Novemberian Posted November 26, 2016 Share Posted November 26, 2016 I thought I could tolerate seeing violence pretty well but there were sequences where I didn't want to watch anymore and I felt really anxious. And to think that some people have actually experienced that. Not to say I wasn't aware how brutal wars are but somehow this movie made me realize it even more. It's a bit hard to explain. How was this movie? I liked it. Wasn't great, but worth a one time watch. A bit lacking on action and has a few spoilers, if you haven't read the manga / watched the anime. It's a film about a lesbian and gay group of activist, supporting the Miner's strike in the UK during the Thatcher regime in the 80s.
