Popular Post SpacebarPlays
So its been a rough few weeks for me. Somehow ended up coming down with Pleurisy. Which, if anyone has had it before will attest to, is one of the most painful experiences of my life. So i spent just over a week in bed, not being able to sleep more than 20-30mins at a time because i had to change positions because of the pain. Was hoping to be able to do some gaming whilst laid up but unfortunately, just couldnt even look at my TV screen without intense pain shooting through my chest/back area. So thanks to everyone posting your updates, because i got to read them as i laid there Everyones lists looking shorter ^^ Anyways, in the time since my last update, i have managed to get a couple more platinums done and progress made Stardew Valley - 100% Stellaris - 29% -> 24% (Fuck you new DLC Trophies :P) Middle Earth : Shadow of Mordor - 13% -> 85% Civ6 - 12% -> 61% FF7 Remake - 100% Slime Rancher - 100% Assassins Creed: Odyssey - 59% GAME ADDED : Nexomon: Extinction - 1% -> 74% So anyways, i got through the Shadow Of Mordor game. Some of the trophies were a tad buggy and needed repeating. All thats left for that is to wait for payday and get the last DLC so i can get the 100% completion Fun game, having played Shadow Of War before, its age definitely shows. Looking forward to playing Shadow Of War again though. Civ6. Ahhhhh... Civ6. Its a fun game but the trophies in it are just really really dull. Because of the RNG factor, its near impossible to play the game properly and complete the trophies. So a fair few hours spent just making hot seat games and cheesing some of them. Not sure if i'll be getting the 100% completion this challenge because some of the trophies i have left are just the absolute worst thing. Also, i added Nexomon because i just felt like playing it. I had played like 10mins last year but never really went in depth with it. Been playing it this week and its fast becoming one of my favorite games. Its just really enjoyable and the comic relief and writing is great. Completed the storyline now, its basically just cleanup. Collect all the 'Mons and fight all the battles. This week, the plan is to just finish up Nexomon and then i'll probably have a few games of Stellaris and look at finishing up AC: Odyssey. Its mostly just DLC left and a few extra quests from the main game. Hope everyone is well!

Popular Post StilRh
@SpacebarPlays Pleurisy is the worst. I hope it eases and that you are not in too much pain. Now I'm no doctor (I am a mental/psyche nurse so physical ailments are out of my area of expertise), but I've heard that different positions may help with pain and on the ward I imagine I would use pillows and blankets to prop people up or help them sleep on thier sides. Anecdotally, one of my old patients with pleurisy managed to sleep lying on the side that hurt, as odd as that sounds. Wishing you a speedy recovery so you can tell me how to nail those stardew/stellaris/civ trophies lol.

Managed to finally complete Light Tracer, after getting the PSVR from my attic and setting it all up it was painless to finish it. I've also made serious headway into Atelier. Popular Post Fanatixa1
Hi everyone, Here’s an update from me. I haven’t had too much gaming time but I did make progress on some games. 1. Yakuza: like a dragon - 8% —> 17% 2. Planet Coaster - 28% —> Subnautica - 1% 3. Persona 5 Strikers - 0% 4. Assassin's Creed Odyssey —> 46% - 85% 5. Kentucky Route Zero - 0% —> 5% I’ve been playing a lot of Assassin’s creed Odyssey. I had already finished the main story but this game is sooo long! Managed to get the platinum and finishing the last DLC’s now. Hope to finish up this week. I’ll switch Planet Coaster for Subnautica, will play that after I finish Assassin’s Creed. I know I haven’t been that active during this challenge, I’ll try to add some more updates in the coming weeks. Swaps 1/2
Popular Post YaManSmevz
What up, what up?! Another good week for me, I'm happy to report! FF7 has been a wonderful blast from the past. Back in the day a friend and I got our hands on a Brady guide and we obliterated that game, got to know it inside and out. And even though that was well over twenty years ago everything started to come back to me. I'm like Biff in Back to the Future 2, "the carob nuts... I remember that!" Overcooked 2 is fun as well but beyond the base game is harsh! The DLC is surprisingly frustrating at times, but it's just so cute. Go ahead and be mad at a mustachioed onion dancing in his swimming trunks! You can't do it! Thanks for reading and thanks for posting, it's super encouraging how prolific so many of you have been! 1. Resident Evil 2 ✅ 2. Overcooked 2 (25-->56%) 3. Final Fantasy 7 (5-->52%) 4. Uncharted: Drake's Fortune Remastered ✅ 5. Manhunt ✅ 6. Fallout 4 (2%) 7. Popular Post Crispy_Oglop
16th Update - I managed to get Yakuza 6 completed over the weekend, but after being right there with Kiryu and the rest of the gang for 7 games now, popping the platinum felt a little bittersweet if i'm honest. It was probably the easiest of the entire series so far but I really liked the story and it felt like a fitting end to some character story arcs that spanned across many hundreds of hours of gameplay in the series. I'm definitely looking forward to trying Yakuza:Like a Dragon and Judgement, but I think i'll leave those until I crack open a PS5 towards the end of the year. I made a start on Nier: Replicant too but haven't had the chance to really get stuck in yet. So I'm going to make some proper progress on that in the evenings this week alongside Spirit Hunter: NG which is shaping up to be a pretty decent visual novel. We're almost at May already, which is insane. I don't understand what has happened to time since 2020. I'm starting to think about my summer challenge list at the moment, there is quite a bit coming next month - Mass effect trilogy remasters, Resident Evil 8, Subnautica: Below Zero etc. Between those and my garden landscaping summer project I think it'll be enough to take my mind off lockdowns and social restrictions. Thanks for your updates everyone, they've been great to read with my morning coffee Nioh Persona 5 Strikers Thimbleweed Park Yakuza 6: The Song of Life 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim Beyond Blue Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls Nier: Replicant - 0% > 2% Spirit Hunter: NG - 0% > 5% Visage The Suicide of Rachel Foster Edited April 25, 2021 by Crispy_Oglop
Popular Post Heather342
Update #10 Not much change for me this week, still just chipping away at Cuphead and Hitman ? For Cuphead, this week's progress includes 3 bosses finished on expert mode (Goopy le Grande, Beppi the clown and Phantom Express), and one trophy for completing the Pacifist run on the 6 Run and Gun levels. The number of times I died on that flipping octopus at the end of Perilous Piers, it was so stressful I think I may have aged about 10 years lol! Progress 68 -> 71% Hitman 3 I completed Whittleton Creek and reached mastery level 20. I've also completed my first run of Isle of Sgail. Progress 34 -> 36% I will eventually finish Spirit of the North ? The problem I have is that the PS5 is in my husband's office, and he's either working or playing Assassin's Creed Odyssey so I don't get many opportunities to play it. Keep up the great progress everyone ?

Xionzenn
I did my fair share of "backlog" over the course of 4 months. My account is backdating from 2010. I simply don't have time for a "backlog challenge" there's a reason why I have a backlog, because I didn't want to plat it!! Good luck to everyone though.
Popular Post Hisuiryu
Week 8 Update Another game done this week as I managed to finish up Outland yesterday! I had a blast with it, it's a really solid metroidvania with a decent level of challenge to make it fun. Housemarque seem consistent on making this kind of fundamentally simple game that are just a joy to play - I definitely recommend it. I've also started up a new file on FF Type-0, no new trophies for it yet but I'm hoping to get a good chunk of it done by next week. Definitely had the same experience with the octopus, you finally master the first 3/4 of the level and then it's like "okay cool, but can you jump like a total spaz for fifteen seconds?" Ugh. Only got a few more story stages done in DW7, and after missing one side quest in Ys IX I decided to start over on Nightmare. I could just use an earlier save, but I'm only on Chapter 4 and this will save me from doing an extra playthrough later on. Nightmare isn't too bad now that I'm used to the gameplay again. It wasn't until the weekend that I finally settled on Ratchet and Clank and actually made some real progress. I beat the first playthrough in about 9 hours and got most of the weapons up to level 5. Now I just have the gold bolts and RYNO cards to clean up, then I'll start on Challenge Mode. It should only take me another day or two to get the plat, and then I'll go back to Ys IX for the rest of the week. While also knocking out a couple more story stages a day in DW7. Week 9 plans -plat R&C -get back to Chapter 4 in Ys IX on Nightmare -keep whittling away at Story Mode in DW7 Final month, here we come!
Popular Post Hiyo_Rain
CSI Fatal Conspiracy – 0% -> 100% Amnesia: Memories – 1% -> 24% Life is Strange: Before the Storm – 0% -> 100% Destroy All Humans – 0% 2064: Read Only Memories – 47% -> 78% Update 6! I made a bit of progress last week, but it was only like two trophies’ worth, so I didn’t see the point in posting about it. Working nights has been kicking my butt way more than I expected (though I’m sure some health conditions I occasionally deal with flaring up with bad timing are a decently large part of that). I finished the CSI game! I have a lot of complaints in terms of how the science was handled, but they’re not that different than my complaints about the show, so I won’t get into it here. I still managed to have fun, despite my frustration at the game telling me I’m wrong for trying to use proper procedures in a few points. I also made some progress in Amnesia. I honestly went into this game with no knowledge of what the story was going to be like, aside from a handful of memes from within the otome community. I’m very pleasantly surprised by this game, and I’m excited for more when I get around to playing more routes!

The last level of Surf and Turf has a similar kitchen shifting mechanic as Campfire Cook-off, which can be stressful. Just keep an eye on the timer, and when the screen shakes and you hear the big wave coming in, grab everything you are working on and haul ass! ? My wife is very much NOT a gamer, frankly the sole reason I have games like Family Feud or Scrabble is because that's the only genre where she's like "ooh can I play?" She does like watching me play Overcooked though, she said she enjoys the lack of gunshots? Wrappin up Surf n Turf right now and I already see what you mean. Popular Post Dzware
Time for a second update, as I actually finished a game: Catherine! This was a challenging, yet really fun game, no idea why I put it off for so long lol. Hard mode was pretty challenging, with a couple levels taking me quite a bit of time to figure out, and a couple others where I got fucked by bad RNG with mystery blocks and monster blocks. I expected Babel to be quite a step up in difficulty, but overall that wasn't really the case. Obelisk I got stuck on for hours, but did it in 3 tries with 2 controllers, and Axis Mundi I did first try even. I also made some decent progress at the start of this month with Futuridium, where I got the most annoying trophies done, so now it's just a matter of getting the rest of the ~70 medals that I have left, it's probably what I'll be focussing on for the next week or so, along with Sly 4, which I started up again recently and should hopefully not take me much time either. Modern Warfare 2 - 50% DOOM 2016 - 33% Injustice: Gods Among Us - 62% Skyrim - 13% inFamous - 7% Catherine - 38% --> 100% Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time - 4% --> 5% Mass Effect 3 - 3% Futuridium PS4 - 0% --> 57% Lumo - 0% Transistor - 0%
