I have finally cleared every single Walking Dead game that I have encountered throughout my journey. Everything went well at 100% and took my time slowly traversing through all choices from the beginning until the very end. Sometimes like these that I don't wanna rush through the game carelessly, Strictly speaking, I wanna uncovered all the choices that I haven't seen as of yet and yes I have managed to got most of em out of the way but some of it I have clearly missed. It was a long road ahead for me and I have enjoyed the Definitive Series experience all the way to the end.

It's a hard game and become more difficult if you play like a level one character till you reach level 19. I really like the lore and the not very serious writing. It's very refreshing (it's a 2014 game by the way) to see a writing that is not the sterilize one that we have now, i really like that both male and female characters talk in a raw manner ☺️ is very amusing.

Lu Bu will likely wipe you out on the first try or several. What I did was use Ominous Chill (it drops several ice shards at your locked on target) and deflect his critical attacks as needed. You'll have to be a pretty high level to use it, since OC needs a Water Virtue of 40 or better. Zuo Ci can respec you for free as needed.

Seriously, this trophy should be a gold for taking down such a formidable boss.

Repelled Xielong in "Centuries of Glory Burned Away."

Xielong is that fuzzy dragon you see in CoGBA with a morale of 20. I recommend you go get all the arrows and crossbow quarrels you can carry, and ready the Amplify Damage spell. While under the influence of AD, shoot him. After you've dealt enough damage, he'll decide he's had enough of you and leave. If you choose to close in, plan on dodging some lightning.

 

I'm glad that Koei Tecmo went with a new franchise and gave Nioh a break for now.

Chocobo Whisperer - Catch the Amazing Chocobo

 

Just a couple of trophies that require some effort. The first one was simple enough, but the second one took much longer. I had to reload my save a couple of times, and that's because of one reason. If the Chocobos I caught weren't the ones I wanted, I had to go all the way back to that area where I caught them, and reaching that area takes a while. In other words, it was to avoid backtracking. With enough luck, I got what I wanted and managed to unlock that secret dungeon, as well as the trophy shortly afterwards. The dungeon itself wasn't hard, but the thing I don't like about it is that if you miss a jump, you have to do a bit of a backtracking. It also doesn't have a mini map, so in order to prevent myself getting lost, I watched a video from a VTuber who also did that. Also, they just love to use the same songs over and over in this game. For this dungeon, the same song that plays when you play Sphere Break also plays here. Yay. Couldn't they just use a different song instead?

 

Now that I got those done, I guess it's time for me to finish the story. Before I can face the final boss, I still have to visit a couple of areas, as well as face the remaining aeons I'm missing (Shiva, Anima and the Magus Sisters). I'm sure one of those three battles is going to be rather troublesome. Can you guess which one? Hint: it once belonged to Seymour.

 

Also, I could obtain the last dressphere I'm missing, but here's the thing: because I didn't complete the side quest in Mi'ihen Highroad earlier in the game, I didn't get Episode Complete from that area but got Episode Concluded instead. This means that I'll have to obtain it the second way. That's what I'd say normally, except that it's pretty much impossible for me. After winning four times in Grand Cup: Hard, some of the more dangerous enemies got added to it, making winning in that impossible. The ones that give me trouble are Black Element (which wipes the team with Ultima) and Mega Tonberry (which kills a party member instantly, no matter what). There's a strategy for the latter one, but no matter how many times I tried, I couldn't last very long. It also doesn't make it any better that it always manages to act faster than you, even if you're at max level and even if you have the ability First Strike. Finally, to make it even more insulting, if the battle lasts long enough, its attacks start to inflict status ailments, which means it's game over sooner or later.

 

After literally hundreds of attempts, I decided to accept the fact that I can't do it now, and decided to give up. Sucks that I have to get that dressphere in NG+, but it can't be helped. At least I can skip most of the stuff in that playthrough, which makes it somewhat bearable.

So... I've done everything I've wanted to do in this game. The worst part is... this is going to end up being the game I got the least amount of trophies in in years I believe. No level ups with this game either. Just an overall ridiculous situation. But it is what it is I guess. Outside of whatever final trophies there are of course.

 

So... depending on how long the final dungeon and final bosses are... I'm hoping to finish this game once and for all either tonight or tomorrow. Possibly this weekend or early next week at the latest.

 

Oh... and due to life decisions because I can't handle the BS anymore and senile demented out of touch rapists being in charge of shit they shouldn't be in charge of anymore... expect me to post in here A LOT more. Because playing video games is going to increase. A LOT.
