Oh yeah, the game freezes on saves in MP, which sucks. Shame too because I loved the game.

 

I had a stats wipe because I started in June of last year, shelved the game for a few months (due to lack of players) and came back in Feb. Like Rowdi said, bring some friends with you because getting randoms is hit or miss. I believe I wiped due to that time off the game but EA told me it shouldn't effect my save. Then again, they also told me they would have a "tier 3 tech" call and fix the issue and that never happened.

 

Bottom line, from the friends I made in co-op, you should be fine if you don't shelve the game for a while. Just commit to it

Rented this game from a redbox stand after it released and never finished it. I didn't realize how close I was to the platinum. When EU got it free, it only took me two days to clean up the last trophies I was missing.

If i played this game first then maybe i would've enjoyed it more but since i played it last it felt like super awkward. Story is still great but the combat is just terrible; also this game has much more grinding then its sequels

X-Men Origins Wolverine

 

 

Good and fun Hack N Slash Game. plays like GOW series. It has a lot of collectibles with most easy to find. You may need a guide for some of the dog tags as some or hidden pretty good. A bit of grinding to rase all your reflexes. Took me 2 play throughs with a good bit of grinding.

 

I would reccomend to fans of super heroes and hack n slash games.

Got it this morning and kept me from getting enough sleep this night

 

Despite the bad reputation it seems to have for some people, I actually enjoyed the game.

I admit, that there was wasted potential in the game and I'm pretty sure there were side missions cut (some of the stuff you can collect just seem that way) but overall, it was a fun game.

 

Pretty short for an RPG though (maybe that's the reason, why they make you play it three times for the plat ).

I played it all three times as a ranger and only struggled a bit during the end (protection - I won't say more, not to spoil too much) but I was told - several times - that I should have taken the dwarf, because he's insanely overpowered. The elf apparently too.

So, yes, probably not the most difficult game out there.

 

I liked it, that you didn't play anyone from the Fellowship and that part of the story, but get to see what happened in the North, where not everybody was watching.

It was a neat idea, even though the characters could remind one of... some better known people

 

In the end I can see, what bothers some people with the game but I had fun with it
