Back to the Future trilogy.

If anyone says otherwise then they are wrong.

Nuff said.

You're all wrong.

Back to the Future is the finest movie of the 80's (and the 50's!), it should have got 12 Oscars, and nobody can convince me otherwise.

I agree with both of this posts

Man,this is tough (a lot of awesome movies came out in the 80s B)  )

Here's my list:

Aliens

John Carpenter's The Thing

The Terminator

Star Trek II:The Wrath of Khan

Robocop

Predator

Blade Runner

That's what I can think of (don't get mad at me for missing your favorite   )

Quite a few I'd consider best movies of the 80s...

  • The Shining (Kubrick, enough said...)
  • A Nightmare on Elm Street (absolute classic back then)
  • Platoon (Forever a classic)
  • Full Metal Jacket (again Kubrick)
  • Good Morning Vietnam (I believe this one is extremely underrated)
  • Once Upon a Time in America (One of the best movies I've ever seen, only topped by The Godfather)
  • Grave of the Fireflies (Probably one of the best anime movies ever made)
