Dr_Mayus
Does anyone really read the T&C though? :') Ignorantia juris non excusat Ignorance of the law is no excuse You can't just not bother to read a document you sign and then say "I didn't know it was against the rules"...it is why they make you sign the document. But I just want to point this out...THERE IS A TON OF PORN ON THE INTERNET. Seriously why would someone give a shit about nudity in a videogame...if you want to see nudity it really isn't that hard to find. XX_FTW
Eh, I think only a child's parents have the right to decide what is and is not appropriate for their child. And only the company can decide what is an appropriate use for their products and services. So, I disagree with everyone saying that nudity is too much for kids or arguing the opposite point. Not up to you to decide. Go ahead and disagree with Sony but at the end of the day it's not your call. Sony was well within their rights to ban him and should have stuck to their guns. They were probably just tired of the whining by all the people complete unaffected by this ban.
deutschZuid
Does anyone really read the T&C though? :') But merh, it does seem overkill Porbhub is supported in a special format on PlayStation Yet they're banning someone over this Just seems a bit much to me Also in response to Adam I think you men GTA IV that had an extended male nudity scene where you saw everything Tonnes of people uploaded it, none ever got banned This just seems too extreme I mean it was shared to his personal twitter account, and I don't think Sony can really control what we post on something not directly related to them Um.. it's your choice to skip reading the T&C.. just because you ignore something doesn't mean it doesn't apply.. What an ignorant comment.
Beyondthegrave07
This seems to be a heated debate, but it is what it is. Whether it was right or wrong to ban the kid is arguable, but let's all be honest. It was pretty damn stupid to post it in the first place. Whether he was 14 or 44, he knew exactly what he was doing. I mean seriously, you post a picture showing full frontal nudity, and you expect Sony to just overlook it? Please. The argument of blood and gore in gaming is just a red herring. That kid was asking for trouble the second he hit share, and he knew it. He should have been banned for being a dumbass alone. Fubuki
Anyone who says "Sony did the right thing" obviously wouldn't say that if it happened to them. Sony is full of dickheads and ban people all the time for no reason. I'm sure alot of people know I was banned for goofy shit as well. The guy can't do anything about it. It's not his fault but Sony is way too savage and don't give a fuck about gamers. They only want money.Truth hurts
Azaan60
So the banalization of violence and disrespecting the dead, besides disrespect towards women in this case, are not something that should be kept at minimal and not spread in the internet? Some people saw just a picture - because it is just a picture - and other people saw cause for concern - because, as goes the saying, a picture is worth a 1000 words. They are not right, but they are not wrong either. Wtf are you on about lmao? So if I kill an enemy in a game I can't take a picture of their dead body because it's "disrespecting the dead"? It's a fucking a video game lol. They're not real. Secondly the reason the guy took the pic in the first place was because he was asking Ubisoft whether the inclusion of the vag was intentional or a glitch. This is something a lot of the people on this thread don't realise. People need to grow up and stop being sensitive cowards.
BIOHAZARD-R-US
Streaming it on twitch to view an M rated game requires you to sign in to verify your age(don't know if you're watching on console)whereas sharing a screenshot to your wall feed can be seen by anyone on your friends list, and anyone if its set to public. I streamed it to Youtube
Satoshi Ookami
Anyone who says "Sony did the right thing" obviously wouldn't say that if it happened to them. Um... I'm pretty sure those who say that would never do something like that in the first place. Sony is way too savage and don't give a fuck about gamers. They only want money. Weeeeeell, no shit? Obviously companies want money, how else would they even survive, lol?
IMaySlayLizDaw94
To me it seems like we just have a lot of prudes here Who don't realise the ban was unjust and uncalled for Any argument otherwise is just like, why bother? Worse things get shared on social media every day that young children have access to A pixel vagina isn't a huge deal when most kids who will see it will have seen videos of people being decapitated and raped in punlic places etc.
Walt the Dog
Anyone who says "Sony did the right thing" obviously wouldn't say that if it happened to them. That has more to do with our tendency to blame anything but ourselves than anything else. Judgements like this are best made by third-parties who can look at the situation from both sides more-or-less equally and reach a conclusion from there, not one of the people affected who likely has a bias towards their own side.
A12
So Ubi patched out that particular vagina, but left all the male genitalia in place. In an intriguing turn of events, the French game-maker has made an executive decision to wipe out all vagina imagery from Watch Dogs 2. Unlike female genitalia, however, Ubisoft is sticking to penises as it appears the modifications won’t affect male models. Such hilarity. Obviously companies want money, how else would they even survive, lol? Actually people who say that are most likely to get banned. Also that's true all companies want money but they should also care about gamers and not just cash. How did you not figure that out? Did you use your head? webbul
There should be an 18+ tag on it or something so you can only see it if you are 18+ , idk . something though

Saionji
I think Sony did the right thing in this situation, its just a temporary ban btw. We should learn a bit from this if someone doesnt want to get banned.
