fact some people say that this game reminds them of Skyrim... I really hope this is false as I wanna play that game eventually (most likely in VR). This is a first person magic shooter where all what you do is to run for kilometers while fighting against boring enemies, using your endless magic which I found heavily monotonous. What is absurd is how long the maps are and trust me, it is quite negative for this game... I quickly got bored of fighting so I just started to skip every non-mandatory fight and it still took me about 8h to finish the story. If you don't skip anything I legit believe that a good 40h of boredom await you. With no trace of side-quests at all, after the story you can just play the New Game Plus, which is all but a new game plus. You just go through the maps picked randomly and do the related challenge. You will just grind from now on, and be sure to enjoy the crash-fest experience every 1-2h. Nothing difficult about the plat, the difficult-based trophies can be easily achieved by switching difficulty to the desired one right before killing a boss. Popular Post VirtualNight
Difficulty: 4/10 Fun: 9/10 Time spent: 25h This is a very nice indie turn-based strategy game which I really recommend, a simple and not really challenging story going through over 20 levels to claim your spot as shogun of the undead world. This is a good UR mine and you will have fun too if you like this genre, experiencing the game in pretty much its entirety, the only downside is that there isn't a difficulty higher than normal, to be honest a bit harder challenge wouldn't have been bad for this game. And now, the big question: why the hell did i buy the following 2 games? Platinum #452 #453 Red Faction 1 & 2 (3.69% | 4.48%) Difficulty: 6/10 3/10 Fun: 3/10 5/10 Time spent: about 10-15h each During the super wait-based GT Sport, I had to do something to I played these 2 games offline. I have no clue why I bought them, their rarity does not appeal me, it was said both are bad games and I'm sure they were never a PS+ thing. The first game was quite annoying, as you can open a door and instant die, no matter what. Someone clever had the great idea to give to the aimbot AI an instant-kill weapon, so there you go, you reload a save over and over until the eemy misses you. You also have to play with the aimbot, since the free aim is super garbage, but although your sight is locked on an enemy, it is entirely luck based whether you hit them or not, so you can just waste a lot of ammo or even die just because you had bad luck. Also some levels' design can get you lost, especially when some doors look like walls. The hardest trophy will be the Impossible difficulty run, where you will spam the save/load over and over, there is no other way around. Second game gets some improvements especially regarding the combat part, but it remains bad for me. It gets way more enigmatic as you now gotta usually blow things up to open a path and sometimes that is quite hidden with barely any clue about where it is. Hopefully you can use in-game cheats in the second game despite the trophies' description to speed things up, as 3 full runs are required and I didn't want to spend too much time on those.
