Popular Post J2V89
#82 Grim Fandango Remastered I never got the chance to play Grim Fandango during 90's on PC but now that I did, I enjoyed it. The story was great and I had a few game crashes and my saves not loading but I managed to fix them. I know this is an easy platinum to achieve although I'm more happy I got to play a good game the most.

Popular Post D-Tron
#58 and #59 - Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time Mask and Stripes Forever And my journeys with the Cooper Gang finally come to a close today. (or has it?) I may have not grown up with the series, but it was interesting to see a different development team take the reigns with Sly on new technology. I could tell Sanzaru stuck with what Sly did best: Theiving. They didn't really add much aside from different abilities with ancestors. Really they could've ditched the costumes all together and just let Sly wield each new and switch out the canes of his ancestors. It could've definitely added some more without actually changing Sly's movement all that much. The characters stayed true for the most part. Everyone cracking bad puns, Murray always talking in the third person as he beats the hell out of baddies. You know, the usual stuff. Only problem I had was the communication between Sly and Carmelita. It seemed like a cliche that it suddenly turned into a "The girl is scary and the hero always tries to be nice to her". I missed how Sly could just woo Carmelita in the previous games and still get away with it. Regardless, It's Sly Cooper. It's a good and a bad thing because it's more of the same. Yet that same always seems enjoyable from time to time. Difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment: 7/10
Popular Post xUnchained_Evilx
#25- Alien: Isolation Difficulty-5 (Not very good at these types of games) Enjoyment-8 (Very fun and intense, frustrating at times) Surprisingly fun game in the end. I never bought it on release because survival horror games have never really been my thing, however I got this as part of a 2-for-1 deal and ended up loving it. It can be fairly annoying at times sure, but if your a fan of the Alien universe then its a must... Plus the plat is fairly easy... hard mode can feel cheap at times and the One Shot trophy really sucks towards the end of the game, but overall not to much of a challenge. Popular Post King_Chile
#259 Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number TROPHY ADDICT One month ago. ONE. MONTH. Ugh, I really need to get back on the Plat wagon. I've been so busy for the last month and a half that I haven't been able to do anything. Really depressing. Oh well, maybe I'll have some time now. As for the game itself, there's nothing much that needs to be said. The Plat is pretty challenging but definitely obtainable and the game is great. A TOAST TO OUR NEW LIVES! AS KINGS OF THE STREET!
Popular Post straysheep87
# 89 - GoW II (PsVita) Finally finished the GoW collection on Vita, this port has some clunky controls (touchpad and touchscreen on combat, not cool...) but even playing this game by the third time, GoW 2 always have some fun left, and probably, I will get the GoW 3 on PS4. Fortunately I don't get any trophy glitch.

Popular Post Royalredpanda
#30 - Transistor Plat() Yet another from the PS+ backlog down! I really liked the art, music, and battle system. The first time through though I didn't care much for the story since the plot twists were expected and someone ruined the ending for me. The second time though I loved this game a lot! The thing I liked most about game is customizing your abilities. The thing I disliked the most was running around with all 10 limiters on. Of course that last bit was only a short time and I didn't have to use all 10 on a boss fight. Turned it into the most memorable fight though
Popular Post Raitandrul
#11 - Assassin's Creed Brotherhood Julius Caesar What a beautiful game, now I see why is the AC franchise so popular! My favourite part has to be during one of the later sequences where the player finally controls the Apple of Eden and obliterates every single guard around! Also, discovering secret locations such as the Basillica de San Pedro and the Coloseum one thing I didn't like in the story mode was colleting the 101 flags Now someone decided that mixing AC and multiplayer was a good idea and also added a bunch of multiplayer only trophies Longest one was to reach level 50 and the hardest one was Abstergo Employee of the Month. The main difficulty though was to get in the multiplayer servers. Enjoyment: 8/10 Difficulty: 5/10
Popular Post Priere
#36 Ether One Yo people and all that! Yes i know, another one of those PS+ games down, What a surprise! Let's get real now, This game is surely interesting...in a way or another. I'm not a big fan of click and point and mystery solving all that, But i managed to do this one in 1.5 playthroughs (Thanks to that Deja Vu one, That one is Missable!), Oh and i also managed to get a new Fastest Platinum milestone.....And it's rather shinier than that Bakugan one, No complains here I did not understand the beginning and the ending very well, So i guess i'll check a story-guide later, But i'm sure it's deep and emotional! I'm running out of game ideas here....Welp. I'll leave you with a .gif not related to this game (Thanks to Jeieem-Source-kun). Popular Post Jounochi
Platinum #56 - Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch (PS3) I've been watching this thread for a while now and decided I'll start posting my plats as well. I got this game back in 2013 and just kinda let it go after a little while. Picked it back up two weeks ago and I was addicted. This is a fairly sizable JRPG and it has some really cool gaming elements that have been implemented. One being the familiar system that allows you to catch monsters so you can have them fight alongside you. All in all it is a gorgeous game and it makes me sad to think that Ghibli is no longer around. Final platinum time: 70 hours and 18 minutes Game Rating: 8.5/10Difficulty: 5/10 Working a bit on Tomb Raider right now but I'm not feeling it tbh... will probably return after platting Disgaea.
Popular Post FluffyAssassin64
#44 - Ether One "Validation" Excellent Work Restorer. NEVER have I gone from hate to love and back again so quickly with a game. There is so much good going for this game, that it's a real shame when it all falls apart. Things I liked: Gorgeous world and setting, beautiful visuals Setting incredibly well set-up, with fantastic notes that build the story of the environment Excellent story and exposition; remains intriguing throughout Sound effects and music are atmostpheric and at times very beautiful Puzzles (mostly) very clever and made me feel great when I finally solved them Ideas in general (the case, subject matter) Dat Knocker story... Things I didn't like: SO MANY GLITCHES AND CRASHES!!! Even after 2 patches, and the trophies being 'fixed', I still encountered no less than 10 game-breaking bugs that required re-starts. Some of these were when I was near the start of the game (not as bad), but some were right near the end. Never have I been frustrated so much with glitches in a game. At one point I even had all 3 of my game saves (at completely different points in the game) corrupt on me Text was awful; a minor complaint, but there were a crazy number of spelling and grammar mistakes that really pulled me out of the experience in the more 'deep' moments A few puzzles glitched out and required ether a replay or reload (miner's vigil and one in the starting area); leading to immense frustration. Scripting issues with a church-bells one later in the game were also not enjoyable. Overall, an excellent experience that should be played by basically everyone looking for something a bit different. Unfortunately, the glitches and errors area really frustrating and pull you out of the experience. Give it a crack and hope it works fine for you; be sure to make back-up saves! Enjoyment: 7.5/10 (would have given higher, except for glitches) Plat difficulty: 4/10 (due to puzzles), 10/10 before patches with crashes!!!
Popular Post Gibbo_0113
86 Bioshock Infinite Rating - 9.5/10 Difficulty - 6.5 As a fan of the Bioshock series i can say that this one is definitely the best and a welcome change to the Bioshock formula. It is one of the best and most complex story lines i have seen in Gaming. I am glad i set it into two playthroughs because after my first playthrough i didn't understand it (just like the first time i watched Inception). Im not ashamed to say that i had to watch a 25 minute video to fully understand the mindblowing story and also how it's connected to the original game. Overall this is an excellent game and everyone is recommended to give it a go. Edited May 17, 2015 by Gibbo_0113
Popular Post DesmaBR
Platinum #28 Shovel Knight While clearly a homage to the games of the NES era, borrowing elements from the most popular games from that time; Shovel Knight is a game that can be considered a pretty fine platformer on it's own, no need for Nostalgia. Even the graphics, while certainly reminiscent to that era, it just tries to replicate how people remember the games, not trying to "Remain consistent with the limitations of the NES hardware" Trophy list, it's all fun. Need multiple playthroughs but game's pretty short if you're good at it. Not going to delete it from hard drive for now, maybe I'll give "butt mode" a try sometime
Popular Post Razza
#100 Metal Gear Solid 4 The Legendary Hero - Obtain All Trophies So I finally got my most valued platinum trophy and I couldn't be happier with my decision to wait to make this my 100th platinum. As many of you already know I am a huge fan of Metal Gear Solid but this game has always had a special place in my heart, as it was the reason why I chose to buy a PS3 all those years ago. Another reason why this game is special to me is that I have great memories of playing this game when it first came out whilst living with my Nan, and we sadly lost her last year so this kind of felt like a tribute to her in a silly kind of way as I originally didn't want to pick this game up ever again due to having those treasured memories but whilst playing this game it helped me remember even more moments from my time living with her. Any ways.... Enough of my story time to talk about the game, I absolutely love this game. The game play still feels really responsive and even a lot better than a lot of games released at a later date than this gem from 2008 The story is a mix of nostalgia and emotions thrown into a big ball and controlled in only a way Hideo Kojima and his team could hit you with. This game took me a shocking 9 playthroughs to platinum but I enjoyed every single one of them. Even the extremely challenging Big Boss Emblem Playthrough. But thanks to some amazing tips and videos I was able to fight my way through this game an earn this incredible platinum.
Popular Post Wdjat Prinny Doods
#102- Resogun (Vita) I came, I saw, I blew up stuff Get all other trophies So I've decided to do some backlog cleanup for this trophy competition I'm in and this was the first game on my list. This is a really fun shmup and did the whole thing solo. Only thing I found kind of difficult was the last level on Veteran but once I used Nemesis instead of Phobos on that level it was a breeze with the amount of times you can use boost. I did 1CC on my first try, almost did the whole thing without losing any lives at all but got kind of careless in the last level since I had so many lives and bombs to work with Anyone who plans to do this solo I recommend doing 1CC immediately after doing Veteran mode and 1 level on Master then doing 1CC on Experienced will seem like a breeze compared to those two difficulties. This is definitely worth a stack on the PS4 version especially to experience the content that is exclusive to that version doods.
