Are you sure? @ferryjan wrote the guide on ps3imports using the HK version way back when. The EU and NA editions should be releasing about now.

The original list (the one with earners) is in Korean, Japanese and Traditional Chinese, plus there are recent earners from all over Asia so Asia is the logical region for that stack. Also, the Western versions aren't due until Q1 2021. EDIT: Serialstation.com only has a JP version listed so that's also a possibility.

Speaking of which; thoughts and ideas about the unknown stack of the first game?

If it can be proven that the list was never released, or is a dev list, then it would be removed from the series similar to Playstation Home and the most recent PS5 example, Sackboy Adventure (in which it was a dev list only a developer owns). It will still be linked as an alternate list, just not in the series

I've refreshed these lists

The third list is an American copy: UP3165-CUSA12761_00-RIDINGSTABLESUSD https://serialstation.com/serials/CUSA/12761 and it is not on Sony's server. At this point, I very much doubt it's a physical copy either, considering there are no owners. That said, https://psnprofiles.com/trophies/10834-octonaut will likely never release due to the name change. And if you're thinking of removing trophysets for years old games that have no owners, be aware that Spectrum https://psnprofiles.com/game-leaderboard/6420-spectrum does have two owners, but neither show up on leaderboard. But that is undoubtedly a NA version (there's two NA content ids), as noted here: https://serialstation.com/serials/CUSA/07082

As for Letter Quest Remastered: https://psnprofiles.com/trophies/7272-letter-quest-remastered , you can see that there are 5 titleids for the game, 1vX2uTR.pngbut only 4 are buyable. But one is not. That would be this European titleid: https://serialstation.com/serials/PCSB/01216 It was going to be a physical edition! I even contacted the developers, and this is their response: c2DMcaa.png

So, that version of Letter Quest will likely never release.

Okay, next up, a fun one: Fat City: NYC! https://psnprofiles.com/trophies/5925-fat-city-nyc As you may be aware, it has 6 titleids! MQN81Wi.png

Vitas are released, as well as the regular PS4s, but VR is the notable one. Now take a look at https://psnprofiles.com/game-leaderboard/5691-fat-city-nyc This is the VR version, yet only has NA earners. Suspicious? You'd be correct. The third list is EU VR (means, not Vita), https://serialstation.com/serials/CUSA/06870 which never released! I tried contacting the devs back in Nov 2019, and got no response :D  No, eta on Act it Out XL release, but the devs seem to have an active Discord: https://www.discord.gg/snapfingerclick https://psnprofiles.com/trophies/5012-tutorial-shooting-game will never be released, of course. Now, https://psnprofiles.com/trophies/7645-nba-playgrounds-2 is an interesting one. The game never released, but is on Sony's server. The reason is because they did a name change to the 2K variant https://www.gematsu.com/2018/07/nba-playgrounds-2-renamed-nba-2k-playgrounds-2-to-be-published-by-2k-games

Henceforth, even if someone had the game, they wouldn't be able to download it (there were a couple Reddit posts about it), and I believe the user, JoinTheClub has managed to get the game, but could not sync it. But I'm not sure about that.

Anyway, there's a lot more that can be noted for these PS4 games with no owners, but this post is getting quite long

It looks like a typical JP and WW format here. The WW not being released yet, but it was released in Japan earlier this year which is why one stack has owners and the others do not.

I can adjust later if I'm wrong.

Requesting a revision on the Middle-earth series:

https://psnprofiles.com/series/33-middle-earth/EliasR991

Recently, Guardians of Middle-earth was added, for no apparent reason other than having a similar name. This game has nothing to to with the Talion games, and I find its addition to be pointless, it's just not the same series.

I suggest either reverting the decision, adding Guardians to the already established LOTR series: https://psnprofiles.com/series/630-the-lord-of-the-rings/RBK_94

OR

Removing the Middle-earth series entirely, adding all the games to the LOTR series mentioned above.

Hopefully we get this sorted ?

Idk if this is the right place to ask, but is Demon's Souls eligible to be its own series with the remake out now? Also, is it possible to create a soulsborne series that includes Demon's Soul, Darksouls, and Bloodborne?

No, Bloodbourne, Demon Souls and Seikero have nothing to do with eachother, as much as the fans of the community might want there to be.

A sequel to Demon's Souls would need to happen for it to be a series, same with Bloodbourne and Seikero

There is an on-going discussion on wether or not to merge a number of series, these two happen to be in said discussion

Watch Dogs: Legion only has trophy guides for the PS4 version, but not for the PS5. Is there anyway to add the guides for the PS5 too? Is this the right place to ask?

To have a PS5 guide, someone would need to write one, guide related questions are better asked in the Guide Writer's Headquarters

While we recognize serialstation as being a good resource, it often does not paint the full picture and so it cannot be the primary source of information on wether or not something should be removed. It is best paired with a more reliable source of information like a developer response, such as what you have given with Letter Quest.

As far as the removal of trophy lists entirely, only Sly can do so, and it requires that there be absolute logic and reason behind its removal. As of now, the only lists that were removed were junk data lists pushed through the Sony API in the PS5 releash rush.

The only thing the team can do is unlink games from other games. We cannot delete games from the server.

The team has decided to merge all the Middle Earth games into the Lord of the Rings series entirely.

So regarding the Sonic the Hedgehog Series, how is it sorted? Because I'm kinda confused how they are sorted.

If it's sorted on 2D games then 3D games, then Sonic Mania should be after Sonic 4 Ep 2 and before Sonic Adventure.

It it's sorted on original release dates, then Sonic 4 Ep 1 should be after Sonic Unleased/World Adventure and before Generations, and Ep 2 should be after Generations as their release dates are Unleashed - 2008, S4E1 - 2010, Generations - 2011, and S4E2 - 2012.

Also please let me know if this was addressed already. I tried searching the topic for this "issue" but didn't see any.

Thank you~

*Ah also, didn't see this but, is there no way to split the No Stage games into their own stages like Stage A, B, etc in order to split each game into their own Stage without being in the 'main series'? It bothers me to see a bunch of spin-off games in a single Stage for say, Neptunia series, when it's hard to see how many games are even in that one Stage with all the different language trophy lists, and such.*

See here for the rules regarding how Series are laid out:

EDIT: The SpongeBob Square Pants remaster list needs rescanning please because a new language has been added :): https://psnprofiles.com/trophies/10789-spongebob-squarepants-battle-for-bikini-bottom

Being that I will not likely meet the 2021 deadline for the database overhaul, I'll spend the rest of the year to standardize all series made presently to fit within our established guidelines as of now and then update the masterlist. Not sure when it'll be done, but I'll make an update when it is.

There is a discussion pertaining to nostage section changes amongst the team, but ultimately this remains an internal discussion with Sly and the team. For the time being, we will continue to use this space for spinoff titles.

Don't know if anyone already mentioned this here, but this list from Neighbours Back from Hell belongs to the EU version. Just bought the game in the Portuguese store and the trophy popped on this list.

Don't know about the other list, but it's not EU like it's mentioned.

Fixed! Thank you for pointing that out.

I think the other stack is most likely NA even though there's not a lot of NA accounts playing it atm. People playing it are stackers so it's always hard to determine with these sets of games without someone confirming for us. It could be AS as well, but I guess we'll find out eventually when a third list pops up.

I know it's been brought up before (alongside with a slew of other suggestions for the series), but I really think Judgement and its region stack should be included in the Yakuza series. Although not connected through characters and story, they share the same gameplay, the same world. They are much more connected than tons of other games that have been bundled into their own series, and right now Judgement is just a standalone list with no series to call home ?

I've seen other people suggest Fist of the North Star for the series as well, which I personally disagree with. It's similar, like Judgement, yes. But it slots in nicely with the other Fist games in their respective series imo.

Anyways I hope you guys take it into consideration. I don't think there's any fans out there that would argue against having Judgement in the "No Stage" portion of the series ?

It will be added in the spin-off no stage, but only because it is defined officially as a spinoff of Yakuza by the developers.

Just something for the future, and apologies if it's been said before, but Valentino Rossi is basically a special edition of MotoGP16 (it's even listed as that in the alternative names) so shouldn't it be added to the MotoGP Series?

It will be added as an official title in its own stage between the current 5 and 6 (MotoGP15 and MotoGP17)

While I do appreciate the heads up, titles that are released in the recent games list do not generally need to be pointed out in which series a new release might belong to. Please allow us time to make appropriate updates to games especially in the holiday season. I cannot speak for everyone, but I myself am spending time with those I haven't seen for the better part of several years. That said though, thank you for your ever constant vigilance in assisting the team these past few years.
