Popular Post dylansko
Update #9 Completed Madden 11 and it still boggles my mind with even how old the game is, how much more entertaining and snappy the gameplay is compared to modern Madden games. EA sucks so hard, they need to lose their exclusive rights basically. Also got through Project Warlock, a really really awesome homage to old school FPS games. Super fluid and the weapons have the perfect level of boom to them. The Hardcore single life run was almost a plat killer because I was almost running out of steam with all the restarts I needed but man I still enjoyed every bit of it. Makes me consider adding the OG Doom to my list but I really should get through some of these other games before I keep adding new stuff lol. So decided to swap out two and keep two.for now, but I won't rule out adding them again in the future or swapping out the other two digital titles. Swapping out Bastion and Bully for Doraemon: Story of Seasons and Sackboy: A Big Adventure. Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland and.The Messenger will stay. I have the Pawsome Pack for Cat Quest II. And a reminder for anyone doing Ghost of Tsushima: You are not required to do the DLC. Only DLC released before the challenge counts towards it. Popular Post Stanners316
Update #3: 1. Up (PS3) - (20th September) 2. CSI: Fatal Conspiracy (PS3) - 0% (1st October) 3. Rise of the Tomb Raider (PS4) - 34% 46% 4. Persona 5 (PS4) - 29% 33% 5. Borderlands 3 (PS4) - 23% {NEW} Saw (PS3) - 17% 6. Layers of Fear: Masterpiece Edition (PS4) - 0% 7. The Book of Unwritten Tales 2 (PS4) - 0% {NEW} Man of Medan (PS4) - 0% Gaming life is pretty good at the moment. I've got a nice variety going on, mostly away from my list though, which shows in the progress! I recently picked up Ni No Kuni again after 4 years and I'm really pleased I have. It looks wonderful and that's on the PS3!! It's really nice to play on a lazy afternoon off work. Not on the list though because I'm not doing the ridiculous 100% grind! I think it'll effect my enjoyment if I went for that. I'm a big golf fan and I finally managed to pick up Rory McIlroy PGA Tour for a semi-reasonable price. There's a Battlefield themed par 3 course where you play over burning aircraft carriers which is pretty cool. I couldn't add that to the list because the online tournaments have stopped I believe. Last on the non-list is NFS: Payback which I'm having fun with. Not really one I can play for hours on end though, without wanting to do something else. My boss leant me Death Stranding yesterday telling me that I'd love it because it's a walking sim. He knows me too well haha! There was one of those moments yesterday where we're both standing behind the bar in full view of customers and he's pretending to carry loads of stuff walking across pretend streams, and I'm shouting at him to not drop the baby ? Anyway, I'll be starting that very soon. I won't be putting that on the list though because it's silly to add it if I'm making bugger all progress with my 3 big games (#3,4,5). Onto da list... I quite enjoyed CSI: Fatal Conspiracy. It's like a primitive Sherlock Holmes game what with finding clues, using analysis tools and interviewing suspects. With 5 cases at 2 hours each, it's pretty short, and the graphics leave a lot to be desired, but it was pleasant to work through if you like those type of games. Kept the trophy counter ticking over nicely. That brings me to Saw, another cheap ebay purchase. I want to play a few horror games around Halloween and this one ticks the box for a hassle free plat. I've played a bit and it's going to be hilarious. Do you want to play a game? Yes. I've stumbled a bit with Rise of the Tomb Raider. My collectable clean up has come to a halt because I can't remember how to get out of the temple with a puzzle in the middle of it and I just generally felt aggrieved that there was no fast travel out of there haha. I also had a crack at the Lara's Nightmare DLC and died right at the end so I haven't been keen to revisit that for a while. Coupled with the time attacks that I'm slowly getting through, it's not getting done soon. I've played a lot more Persona 5 in the last couple of weeks. I am a big fan and I don't want it to end to be honest. I'll be playing a lot more of it though because I'll need a new playthrough to max the confidant links. Another one that won't be finished this year. And that's that, a right cocktail of games. Only made one cocktail today at work (Sunday lunch shift), a Flossy Bop. Rhubarb vodka, Cointreau, vanilla syrup, lime juice and cranberry juice, with some candy floss served in a little pot on the side. Insta that one love, jeez. Loving all the updates. Keep safe, keep loving it! Edited October 18, 2020 by Stanners316

Sorry for not updating in quite awhile but I was playing games on other consoles plus some personal things got in the way. But now I am ready to get back on the trophy hunting grind! I only managed to get a few more trophies in The Alto Collection since I felt like playing something relaxing this weekend and even though it's an endless runner, it's pretty calming. Also, I decided to use all 5 swaps since some of the games I switched to(Crash and Watch Dogs), I want to play so I can play the newer ones. As for switching to Nascar......idk I just wanna play a racing game that was really mindless lol. The plan for the week is to just try and work on as many games as possible. Don't really have a set game I want to focus on I just want to see if I can progress in a few games. I will make sure to make an update as well too lol.
Popular Post freddie1989
An actual legit update for me this week!! Made some progress on New Dawn, loving playing the actual game as always with the series but the story isn't up too much on this one to be honest. The whole follow on thing with 2 teenage girls as the enemy isn't quite cutting it for me yet. Hopefully crack on with those Deponia plats soon to make the list look a bit better ?? Popular Post Draps-1337
Well, it's been almost 3 weeks since I last posted. Progress has been slow, in no small part due to being totally enthralled in Genshin Impact... I got the platinum for Shenmue 3 and it was a pain in the butt like you wouldn't imagine. (Safe to say I won't be spending the $30 for DLC, So I guess I'll swap it for something when I pick up my PS5 next month) I got serious hand fatigue from the fishing minigame. I couldn't use my right hand for 2 days and callouses formed. I started Sekiro again from the start as I had forgotten how to play and the game does not forgive you for forgetting how to play. got a big chunk of the way through and then Genshin Impact came out and I decided to give that a go. oh my that really pulled me in, free to play and without paying for anything got a solid 150ish hours of the game before I sort of ran out of content to do. I managed to break free from that game for a bit and I'm so close to finishing Sekiro. Just grinding the last few skill points. I'm a bit behind schedule now, I had expected to have Sekiro done before October rolled around. Popular Post Crispy_Oglop
I'm currently running on empty after a bit of a sleepless night, but I figure it's as good a time as any for an update! Over the weekend I managed to knock out Platinum #157 - Odin Sphere Leifthrasir which I really enjoyed. It is my first Vanillaware game, but I think after enjoying this so much I'll add Dragon's Crown and 13 Sentinels:Aegis Rim to my list of games to play in future. I really dug the fairytale storybook structure and the combat was fun and varied across all of the different characters you got to play. I liked the overall story too even if the writing was a bit basic. All in all a great side-scrolling action-RPG and it's definitely got me very interested in more games from these developers. It would also be cool to see ports of Grim Grimoire and Grand Knights History land on PS4/PS5 which both look cool. Liege Dragon 9. Ara Fell: Enhanced Edition (0%) 0 out of 15 trophies 10. Cat Quest II 162 out of 383 trophies earned. 4 out of 10 games completed 1/5 swaps Wrapped up two games. Got the plat in Liege Dragon and boy was that last ending pretty hard! Had to level up to max, really boost the heck out of my stats as well and definitely take advantage of buffs and debuffs to get that last battle beaten. Not the most challenging I've played, but I was definitely not expecting that from Kemco whose games are usually pretty easy. It was still a short plat though, ended up being under 25 hours. Also went ahead and knocked out Cat Quest II which was a cute, easy and fun little action RPG. Going to go ahead and knock out Ara Fell next. Mostly am just trying to knock out some short and easy stuff because I'd really love to make Trails of Cold Steel IV my 200th plat, but I'm currently only at 182 and it comes out next week. Would be open to recs for short and reasonable plats in my collection that aren't among my current incompletes, I have a list of my unplayed and owned games in my about me section if anyone wants to give some recs among those to help get me to 200 plats in a timely manner.
Popular Post da_eMTy
Update #7: Another good week with a lot of progress. Had a lot of fun with "Life is Strange: Before the Storm", heard not so muss good stuff about the game and its not as good as the first one. But overall I liked Chloe and coming back to Arcadia Bay. Maybe I will buy LiS 2 on next sale. Hellblade was a fight...the graphics are great, the riddles are awesome and the atmosphere is thrilling. But it is really hard to play and hard to get confrontated with the mental illnesses. For me it was very hard to get through. Seasons after Fall was a odd game. The graphics look georgious, I love the style but the game is meh...repetitive and not really good riddles. also it felt always a bit too slow and the controls are not crisp. Im happy I got this out of my backlog. This week I will continue with F1 2020 and getting the "online" challenges of Mad Max. Popular Post Wild-Arms-R
(WRANING SUPER LONG POST AHEAD) Weekly Log 7: U.Marvel vs Capcom- I ended up getting tru Chris's last 3 missions with relative ease. And I actually had alot of fun doing so. Just the way Capcom desgin his moveset a lighting fast fighting game is amazing for me to witness. I mean think about it. They took a character from a over the shoulder action survival horror game and transfer him over like that. With that done I started my 2nd set of runs for arcade mode and watched each characters endings. Morgin-Finds herself surounded by some charming devils? And feels "A girl could really like it down here" Iron Man-Tony Stark makes preprations for his next run in with galaxis. By creating a Galaxis theme Iron Man suit. Chris-After putting the cuff on Mr Wesker he bring him to justice...Court Room style with Dare Devil acting as the Lawyer. With that said, thats brings me to 6/50 character arcade mode runs done and pently of more missions to go, but we're getting there. So slow and steady wins this race(I hope?) Days Gone- Begin the Challenge mode DLC and it as many say is a massive jump in difficulty. With 2 paricular challenges taking me around 2-3hrs each and 1 aboutt a hr in a half. To me I personally find these challenges to be a very nice change of peace. After the base game being such a cake walk I mean. As for the challenges themsleves, they range from horde battles(my favoite) to brike races(these are fun but man is Outride a total bitch to gold rank) and finally ambush camps that trackle your abilty to handle human enimies. Theres also 2 really neat challenges(a horde and bike challenge) that rip their level desgin sight from other games. Black friday(horde challenge) Has you buying weapons off the walls via a points you get by killing freakers and there is box located in differnt parts of the map that will give out a random weapon...Yeah I think you know what thery were doing here*CoD Zombies cough* The bike challenge(sorry forget the name) Is a over the top crazy taxzi parody. Were you gain more points the quckier you can drop off survivors. I dont know why, but you drive a golfcart in this challenge and it handles better the the bike. ? This is the only time you use itby the way. Anyways I found these challenges funny and thier among some easist in the whole mode. Going a bit farher into the kode tho... challenges are all about testing your overall mastery of the game. And to compete them you are required to score a gold rank in all 12 of them. There is also 4 sub challenges contain in them as well. With thier own bronze, sliver, and gold ranks to be scored. These can range from simple stuff like get 100 exploize kills to something much harder like take no damage for a entire challenge? To obtain a gold Rank you usually need a combo of various ranks in said sub challenges. Think of this like going for S ranks in DMC or Platinum Games title's. Ok so while I did have fun having Days Gone become this much faster paced acarde style exp. Its still Days Gone at the end of the day. So its still shallow and pretty janky in the gameplay deparment, along with super wonky bike phyics. I cant tell you how many times I falied a gold Rank on Overide(the hardest challenge by far to gold) due to me wiping just cus the bike plus terain is simply broken at times. But even with all the flaws Days Gone has at its core I found myself enjoying having to really get so much out if a game that really has no bussiness having this sort of mode in the 1st place. lol If your wrondering if there is some type of actual reward(beside trophies obv?) You do resive credits based on how good your ranks were across the challenges abd sub challenges. These can be spent to buy skins(so you dont have to play as Decon anymore) Along with more paracical things like rings that give you perks, these xan really reduce the head achs some challenges will cost, sadly you may only enuip two at a time, so gotta choose wisely based on whatever challenge gold your going for. And finally there are patchs you obatin by scoring a at least a broze rank(having a gold rank will give that parnicuar patch more of a effect. These are parment upgrades that never go away and they give you some really nice boosts. Like incrased hp, stamima, more focus, etc. And the best part, they even carrie over to the main game so that will make my Surival 2 ng+ run even easier now? Overall I didnt think they were too bad, bsides override. But they are a step up from the easy ass base game platinum. I did start my Survial 2 ng+ run and made it about half way tru. Ill most likely have it cleared by the ebd of the week. Then Ill be moving on to Dead Nation AE, you know cus I need more zombie killing in my life. ?? End Log. Popular Post be_minor
Update #6: It’s been a couple of weeks since my last post, but I really wanted to complete Mad Max before updating my list. I fully immersed myself into Mad Max's world, loving the bleakness, how barren the sand-covered dunes could be, the car combat; all of it! At one point, I perused the in-game challenges I had left for the “Up to the Task” trophy, and I wasn’t sure I’d be able to do them. But the combat, car challenges, and races got so much easier the more I played. Most of my playtime was spent working on the challenges and making sure I didn’t have a glitched save. Plat #40 officially in the book! Next goal: complete Until Dawn before the end of the month. Red = Haven’t startedGreen = Some progressBlue = Completed 100% 1. Until Dawn 2. God of War 3. Firewatch 4. Borderlands 3 - 25% 5. Spyro the Dragon 6. The Outer Worlds - 5% 7. The Wolf Among Us (PS3) 8. Detroit Become Human 9. The Deadly Tower of Monsters 10. Grim Fandango Remastered 11. LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 12. Final Fantasy VII - 2% 13. Mad Max Swaps (0/5)
Popular Post MidnightDragon
A non-trophy update. I went back and picked up all the socks I hadn't in the previous worlds in SpongeBob Squarepants: Battle For Bikini Bottom. It's going on the back burner for a short time now. Once I continue, will probably focus on the spatulas first, grab socks if convenient, then go back and pick up the remaining socks once I have all the spatulas.
Popular Post Copanele
Another one down the drain : Far Cry Primal 1. One Piece Pirate Warriors 3 - achieved 2. Far Cry Primal - achieved 3. Trine : Enchanted Edition - 12% 4. Diablo III : Reaper of Souls - 3% 5. Naruto : Ultimate Ninja Storm - 3% 6. Shadow of the Colossus - 2% 7. Middle-earth : Shadow of Mordor (PS3)- 8% 8. BioShock Infinite(PS3) - 1% Unlike the atrocity that was PW3, Far Cry Primal was actually rather decent. It was also a major shock from Ubisoft, since the game didn't have this many collectibles (or rather, they were all in plain sight and only had to actively go for 10 extra collectibles.) The skill points were abit of a nuisance to get, but they were decent. I know that many people bashed Primal for being simplistic and lack of diversity, but that exact reason is why I enjoyed the game : short, to the point and limited but very good options. Not the greatest game, but wasn't bad either. I don't know what to attempt next from now on....I was thinking of Shadow of Mordor, or even try my chances with Diablo III. I will see.

Popular Post gladiatorrrrrrr
another Friday , another update. I didn't make a lot of progress during this last week, at least not for this challenge. However....tadadada I got my 100ste Platinum: Battlefield 1. Happy about ? Also decided to start on the DLC of Borderlands 3, so spend most of my time there (and is also not part of this challenge) AC Chronicles Did play this game this week. Had some set back. The game saves every time you find a shard, even if you die or restart checkpoint it is seen had found. However, secondary objectives and chests are not....?. Only found that out when I was ready with memory 4 and found out that I was missing stuff. Had to re-do all the memories again. But I went from 1% to 2% so that is a 100% progression? Current status: Plans next weeks: - play remaining DLC Borderlands 3 (not part of this challenge) - progress on AC Chronicles - progress in Hitman 2 - probably add Thief to my list (currently sitting on 20%) Happy trophy hunting everyone!
