voodoo_eyes Posted March 5, 2022 Share Posted March 5, 2022 7.5/10 There are a few seasons sprinkled in there, that aren't all that great. The final season was just not good, although it was kind of a forced hand kind of deaç due to the whole Kevin Spacey situation. 8.5/10 So the show itself is more like a 7.5, mainly due to the very mediocre final season where they just seem to have cramped in as many DC villains for honorable mentions, as possible and kind of lost the plot a bit. Also got cancelled halway through the 5th eason... 9/10 Such a great show for most of it's duration at least. The last couple of seasons weren't as good anymore, but still solid. It's good but it feels a lot like the end of Game of Thrones where a lot of major stuff is happening in a very short amount of time and a lot of it doesn't make much sense and was just injected into the story to move another characters arc along faster. Feels rushed to get to the end like Game of Thrones was albeit, The Last Kingdom is still managing to do it better than the dumpster fire that the end of GoT was. Still don't know why Netflix decided to cancel this show prematurely. It definitely needed and deserved at least another couple of seasons to really flesh out the ending properly. Game 1 was Kelly Osbourne vs. Jojo, and Game 2 was American football players Vernon Davis and Victor Cruz. Golden Medley is on a special easy mode this time. Normally one miss is game over for you. While celebrity players will not be able to go for a full $100.000 after a miss, they still get to attempt the other tunes. Tonight they had By Request and Spin Me Round as the first round games. Editing is better in this premiere. If nobody names a tune right, it's not edited out like they sometimes did last season. The audience's cheering during Bid-a-Note is not overdone this time. Weird as hell, but also hilarious 7/10 Was solid, but the second season felt kind of unnecessary. 7/10 Let's just admit it. The most impressive thing is how much money Apple clearly threw at this thing. Everything on screen looks great, from the practical effects to the digital ones.
