Almost ran out of Pluton for the last few battle but at least the enemies got destroyed pretty hard. When i was fighting the queen i managed that Geoff can do up to 13 magic bullet shots in one turn and each done like 300 damage and of course Gomori Tatyana and Aizen (Mel's Golem) did help with doing alot damage aswell. Hell, I still haven't gotten to that point mainly because the Survival Dungeon is holding me back. Good luck on the rest of those by the way. You can do it! Back on topic: Call of Duty: Black Ops II Giant Accomplishment Complete all challenges in Black Ops II. Holy shit. For the most part, this trophy was quite easy. However, there were a bunch of these challenges that ranged from difficult to rage-inducing. I've heard that a lot of people said that the challenge in Pyrrhic Victory that requires you to "Dive to prone on an enemy grenade and survive" was quite tricky, but I managed to pull it off in 2 or 3 attempts. I kept getting my ass kicked trying to complete Fallen Angel without dying, only to get shot to death by a done that spotted me or even worse, at the end when the SOC-T I was driving completely fell apart because I didn't realize how much I could actually use its boost function. Then of course, there's that little son of a bitch, Ziggy. I actually learned that it was possible to see the amount of time you were being counted for (even if it was a small number at the lower left hand corner of the screen). Nevertheless, this took me a bunch of tries, but personally, it wasn't the hardest. Completing Suffer With Me without dying was also a pain in the ass for me, mainly due to me either being killed by a random grenade, exploding car, an accidental shooting of a civilian, or at the end, when I either miss that final jump or get killed by that gunfire you're trying to get out of in the first place, but you can't because Noriega is so fucking slow and you actually have to wait until he jumps over before you can jump! Thankfully, when I was doing the challenges in Cordis Die, the one I really had trouble on was at the beginning, so it was easy to restart the mission and go from there...until I found out that you could just kill yourself and go back to the beginning of that part for the challenge if you find that you screwed up. 100% impact ratio with a SAM turret is painful. Now, the Strike Force missions, I actually had quite the amount of fun in, and in some of the missions (most notably Dispatch), going into Tactical View makes some of the challenges much easier. That said, the final challenge I had to do, which was to complete Second Chance in Tactical View only... WAS FUCKING HELL ON EARTH Shitty AI, a horrendous number of infinitely respawning enemies compared to the small amount of soldiers you get when you do this mission, and the fact that when the HVI's escort gets killed, no matter how many other soldiers are left, she will just stop moving (and may I also say that once the HVI is rescued, you get no more respawns). This one challenge took me so many reties that I was on the brink of metaphorical insanity, enough to have me stop trying for the platinum altogether. But instead, I pushed forward. I looked at the successful attempts of others, created a strategy around those examples, and I eventually pulled it off. And here I am, one last playthrough from getting the plat for the first game I played on this profile, and the rarest one yet. 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
