Popular Post PLamb858
#41. COD Black Ops II Didn't think I would end up getting this one due to the grind and pretty tough challenge of it. I hadn't played the game in a long time and over the last few months I finally went back and got my platinum stopping trophies: Tower of Babble, Don't Fire Until You See (finally got it solo) and Giant Accomplishment (freakin' Ziggy). It's a pretty tough platinum but it's definitely doable. I actually enjoyed this game quite a bit. It was the last COD MP I enjoyed and I really really liked the zombie games in this. All of the DLC kept it pretty interesting and gave it a good variety. Glad to have earned this platinum!
Popular Post captainskyhawk
Platinum Number 51 The Order 1886 Thought I would play this game despite the bad feedback. I thought the story was good. My main gripe was the 2 second pause when leaving a cutscene and starting gameplay, happened every time and became quite annoying, kinda ruined the flow.

Popular Post Melanogaster1987
Platinum #5 - Sonic Unleashed 100% Clear My second Sonic platinum (after Sonic Generations) and my rarest trophy to date. I first played the PS2 version of this game shortly after it was released, and liked it despite the poor reviews. My friend showed me the PS3 version a couple of years ago, and I thought it was even better (improved controls, fully fleshed out hub worlds, and best of all, the addition of Empire City and turning Mazuri into a full level rather than just a boss area), so I picked it up for myself in a PSN sale. My only major gripe with the PS3 version is that collecting sun and moon medals is made mandatory to advance the game. As for the trophies, some of the missions given to you by the townspeople were a pain, especially Shamar's "Missing Sister" and Chun-Nan's "Kung Fu Speed", but there's nothing quite like the feeling of satisfaction when you finally put together a successful run, and it's also good practice for the hot dog time trials. A particularly frustrating part for me was attempting the Speeding Ticket trophy; on 3 occasions I reached the end of the level barely in time, only to run straight past the goal ring instead of running into it - if you have time to spare, slow down at the very end so that this doesn't happen to you! Regarding the infamous hot dog trials, there were 3 stages that I was dreading: Empire City's night stage, Adabat's day stage, and of course Eggmanland. Empire City wasn't bad at all, just make sure that you are properly lined up with those spiked balance beams and you'll be OK. Adabat and Eggmanland required lots of practice - there are some useful Youtube videos that show you how to do it, but it's not nearly as easy as they make it look! The last thing I had left to do was collect all 400 medals. Finding the vast majority was fairly painless, but there are a few that are almost impossible to find without a guide - I highly recommend SonicTheMedals's Youtube channel for cleaning these up.
Popular Post Floriiss
#108: Hitman: Blood Money Perfect Assassin Unlock all trophies Main game: Out of the Trilogy this game must be my favorite. Mainly because the mechanics were way smoother than the previous Hitman games. Also they added the ability to climb over objects/walls which was really nice (Great use for shortcuts ). Most missions were really cool, but the last mission (Requiem) was pure badass! When I completed the story on Professional mode I was surprised by the fact that you could heal yourself in missions by using painkillers. If only I knew that sooner.. could've saved me some replays, probably. . (Not that I need painkillers, since I'm a Silent Assasin Duh ). Anyways, my job is done here. Completed the whole Trilogy, yayy!
Popular Post backslash240
Platinum Trophy Collect all other Battlefield 4™ Trophies Battlefield 4, it's a bad broken game. I thought people were being very critical about it, but oh boy it wasn't a pretty experience. I'll thank to Gasai_ for all the swearing, saltyness and help during multiplayer, cuz that's the only thing that kept me going during matches. Anyway gotta keep moving! Popular Post Gregorymany
#110 Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time (PS3) Mask and Stripes Forever After playing the trilogy, i decided to buy this one, and it was a great idea. The game is so good because it brings everything that was good in the past games and improves. The story now is based on sly travelling to the past, visiting his ancestors, and helping them. It´s a really good story, and you can play with sly ancestors, that have unique skills, and are very fun to play. It´s an adventure game, but in every chapter you have a scenario like a "little open world" that you can explore to find collectabes. With the money with the game, you can purchase new skills and upgrades for sly and is crew. The game made me really impressed, because they don´t implemented anything new on the gameplay just to attract more gamers, it´s only the good old sly, and it´s awesome.

Popular Post Tankor_smash
#162 Sims 3 Not really a hard platinum, but the grind to 1000 wishes got really tedious by the end. Pyromaniac glitched on me, but fortunately deleting and reloading the game data fixed the problem.
Popular Post Yoshi
"Okay, okay. So you put a Nazi on the Moon. Fuck you, Moon" #84 Wolfenstein master Collect all trophies Picked up this game again as it was pretty cheap. I originally had low expectations for this game, so I was pleasantly surprised by how good it actually turned out. The thing that most surprised me about this game is how good of a narrative it actually has, it's way better than it really has any right to be. And the fact that they made B.J a good and interesting character is really impressive in itself. The gameplay itself is rock solid, fast paced and is just so much fun. There isn't much weapon variety, but each weapon has a alt fire and can be duel wielded which does help mix things up. Killing space Nazis, while DW'ing ARs attached with rockets is just so much fun. One of the only downsides is the PS3 port isn't that good. Wolfenstein is a great game, and without a doubt one of the best FPS games I've played in awhile. I would start The Old blood, but Dante and Batman are calling my name. n_n

True Legend. #20 - Fairytale Fights (Victorious!) 6 playthroughs, 1,000 potions, over 10,000,000 riches later finally have the plat. Popular Post Ala-Arska
#150 (and my very first Vita ): Tearaway Perfectionist Collect all the other trophies So, after years of waiting, I finally decided to nab myself a PS Vita and got some great games with it as well. And since I was one Platinum short of #150, I decided to celebrate that milestone with my very first Vita Platinum ever! Out of all the other candidates (Danganronpa, Virtue's Last Reward, Persona 4 Golden) my guts told me to go with Tearaway. Every expectation I had towards Tearaway, it delivered. With a bang. From the LittleBigPlanet-esque feel to the clever use of touchpads (front and rear), there's really close to nothing to complain here. I had an absolute blast playing Tearaway, and even got some help from my daughter with drawing hearts and stars and other cutesy stickers. I cannot recommend Tearaway highly enough, it's an amazing experience that brings the long wanted joy back in gaming. Two thumbs up! Popular Post TheYuriG
"Okay, okay. So you put a Nazi on the Moon. Fuck you, Moon" #84 Wolfenstein master Best music? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RhUINujrrwY #20 - Fairytale Fights (Victorious!) This game is the item to summon Dr_Mayus. Soon he will show up. ================================================================================================================================== Well, I didn't post here for a while, so I'll quickly make an overview. Toughest Soul Demon's Souls was one of the most enjoyable and most adictive games I've played. I couldn't put it to rest and neither I could progress much. Not hard, but dying is a part of the process of learning the stages. Maiden Aestrea fight earned of the best music I've heard while gaming, reason why I've put it on my profile and also on the spoiler tag below. I have all items and could offer help with them if my NA plus wasn't going to expire in 3h. Awesome game, totally recommend it. Intend doing the EU version when I renew that plus too... King of Hazard Land! Eat Lead was by far one of the funniest games I've played ever since I started gaming. It shits so much on pretty much every other game that I couldn't stop laughing... until I started the last level. So many people, so little cover, shortage of bullets all the time. It broke my streak of fun. I would have platted it in a single segment as I usually do with those 'small' games, but it was June 12th which is the brazilian valentine's day, so I said fuck it and went to the mall with GF watch some forgettable lady romantic movie which I can't recall the name, but someone died and GF was crying randomly in one of the good scenes (?????). Oh yeah, Eat Lead, good game, but not everyone will enjoy it. I recommend. The Whole World Went Away (again??) Every now and then I run those coop games with my gaming partner ThiagoLevi and they are SOOOO enjoyable when we do this. This was one of them. One of the collectibles glitched on us, but not much to worry about, it was Island Guide 16, on the very west of Henderson. We decided to make the 'Twins' trophy to be our pre-platinum trophy because we thought it was somewhat significant to our coop plats. None More Wanted NFS:MW. How I hated this game on the vita, it had such an horrible grip that I ended up calling it Drifting Simulator 2012. That wasn't an issue on the ps3 version though. This game has an horrible problem of identity theft. It wants to be a NFS game, but also wants to be a Burnout game and ends up being this complete mess! There is no proper campaign mode on it, you rack up SpeedPoints to fight the rivals and take their cars (just like Burnout), crash billboards and gates (just like Burnout) as collectibles, wreck your enemies for nitro (just like Burnout) and... you got the point, right? It's utterly annoying to crash and wait for a 3 seconds long USELESS "crashed" cutscene, just to push the gas and drive away like NOTHING HAPPENED! Bullshit. The Completionist After 11 long months avoiding this game, I finally had the courage to get back to it and complete it. All I was needing was one intel on stage 4 and Elite speedrunning the game in 4h (I did in 3:20, so it's an easy trophy as long as you can complete Elite). I find the Alien Breed games so boring. I wish I never played the first, so my OCD wouldn't need to force me into completing all of them. I will do Descent someday... The True Arisen Ok. First and foremost, I would like to say that I will rant a lot about this game and all I say will be based on personal oppinion and you don't need to take anything as facts. I hated this game so much from the second hour after I started it until the moment I got the plat. This game is so terribly flawed that it was far from enjoyable. People kept telling me how this game was awesome and I had to play it, I F-ING REGRET DOING SO! Your pawns are all pieces of shit, they do nothing but keep running back and forth in battle. They don't stop repeating the same F-ING phrases all the time! Stop telling me there is a goblin/harpy/formidable foe/(dire/were) wolf somewhere near, I don't give a F as long as it is not attacking me (I ended up playing solo at the second playthough because of how powerful I was and how annoying the pawns were. I swear I did throw my pawn off a cliff for fun several times)! The merchants says the same shit everytime, all the time. It was a nightmare to manage sleeping/skills/store at inns because of the guy always sayign the same shit over and over. SHUT THE F UP! There is no usable quick-travel until new game+, you have to run THE WHOLE F-ING MAP to kill the same enemies on the same places all over the first playthrough and until half of the second! The story was WTF?! (but I liked it), the Ur Dragon can't be climbed on the wings hearts, bullshit! I said it on Prototype 1 and I will say it again here: A game that puts you into a impossible-to-win situation is, to me, a broken game. For last, petrification is bullshit, it's a death sentence if you don't have the right curation item. It's ridiculous how male-gamers centered the game was made! I made a female strider and Madelene wouldn't stop flirting with me all the time! I'm not your love, bitch! And I ended up having sex with the duchess in the end! I'm a lesbian character without having the option not to be! BULLSHIT! Trophy-wise now: 350 pieces of DIFFERENT equipment was just too much, 200 or 250 would be enough to get without going out of your way for it. Hunting extra equipment for the only sake of this trophy wasn't fun. I missed a couple quests because I didn't know you needed to complete the previous again on a second playthrough, but I totally take the fall for being retarded on that aspect. I rushed the story on NG++ in 3h, I think, so it wasn't so bad (except the hydra head escort mission which is painfully long and annoying). Gifting 50 items is too much, I got max affinity with anyone by just gifting 7. You don't expect me to flirt with everyone, do you? But do not let all that take your oppinnion on the game down. There were some stuff I enjoyed: Kiling big monsters by grabbing them and killing part by part. I wanted to do that non-stop, but unfortunately you can't force spawns without going to sleep and such, which breakes the pace. Everfall was great in this aspect, it was boss after boss. Customization, you can do a lot of stuff here. I made my female character look like my sister and it was very close, just not closer due to limited haircut options. Changing Classes. You can change to any class in the inn and the game constantly warn you to do so if progress seems impossible (which does here and there). Throwing my pawns off a cliff to kill them. They were useless. LONG LIVE THE BRINE! Edited June 23, 2015 by TheYuriG
