Popular Post Royalredpanda
#20 - Hakuoki: Stories of the Shinsengumi FujoshiGot all the trophies. Well done! You're a beautiful person with your whole life ahead of you. So this remake goes back to being one of my favorite visual novels. Unlike the newer VNs, there's not much game play and it's just a long picture book where you can pick answers which is probably really boring to some people. Anyways, the story follows a girl that ends up with the Shinsengumi which is the group of the last samurai before the Edo period took over. You then follow the events that lead up to the end of the Shinsengumi. What I really liked about this game is the fact that they actually put historical facts into the game so that made it pretty interesting. On the flip side, the thing I didn't like about it, the bad endings were really really sad. Though I won't lie, samurai and swords . Plus the image is pretty. Now to convince everyone that I need a katana set to display over the fireplace...

Popular Post KratosTheMighty
Platinum #55 Prince of Persia: Two Thrones This one kind of pissed me off a bit. After the first two play throughs, the third playthrough just felt tedious as fuck. I mean it's packed with mind numbing puzzles. somewhat shitty wall running traps, and a boss fight that if you don't know what to do it just ground pounds you into dust. It was a decent game, the combat was kind of fun, especially when you become the Dark Prince... but having your health drained until you die was... nerve wracking. I'd get to my objective, just bust open a vase... and then fall over dead... having to repeat the section over again because rewinding time simply puts me back to a sliver of health. As a conclusion to the trilogy it's worth playing, especially for the story. It has pretty cool looking trophies too.
Popular Post Alexi-Sama
#32 Wolfenstein: The New Order Wolfenstein master tadaaa..second platinum in 2015 tbh i started both games in 2014 and got them finished now. to the game: finally a really solid and fun FPS after a long time (imo). having always been a fan of the wolfenstein series this was no disappointment. story felt good, killing them nazis was fun too and i didnt have any crashes / bugs during my playthrough. graphics do look good enough to be a next gen title but nothing too great to be mentioned. i started with the UBER difficulty and didnt use the patch method. this difficulty got my ass kicked in some situations but if you ask me this game has to be played on UBER to give you a good feeling and experience the cruel war going on. got some of the perk trophies on easy difficulty and lord, this is really easy. this game has to be much less fun just rushing through on easy mode. but thats just my opinion, dont blame me
Popular Post Priere
Ah, please "Bear" with me the long post, but that's what i get for not posting in time.... #22 Hatsune Miku Project DIVA F 2nd Ah the joy of Project DIVA series, I must say that this is the best of the series yet. I joined the DLC songs + Costume club, So i'll have tons of fun even after platinuming. Best Classic Songs, Best DLC Songs and Best "New" Songs Classics: Luka Luka * Night Fever, Double Lariat, [Kokoro], Meltdown (Roshin Yukai), Clover Club, Paradichlorobenzene, Wintry Winds, Two-faced Lovers, Thousand year Solo (DIVA edit), World is Mine, Packaged New: Hello, Worker, Two Breaths walking, "Kowase, Kowase!", Akatsuki Arrival, This is the Happiness and peace of mind committee, DECORATOR. DLC: End of Solitude, To beyond a Duodecillion, "Change Me", Rollin' Girl, Yellow (Y). #23 Sly 2: Band of Thieves Definitely better than Sly 1, with this one...I got 3/4 of the series done. "The Murray" is still the best character in my opinion. #24 Atelier Escha & Logy: Alchemists of the dusk sky One of the best Atelier Games. My favorite characters are; Micie, Linca, Lucille, Threia and Marion Playing this makes me want to get Ayesha even more >_< Can i just say that "Linca" is the second "Melvia" in the entire series when it comes to Super-crazy-powerful characters?! Although it was easy, but it's not THAT easy either, I enjoyed my time and hope Ayesha and Shallie is more better. With this done, I only need to finish Mana Khemia 2 (PSP), Atelier Ayesha (and Plus), Atelier Shallie and the Plus version of Escha & Logy, Sweet gumdrops!
Popular Post bald_merchant
Platinum #78 (and trophy #6000) - God of War: Ascension"Champion of the Gods"I'm a big fan of this series, Hard mode in the previous games was a little challenging, but not in this one. You'll have to play in strategy and learn the parry system (If you're a new comer) in chapter 28 "Trials of Archemides", It's not that bad, I got it in my 4th try. No post-game challenges like in the previous games of the series, just beat the game on hard and keep an eye of collectables.Story-wise: This game is the first in the timeline, meaning it's before Kratos becoming the god of war, plot of the first game (PS2).Combat-wise: You can use various types of magic of Kratos's family: Ice of Posiedon, Fire of Ares, Minions of Hades, and Lightning of Zeus.Platinum #79 (&100% DLCs) - Saints Row IV"Kingpin"The only time I've bought any DLC was for Brütal Legend, meaning I only do that with games I really like, and I really like this game that much! The previous one "Saints Row: The Third" was a blast, and this one is the nuke! Crazy, funny, creative, and not serious at all! I love how they make fun of other video games, movies, musics, factional and famous characters, it's like those people who made this game don't give a sh*t about no body! I'll be playing this every now and then until they make the 5th game.. and can't wait for "Gat Out of Hell" by the end of this month!
Popular Post DarkPirate2007
Platinum #21 Acquired All Trophies Acquired all trophies. I'll be very honest, I enjoy the game's soundtrack a lot more than the actual game itself. Don't get me wrong, I did enjoy playing the game from beginning to end it's just that the music definitely makes up for it. This also marks my very first platinum earned in 2015, and I'm glad that I made this game as my first platinum I earned this year. Besides the music, the battle animations was just as amazing along with everything else. The only thing that bothered me the most would be the True Ending, it kind left me an empty feeling. Anyway, this is a very good game and I highly recommend it for those who enjoy playing JRPGs and this game is also an easy platinum.

Popular Post dakk55
154th Platinum Kingpin The game was awesomely fun...when it wasn't freezing up. It seems that sometimes it plays smoothly and I'm enjoying the gameplay, then bam! It freezes up and I have to restart my PS3. Other times it freezes up so often I just stopped playing for a moment and turned off my PS3. The gameplay is fun as it parodies many video games and movies, even the previous installments of Saint's Row. I'm still laughing when the Boss killed his default character from Saint's Row 1 and two popped up and he yelled that he forgot the coop character! The game isn't meant to be taken seriously, often making bad jokes and clever nods to some things. The trophies are actually quite easy to get, although the challenges has to be done early, especially for the weapon/power kills on the Flashpoint/Hotspot/Virus Insertion. The 40 hour in simulation required a second playthrough and I was more than happy to do it all over again. If you enjoy having endless fun with plenty of references and puns, play it. Its even more fun if playing with a friend. Edited January 9, 2015 by dakk55
Popular Post FluffyAssassin64
#34 - Destiny "Guardian Lord" Obtain all trophies in Destiny. Destiny, Destiny, Destiny... I don't think I've ever played a game where I've gone from loving it to hating it (and then loving it again) so many times. First time through the game I thought it was alright; it felt pretty epic finding the big new areas and exploring with friends. As the game continued though, I started to see just how repetitive the missions really were. Sure, the locations were great and varied, but the mission structure was literally the same every time. Dinklebot was annoying and quite un-funny ("we've woken the hive!"... "the world's grave... not ours" "Ok little light... don't do that" lol) and storytelling was abysmal. Strikes were fun (especially with friends) the first few times, but quickly grew repetitive. Crucible was fun, sure, but the lack of depth and variety made my time with it limited. My time with Destiny was all but over... when I finally discovered a clan to run the raid (Vault of Glass) with. I don't think I've ever had more fun with a group of people in a game before the raid. I found it ridiculously awesome; the teamwork and communication required, innovative-ness of the puzzles (and battles) and general fun and intrigue made it SOOOOOO good. As soon as I played my first raid with an awesome group of people, I was hooked; Destiny had pulled me right back in. The hunt for all the exotics and getting to level 30 (with full raid gear) was on. I've got all 3 characters at level 31 or higher (32 hunter... I LOVE MY HUNTER I've collected every single legendary Hunter cloak too haha), even though I don't spend as much time with my alts, and I've loved the new raid as well (it is probably a bit simpler though...). I've spent about 11 days total time (260 odd hours) and loved (nearly) every minute of it. I will admit I struggled a bit in the weeks following the expansion to keep motivated playing it, but I'm now loving it again All in all, I didn't like the story, characters, missions or bounties, but I DO love the raids, friendships it has produced, and the addictiveness of the loot system (even though it's not quite as addictive as games like Diablo or Borderlands, it still keeps me coming back). Not my favourite game by any means, but I continue to log in most nights to enjoy some Destiny with friends btw, it was SO satisfying to finally get that flawless raider trophy! 6th try for us (after finally figuring out a good route for the gorgons and someone-who-shall-not-be-named stuffing up the jumping puzzle); only potentially tricky bits are gorgons and jumping puzzle bottom ledge (easy to make a little mistake). Good, nonetheless Game rating: 7.5/10 Platinum difficulty: 5/10 (with a decent raiding team), 10/10 (with a crap team)

Popular Post TwilightSpira
PLATINUM 52 - TALES OF HEARTS R My first platinum of 2015!! at first i thought it would be another solid Tales games, but surprisingly Tales of Hearts really managed to stay high up troughout all the adventure. As of today, the game managed to earn his place among the trinity of the Tales franchise to me, a deserved place among the ones, like Symphonia and Xillia. TwilightSpira
Dragon Age: Inquisition (PS4) Dragon AgeTM : Inquisition Platinum Trophy Collect all the Dragon AgeTM : Inquisition trophies After a couple of minutes thinking how to start describing this game, all I could come up with was: Its. F***ing. Great. After somewhat disappointing DA II, my hopes were not at the highest mountain top. I'm very glad the developers climbed to that top anyway. The graphics vary from pretty neat to simply amazing, especially the beach on Storm Coast offered some gorgeous images. The music, superb on a Game of Thrones-y way. And I don't even like GoT that much (yeah, well, sue me). But the core stays true to the first Dragon Age, which also is a very, very...very good game. And I just couldn't stop playing this, addicted to the max I was. There are some negative aspects that caught my eye, though. Not many, but still... The main villain. I'll try not to spoil anything, but...really? And the story had also moments where I felt it was fitting for a DLC, not for an AAA title. Some glitches occurred along the way, mainly in the sound department, but that's about it. Aaaaand finally I want to give a huge high five-thank you to Mah2c and Dragon-Archon, your guide was simply a work of art and an enormous help Im so happy to know this, thank you and Congratulations on your new Platinum

Popular Post Ala-Arska
inFAMOUS: First Light Noble Achievement Collect all Trophies A DLC with a Platinum? Sounds weird, but I'll take it. Since I have not played Second Son (yet), I have no idea whatsoever if First Light is related to said game plot-wise. At least it didn't seem like so. As such, I enjoyed quite a bit using those neon powers. Electricity is sooo last decade anyways (sorry, Cole). And the main character was a refreshing one to play with (tee hee) too, seems like a cool chick. I'm always put off by Challenges or Arenas or any Modes that ain't story modes, but here they were more tolerable than usual. It's been a while since I've played PS+ games, but with First Light I'm getting my hopes up again. I definitely recommend this one, it's light (no pun intended), easy and quite fun. Popular Post black__bunny
#28: Tomb Raider Loved the single player - the story, the characters, event the collectables were fun. The mp is one of the worst I've played. Its terrible connections and lag just ruins anything that could have been an enjoyable experience. The mp trophies are pretty easy, only the grind for lvl 60 and all unlocks is a bit painful. Im glad they patched this and removed the 3rd prestige requirement or I would never have attempted this plat. 1st plat for 2015!!
