TristanBrown17
It means "Elite", but the shorthand is leet. It's one of those slang things and a fun number in the gaming community
damon8r351
http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=leet&utm_source=search-action In other words, 1337 means "leet", shorthand for "elite", which is a silly buzzword numbskulls involved with gaming and computers use without regard to what it originally meant. Shinobi
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leet the number "1337" can resemble the word "leet". The one represents the l, the threes represent the e's and the 7 represents the t. The term leet is derived from the word elite. leet (or 1337) can also be used to describe formidable prowess or accomplishment. In this case, your 1337th trophy or your "elite" trophy. It's basically internet slang. Edited April 18, 2017 by - Cammy -

Dry
Other than being a reference to the early internet (when memes were used as a means of communication), I’ve never understood the reason for this milestone to exist. I’m still waiting for my 69th, 420th and 666th trophy milestones.
