Arcadegeddon in just over 6 months, and it's actually my rarest platinum so far! One of the better titles I've got from PS+. at least for co-op, but sadly abandoned way to quick. Bunch of bugs that needed fixes urgently are still in the game, but it's over now Might be a quiet year for me, I've recently made a list of all my digital games and been a bit shocked. Yep, the VN slog for this one is done. I stuck it out reading the whole bit of at least one route in Unlimited because I liked Extra, even though it had a slow start. Wouldn’t recommend the Unlimited part of the VN, it’s tempered my urge to read Alternate at the moment. On deck: Conception PLUS, a mix of dungeon crawler meets dating sim. Drop that last part & CP is a fun challenge. I’m working on the 15 endings right now, currently I have about 5 done. For the most part that just entails running through the last floor of the last labyrinth & choosing the needed character at the credits. Easy, peasy. Then I need to finish all the quests, some of which are randomly given by characters while out in the labyrinths. & I need to find all items, armor & weapons, again, can be RNG dependent what items I can get from chests. I’m 70 hrs in though with at least ⅔ of items, so hopefully a handful of more hours to complete this one. I’m trying hard this year to enjoy more gaming time, & might even put myself down for the streak challenge. Severely short staffed at work at the moment, making it hard to game but also kind of necessary for sanity. Guess we’ll see how it goes ? @Annoyingtiger888 Added & Welcome! Games from the Borderlands series are a frequent completion here, but I’m looking forward to seeing you cross off Sherlock Holmes. @AUSTRALIANDJ 100% in Gems of War is extremely impressive So are those RPG completions in KH & Ni no Kuni. I’m happy to see you cleared your backlog up to 99%, with nearly 300 games, that's stellar. I’ll keep you in the active pile because I know you’ll still be gaming. @Summers_day122 Ooops, typo. I'm worried about Disgaea 4, actually. The guide recommends farming against other players to get currency to build a map where I can deal 10 billion damage. Not sure if that's still possible. It's a PS3 game after all and I don't think I farmed enough to build the map. There are apparently other ways of doing that, but no idea how, never looked into how to do that. I'll figure it out if needed. My advice probably wouldn't fo you any good, I've only played Disgaea on the Vita, so it might be a bit different. I actually like this game! The scope of the themes is massive, the combat is great, but a second playthrough does really expose its pacing issues imo. I'll figure it out if needed. They did a PS4 remaster of this game called Disgaea 4+ Complete which might be easier. I'm going for that platinum. A game I started back in 2017 and never touched again until this year. Anima: Gate of Memories All 26 Trophies Platinum in 6 years, 1 month Platinum Rarity 5.79% PSNP, 1.3% PSN I... don't have a lot of good things to say about this game if I am honest. Story wise the game is fine, you play as a woman known only as the Bearer of Calamities who has made a pact with an anicent powerful demon, throughout the game you can switch between the two characters as you make your way through a large tower that you have been pulled into where you have to destroy other powerful creatures who have also been pulled into the tower, plot twists and such happen so very basic story wise. Gameplay wise however this game suffers, it tries to play like a spectacle fighter like DMC and Bayonetta with RPG elements, leveling up your combat rating, hp, mp and such with a whole skill tree of moves, however the best way to play this game is to just spam two basic attacks about 90% of the time because the enemies seem to not give a crap if you want to go into melee with them because a lot of times they will hit you with instant cast magic spells or spam melee attacks that stop you from attack... oh did you know that every attack will send your character flying backwards? However I will say this, I've still played much worse games than this and i'll no doubt be starting the 2nd Anima game Anima Gate of Memories: The Nameless Chronicles in the next couple of days, after I've had some fun with some other games! 5 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

But I'd just finished Spider-man, and the combat in Kena is not easy. I was really struggling with the parry, especially after the lenient dodging mechanics in Spider-man. But going back to it this year, knowing it was going to be a challenge, meant I really enjoyed everything. I played through this on PS3 long before I was focused on trophies, but got a lot of the side stuff because I liked the game well enough. But I had to tackle Maximum Hazard difficulty (which isn't that bad) and a couple random set pieces for trophies. A few years ago, I decided to go ahead and collect these last few trophies, but when I looked, I could not find my physical copy of this game anywhere. I probably looked ten times and there are only three places in my house where I have games sitting. On top of that, I didn't seem to have my digital save file, which I found odd, but that wouldn't have helped much anyway because I still needed to play through the whole game again. Finally, I grabbed the game digitally, made the commitment, and here we are 13 years later with a dusty old platinum. Glad to finally get this one done, and I did enjoy playing through it again. This game had good cover-to-cover movement and the humor is solid as a whole. Popular Post Ich1994-1994 Posted March 5, 2023 Popular Post Share Posted March 5, 2023 i Put it already in the FOrm but here is a written Update as well for last month Assassin's Creed Valhalla 52 of 93 Trophies 19th February 2023 • Platinum in 1 year, 2 month Its only 1 Game to Report but i finally finished the PLatinum for Assassins creed Valhalle. i Really liked Origins and even Odysee and i also like viking culture and norse Mythology so i expected this to be the perfect game for me. In short it was not. Story was kinda uninteresting but the worst part was the cleanup. None of the open world activities are actually fun. Sure some of the World events had fun STories to tell and i liked that you could sometime reencounter characters from these short stories and find out a little bit about what happened after but tahts about everything positive i can say about this game. I will probably go back to do the DLC Trophies and 100% this (even tho i am not really sure if its worth the hassle) but for now i conentrate more on Trackmania This month i will probably go back to Splatterhouse or Mutant blob Attacks. 6 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
