Was an absolute bitch to get A+ on a couple levels in the first game, can't imagine getting those ratings again on the sequel, let alone completing all the levels on Hard difficulty and killing 50,000 enemies. I had to give up on it at some point (iirc during the boss rush on ng+ because I was tackling too many completion trophies at once), and I just never got back to it.
