Absolutely nothing, because Gearbox and 2K have completely ignored us and refused to acknowledge the problem even exists . If you want to maintain a clean profile, skip the JP stack and move on but if you have installed it, all you can do is hide the list so it doesn't show up when others view your profile. There's going to be another attempt to get their attention in October after BL3 is released, because both the JP and PS4 stacks have major issues that have so far been ignored by all concerned. Kemco's own site even confirms it's for PS4 only (link is in English, systems available are shown at the very bottom): https://www.kemco.jp/sp/games/sephirothic/en/index.html I also checked the Japanese site and it's not on Vita in Japan. So, the way I see it, the devs wouldn't be able to change the DLC trophies once released, but their ways of remedying a situation is dependent on whether the DLC trophies are part of the base game list, or were going to be its own DLC trophy set. Base game can be replaced with another trophy (with new conditions), while DLC can be merged over, as long as the trophy amount is kept the same. With that few sample size, I somewhat doubt the devs could remove the non-existent DLC from the Japan list, once it has already been pushed to server. They would have to either release the actual DLC, or change the trophy conditions to reflect something actually attainable -- both things that will likely never happen, due it being an old game. But, would be great if they republished it in Japan as the other two lists are NA/EU.
