Popular Post Omar
Hello PSNProfiles, and welcome to the spot where my gaming milestones gather. Behind these trophies there are all sorts of challenges, stories, little details, and memories that I will always treasure. Gaming got an interesting twist in the shape of trophies that made me, a goal chaser, rejoice with challenges and a visible and eternal proof of having overcome them. Through hard work, will to go on, and sometimes patience to endure some pretty frustrating stuff, trophies started filling a collection that keeps growing. I am happy to have a collection of trophies from the games I love (excepting one, to be totally honest lol) and I’m proud of each and every I have achieved. As a JRPG lover, there is A LOT of grinding behind these platinums, but there is also adventure, risk, deception, frustration, victory, and of course, utter lack of MP. My collection is something I like taking care of and watching it grow makes me feel happy. PSNProfiles made my trophies look cooler than ever and it will accompany both me and my collection until I earn my very last trophy. Without further due, here you have the plats, enjoy NOW PLAYING Rise of the Tomb Raider (PS4) - DLC Stardew Valley (PS4) THE PLATS 1- 50 #1 – Master of Tomb Raider: Underworld (Tomb Raider: Underworld) Earn all the trophies in Tomb Raider: Underworld .Achieved: September 29th, 2009.PSNP’s Rarity Status (RS from now on): Uncommon.Difficulty: 2/10.Enjoyment: First Platinum Ever. What do you think? First platinum coming from my co-first PS3 game (along with Little Big Planet, both came at the same time lol). Even though the game itself is not that good (the story was pretty random for a Tomb Raider game and it froze on me a good number of times), it was still my very first trophy set, so I tackled each and every challenge with maximum enthusiasm. When the platinum popped, it all began. #2 – Tekken Fanatic (Tekken 6) Complete all other objectives.Achieved: May 21st, 2010.PSNP’s RS: Rare.Difficulty: 3/10.Enjoyment: 6/10 I always had a decent amount of love for both Tekken and Soul Calibur as fighting franchises to play (not that much for Mortal Kombat or Street Fighter but that’s just me). This game comes to mind and all I can remember is having pure fun. The list didn’t have absurd or annoying challenges and the rich character customization sure helped make my hours working towards its completion a breeze. My second platinum trophy coming over half a year after the first....I was just getting started. #3 – Ultimate Hero (Final Fantasy XIII) Acquired all trophies.Achieved: August 24th, 2010.PSNP’s RS: Rare.Difficulty: 6/10.Enjoyment: 8/10 I know this game got all sorts of criticism, but I was actually insanely hyped for it and my platinum run was one to remember. I loved every single bit and of its corridors and challenges. The game was eye candy for me at that time and it was my actual first trophy-oriented grind!! The memories of this game were good enough for me to write a trophy guide for it last year. It will always have a special place in my collection (as the beginning of the grinding parade). #4 – Platinum (Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune) Platinum.Achieved: August 27th, 2010.PSNP’s RS: Uncommon.Difficulty: 7/10.Enjoyment: 7/10 The folks at Naughty Dog know how to write a compelling and emotionally powerful script, but their most excelling department has to be the one of trophy descriptions! This game was a turning point for my gaming life. Playing through it, I felt as if I was watching a movie at the theatres and being aware of that felt pretty awesome. The gameplay and graphics looked fine for me at that time, even if they now hurt a bit (it’s kinda natural). The plot got me hooked from the first second and I grew fond of the characters. Uncharted was my first PS3 franchise to follow. #5 – Platinum (Uncharted 2: Among Thieves) Platinum.Achieved: August 30th, 2010.PSNP’s RS: Uncommon.Difficulty: 5/10.Enjoyment: 9/10 And my Uncharted thirst went on with a plat for this sequel almost immediately after reaching full completion of the first game. Even though going through the second of Nathan Drake’s adventures on its highest difficulty setting felt underwhelming after the real challenge Drake’s Fortune’s Crushing Mode was, Among Thieves still provided one of the best gaming experiences I’ve had thus far, keeping me on my toes all the time. No wonder this is my current favorite Uncharted game, packed with action and epic moments. #6 – 100% Complete (Star Wars: The Force Unleashed) Unlock all trophies.Achieved: November 21st, 2010.PSNP’s RS: Rare.Difficulty: 4/10.Enjoyment: 1/10 We all make mistakes, I guess. This is the one and only game I jumped into solely for the sake of trophies. I am by no means interested in anything Star Wars related. I am not even acquainted with most of its characters and terminology. I jumped on it because my brother borrowed it from a friend and I rushed through it having barely no fun just to get the platinum before my brother had to give it back. Quite the list of things I do NOT want to ever do again as a trophy hunter. I respect any approach any gamer chooses to take, but I promised myself I’d have pure fun trophy hunting and I’ve committed to that ever since. #7 – Master Assassin (Assassin’s Creed II) Unlock all trophies.Achieved: December 11th, 2010.PSNP’s RS: Uncommon.Difficulty: 4/10.Enjoyment: 7/10 After enjoying and loving the amazing (crazy buggy and trophy-less, all been said) first AC game, the second of Desmond Miles’ Animus experiences felt much more polished and less half-baked than its predecessor. I remember how I started to like Ezio Auditore almost immediately. Also remember the quest for Petruccio’s feathers (Ezio is best big bro ever, if you ask me). Another PS3 franchise I fell in love with (I’ve lost track of it these days, too many games!!) #8 – Acquire all trophies (Bayonetta) Acquire all trophies.Achieved: July 5th, 2011.PSNP’s RS: Rare.Difficulty: 9/10.Enjoyment: 9/10 This is probably the very first trophy set in which I was aware of the fact that I was getting into a challenge. I had heard plenty about Bayonetta’s Endless Climax Mode and it all lived up to my experience, which was by no means easy. And that was actually the best part of it! I loved having to go through everything I had witch-walked past without the witch part. An intense challenge in which you were forced to exploit all the gameplay assets the game offers instead of just spamming Witch Time and calling it a day. LOVED this game and a bit of my heart is still hurt over its Nintendo exclusivity, but at least I’m glad that the franchise got to move forward thanks to them. #9 – Platinum (Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception) Platinum.Achieved: February 1st, 2012.PSNP’s RS: Rare.Difficulty: 4/10.Enjoyment: 8/10 And Drake did it again. Action-packed story with pretty impressive graphics for the time it came out. Difficulty-wise, it followed Among Thieves’ downtoning tendency, with a really underwhelming challenge for something labeled as “Crushing”. Still, the game is awesome and the road to the plat was a fun one, MP aside. MP trophies are still to be achieved (and will always stay like that, just not my thing) #10 – Master of Time (Final Fantasy XIII-2) Mastered the timeline and obtained every trophy available.Achieved: June 18th, 2012.PSNP’s RS: Uncommon.Difficulty: 4/10.Enjoyment: 7/10 The criticism the for-me-amazing FFXIII got was the most determining factor for SE to go for a sequel. They started the line of fan-service, one which is a blessing and a curse. They took part of both sides by addressing criticism in a mostly good way but having an inconsistent story that had nothing to do against XIII’s beautifully told journey. Gameplay-wise, the game is packed with content and things to do, monster taming offers a wide range of possibilities and minigames and the arena were also fun (I even purchased some DLC opponents for the coliseum). Overall it felt like a good journey, even if the story wasn’t all that great. #11 – inFAMOUS Platinum Trophy (inFAMOUS) Collect all other inFAMOUS trophies.Achieved: August 17th, 2012.PSNP’s RS: Rare.Difficulty: 5/10.Enjoyment: 7/10 Yet another PS3 franchise I fell in love with. Cole and Zeke were OTP for me since the moment I saw their partnership. The final stages of grinding for power unlocking were a bit dreadful, but the story and the challenge Hard mode offered were fair enough. Not a standout, but definitely a good start for a series that would later go up.....and then higher up again. #12 – 4.0 GPA (Disgaea 3) Get all other trophies.Achieved: August 25th, 2012.PSNP’s RS: Ultra Rare.Difficulty: 9/10.Enjoyment: 8/10 Here it is, the trophy that made me take trophy hunting as seriously as I do today. Up until I got this platinum trophy, I didn’t consider myself capable of standing through such a HUGE grind, and for those who have crowned this trophy set this will make a lot of sense! A game that loves big numbers: 9999 levels, no idea where the damage cap is but it must be somewhere around 999.999.999.999.999.999, thousands of items, equipment, weapons; pirate raids, homeroom assemblies, a world for each character and item in the game.....and the list is literally never-ending. Still, I enjoyed almost every bit of it, and that is saying a lot for a 220-hour run #13 – 100% Complete (Little Big Planet) Earn all Little Big Planet trophies to unlock this platinum.Achieved: October 28th, 2012.PSNP’s RS: Ultra Rare.Difficulty: 6/10.Enjoyment: 10/10 Fun by definition. I loved this game enough to purchase all of its DLC and attain 100% completion on it, and it was a fun, engaging and purely entertaining run! The uniqueness of LBP was striking and refreshing. Only thing that killed it for me was those stupid “Heart-related” trophies, awful idea Co-op on this game has to be one of the most entertaining experiences I’ve been through in gaming ^^ #14 – True Grace (Tales of Graces F) Acquired all trophies. Amazing!.Achieved: April 5th, 2013.PSNP’s RS: Very Rare.Difficulty: 6/10.Enjoyment: 8/10 And here we get to 2013, when my trophy hunting rhythm dramatically picks up!! I have always loved the Tales of series and I truly enjoyed Graces F, highlighting its super cool battle system, really catchy, spent long hours on it #15 – True Survivor (Tomb Raider) Unlock every Tomb Raider trophy.Achieved: April 8th, 2013.PSNP’s RS: Very Rare.Difficulty: 4/10.Enjoyment: SP: 10/10, MP: -6/10 This is how you make a reboot! I fell in love with the new Lara Croft and her journey was a really intense experience. I decided to rank SP and MP separately to do the story some justice. I had pure fun from beginning to ending playing through the story, getting salvage and powering Lara up. MP was, however, a dread. That is what happens when you give MP to a game that does NOT need one. The feeling overall is good though, can’t wait for RotTR to drop halfway through 2016 on my PS4! #16 – Unwritten History (Soul Calibur V) Obtained all trophies.Achieved: April 16th, 2013.PSNP’s RS: Ultra Rare.Difficulty: 7/10.Enjoyment: 8/10 A Soul Calibur game that nailed the fighting part but ruined the character roster big time. Taking characters out but still recycle their fighting styles through new characters is never a good idea. NEVER. That been said, the fighting was as fun as the SCIII days, which was much appreciated. Trophies were significantly challenging and well-balanced with only one annoying trophy which forced you to run a number of meters in battle (rubber band time!) #17 – Enlightment (ICO HD) Acquire all trophies.Achieved: July 7th2013.PSNP’s RS: Very Rare.Difficulty: 8/10.Enjoyment: 10/10 Sometimes in life, a form of expression has such depth that it conveys meaning and it feels like it does effortlessly. ICO is a game telling a beautiful story, one that stays in your mind for years to come. Only reason why I ranked it as 8 in difficulty is because that 2-hour speedrun had a ridiculously low amount of room for error. #18 – True Thievius Raccoonus (Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus HD) Unlock all trophies for Sly Cooper’s first outing..Achieved: July 30th, 2013.PSNP’s RS: Common.Difficulty: 1/10.Enjoyment: 7/10 I had always wanted to play the Sly Cooper series, as I never played on PS2. I purchased the HD collection and this was quite a pleasant platinum run. The game is super easy, and challenges were easy as well, so there wasn’t really any kind of difficulty. Still, the game is real fun! #19 – Top of the Heap (Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy HD) You have mastered the game and collected all there is to collect!.Achieved: September 5th, 2013.PSNP’s RS: Uncommon.Difficulty: 2/10.Enjoyment: 7/10 Now this is a series I have played and loved on PS3, so I knew where I was headed. This first game is easier than the upcoming ones, but the key here is that apparently I got an HD Remaster fever in 2013, I keep them coming! #20 – Kingdom Hearts Master (Kingdom Hearts Final Mix HD) Obtain all trophies.Achieved: October 9th, 2013.PSNP’s RS: Very Rare.Difficulty: 6/10.Enjoyment: Infinity times infinity My favorite gaming franchise. EVER. You can imagine how this felt right? Every single step, every single Kingdom Key slash felt like Heaven. As I always do with Kingdom Hearts games, I jumped into Proud mode without hesitation and had a blast. Wasn’t a fan of my speedrun playthrough because every time I play a game in this franchise I love taking my time to rejoice in it. A wonderful start for a huge adventure. #21 – Done Done Done (Jak II HD) For excellent and dedicated work in the field of battle for completion.Achieved: October 15th, 2013.PSNP’s RS: Rare.Difficulty: 6/10.Enjoyment: 7/10 Jak II takes on a new approach for the series and it changes the game mechanics while keeping gameplay almost intact. Difficulty literally skyrockets and Naughty Dog decides to put a checkpoint per 3 hours of gameplay, to put some pressure on still, a really enjoyable game with an intriguing plot that keeps you invested. Also, this platinum trophy has one of my all-time favorite trophy descriptions, reading it feels good ^^ #22 – Fait Accompli (Jak 3 HD) For Stamina and Time On Your Hands and an insatiable need for completion.Achieved: October 18th, 2013.PSNP’s RS: Uncommon.Difficulty: 5/10.Enjoyment: 7/10 And Jak II kept me invested enough to jump straight into Jak 3, my favorite in the series. Again, I had tons of fun with it and I achieved the plat quite quickly compared to what it usually takes me to beat a game (I like taking my time, no rush ). Here’s a (not so) fun fact: right after this plat popped, my PS3 got YLOD, I repaired it so that I could have time to save for a new one before it totally broke, after two weeks I got it back (it totally died 8 months later, got another one right away) #23 – Unlikely Bandit (Sly 2: Band of Thieves HD) Unlock all Sly Cooper and the Band of Thieves trophies.Achieved: November 15th, 2013.PSNP’s RS: Common.Difficulty: 0/10.Enjoyment: 7/10 When I thought a Sly game couldn’t get any easier, Sly 2 came and it did it! This game is so easy!! That been said, it is fun, varied and it has a cool plot, so it was enjoyable to play. I wish it was at least a bit challenging though. #24 – Master Thief (Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves HD) Unlock all trophies for Sly Cooper’s final outing....final? really?.Achieved: November 29th, 2013.PSNP’s RS: Uncommon.Difficulty: 1/10.Enjoyment: 7/10 My HD Remaster fever, after 8 HD Remaster plats in a row, would wear off, this being its last achievement. Sly 3 was as entertaining as the previous games, and at least it picked up difficulty a little.....but not much #25 – Lord of Xillia (Tales of Xillia) The mark of complete Xillia mastery. Thanks for playing!.Achieved: December 15th, 2013.PSNP’s RS: Rare.Difficulty: 6/10.Enjoyment: 9/10 Final plat of 2013, a blast from zero to full completion. One of the best Tales games out there and a trophy set filled with balanced challenges and a bit of grinding. This game made me believe Bandai Namco Entertainment knew how to build good trophy lists......I WAS SO NAÏVE ¬¬ #26 – Eternal Light (Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII) Proof of a true master who has excelled in all things and has collected all possible trophies.Achieved: March 14th, 2014.PSNP’s RS: Uncommon.Difficulty: 4/10.Enjoyment: 8/10 The XIII series was finally coming to a much-needed end. And fortunately, Lightning went out with a really engaging game, which had a really cool battle system, despite most people’s fears of it being too simplistic due to controlling only one character. The inclusion of a Hard Mode was definitely a good point and made my second playthrough much more enjoyable and challenging. #27 – Julius Caesar (Assassins’ Creed: Brotherhood) Win every trophy.Achieved: April 9th, 2014.PSNP’s RS: Very Rare.Difficulty: 4/10.Enjoyment: 6/10 The AC series started running waaay too fast for my pace, so I eventually jumped out of the franchise to follow it as I see fit. Brotherhood kept up with Auditore’s plot, which was a delight, but I made the little mistake of not working on MP trophies when the game had just come out. I had to boost my way through them all. #28 – Completion (Final Fantasy X HD) Obtain all available trophies.Achieved: April 14th, 2014.PSNP’s RS: Very Rare.Difficulty: 6/10.Enjoyment: Transcends numbers. This game.......wow. That’s the first thing that comes up. I had the chance to play it on PS2 back when it came out and I loved every bit of it (still have a MC with a 600-hour save file on it). The PS3 not only gave me the chance to play with awesome trophies, but also brought something else, a new take on this journey that makes this plat one of my most cherished. Definitely a special one here, for more reasons than one. #29 – Tale of Sword and Soul (Soul Calibur II HD Online) Unlock all the trophies.Achieved: April 21st, 2014.PSNP’s RS: Uncommon.Difficulty: 2/10.Enjoyment: 7/10 I decided to get back to a game that gave me lots of awesome memories on PS2. As I mentioned somewhere above, I’m all Tekken and Soul Calibur, so I loved this one from beginning to end. The online was a bit sloppy, but still I managed to play some cool matches. Go Talim! #30 – Wizardry Whiz (Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch) Awarded for becoming a master magician. Congratulations! You truly are a whiz at wizardry!.Achieved: April 26th, 2014.PSNP’s RS: Rare.Difficulty: 6/10.Enjoyment: 9/10 I have always been a Level 5 fan (I’m still waiting for Rogue Galaxy HD, DQ VIII HD and Dark Cloud/Chronicle HD Collection lol) but I must admit this time I wasn’t all that excited about their game. I played the demo, which happened to be awful, as it threw you in quite a complicated spot of the story with no preparation whatsoever. I decided to give the game a pass until it got his price severely cut in a sale and I got it. AND I LOVED IT, I’m never playing demos again (FFXV Episode Duscae is an exception ) #31 – I came, I saw, I blew stuff up (Resogun) Get all trophies.Achieved: June 25th, 2014.PSNP’s RS: Rare.Difficulty: 8/10.Enjoyment: 9/10 2014 was the year in which I took the generational leap and got a PS4 (and a PS Vita). Resogun was my first played and platted game, it takes a classic gaming formula and twists it to make it feel fresh, fun and extremely addictive. I will also give mad props to Housemarque for their updates on the game, it looks as if it was a sequel, so much new stuff! #32 – Sweet Dreams! (Rayman Origins) Won ALL trophies in the game! SICK!.Achieved: July 2nd, 2014.PSNP’s RS: Rare.Difficulty: 6/10.Enjoyment: 9/10 And right after first PS4 plat, here comes first Vita plat! After several months being a PS+ user, I had tons of Vita games waiting to be played, but I decided to start with this one, extremely fun platforming. Time trials posed a decent challenge and its soundtrack is definitely unique but it works! #33 – Gadget Master (Ratchet & Clank HD) Obtain all Ratchet & Clank trophies.Achieved: July 8th, 2014.PSNP’s RS: Rare.Difficulty: 4/10.Enjoyment: 6/10 Even though PS4 and PS Vita came around the same time, my platinum list can tell you that I gave the latter faaaar more love than I did to the former. I had always wanted to replay these PS2 classics but never got around it on PS3, so when I saw they were being launched on the Vita, I took the chance. The controls were odd at parts due to lack of L2/R2 buttons on the Vita, but the game was overall fun. #34 – Golden Completed (Persona 4 Golden) Earn all trophies.Achieved: August 2nd, 2014.PSNP’s RS: Very Rare.Difficulty: 7/10.Enjoyment: 9/10 I decided to jump into the Persona series with this game after getting outstanding feedback from pretty much everyone. They were not wrong: P4G is one of the best games the PS Vita has and will ever have. Getting used to how it all works in the Persona series took some time, but I enjoyed it all the way. #35 – He Went Commando (Ratchet & Clank 2: Going Commando HD) Obtain all Ratchet & Clank 2: Going Commando trophies.Achieved: August 10th, 2014.PSNP’s RS: Rare.Difficulty: 5/10.Enjoyment: 4/10 A game I loved back in the PS2 era, now damaged by an extremely obnoxious bug. Luckily, it didn’t make the platinum trophy unattainable, but it was still very annoying, as it would throw me out to the Vita’s home screen and shut the game down. Despite complaining formally to the devs, no fix was made.... #36 – inFAMOUS 2 Platinum Trophy (inFAMOUS 2) Collect all other inFAMOUS 2 trophies.Achieved: August 20th, 2014.PSNP’s RS: Uncommon.Difficulty: 5/10.Enjoyment: 7/10 The second of Cole’s adventures, featuring many more characters this time around and a better told story, with better pacing and overall better script. Gameplay also got stronger with wider melee options, cooler visuals and attack effects. Karma was well implemented and both endings were amazing. The whole user-generated stuff seemed pointless to me though. #37 – Masks and Stripes Forever (Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time) Collect every bronze, silver and gold trophy..Achieved: August 24th, 2014.PSNP’s RS: Rare.Difficulty: 2/10.Enjoyment: 6/10 After having played through the whole series on PS3, Sly 4 felt pretty awesome. It brought back some core mechanics staples in the series like bottle searching. The game was fun to play, but didn’t pose a challenge, not even a mild one. Sly games are clearly played for fun, that’s for sure. #38 – Masks and Stripes Forever (Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time) Collect every bronze, silver and gold trophy..Achieved: August 25th, 2014.PSNP’s RS: Rare.Difficulty: 0.Enjoyment: 9 because FREE TROPHIEEEEEES!! No, I'm not drunk! I cross-platted this game, so shortly after obtaining my PS3 platinum trophy, I imported my save file to the Vita version and the platinum popped in 20 seconds, quite the trophy boost I got there. As of writing this (55 plats in my pocket) this is the only one I have cross-obtained. #39 – Hero of the Galaxy (Ratchet & Clank 3: Up Your Arsenal) Obtain all Ratchet & Clank 3: Up Your Arsenal trophies.Achieved: October 1st, 2014.PSNP’s RS: Uncommon.Difficulty: 7/10.Enjoyment: 9/10 My favorite R&C game up to date, posing a decent challenge. It offers crazy weapon leveling, one of my favorite features in the series, and a really funny plot. The gameplay variety is also increased when compared to previous games. This wrapped up the HD collection played on my Vita, with the only recurring issue of the Vita’s back touchpad taking over L2/R2 functions. #40 – Chain of Memories Master (Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories HD) Obtain all trophies.Achieved: October 2nd, 2014.PSNP’s RS: Ultra Rare.Difficulty: 7/10.Enjoyment: Non-numberable Every game KH is pure good in this checklist, this one was chosen as my 40th. Even though the battle system in this game is hard to love, I absolutely adore it (obviously biased opinion here). I jumped straight into Proud mode and that made the game feel cooler, as I had to pay at least some attention (this game’s Beginner mode is just E-A-S-Y). The possibility to play as Riku adds depth and a big deal of coolness. Hunting enemy cards, with their ridiculously low drop rate, was a hassle, but nothing compared to Disgaea 3’s Baal Pirates show-up rate #41 – Trophy of Zeus (God of War HD) Unlock all God of War trophies.Achieved: October 4th, 2014.PSNP’s RS: Uncommon.Difficulty: 7/10.Enjoyment: 8/10 The GoW series was never among my favorites, but I got the HD collection bundled with my Vita for a sweet price, so I decided to give the first game a go and I loved it. On PS2 I had only played it sparingly with friends (same goes for GoW 2) but now I focused on it and had a clean platinum run. The games were perfectly adapted to the Vita and the experience was highly entertaining. #42 – Enjoy Your Powers (inFAMOUS: Second Son) Collect all trophies.Achieved: November 8th, 2014.PSNP’s RS: Uncommon.Difficulty: 4/10.Enjoyment: 8/10 The inFAMOUS series is still yet to disappoint me as a gamer. After not making much use of my PS4, playing Second Son made me feel like I had taken the generational leap at last, and it felt awesome. Loved the characters, the powers were SLICK and the variety of gameplay is not astonishing but it’s decent enough. I could have use some more challenging stuff, though. #43 – Perfectionist (Tearaway) Collect all the other trophies.Achieved: November 9th, 2014.PSNP’s RS: Uncommon.Difficulty: 1/10.Enjoyment: 9/10 I know lots of people say their Vita is “collecting dust” but mine has been burning on ever since I got it! Here came another gem, a game that provided such a laid back experience that I could relax while playing to it, but at the same time feel invested, as the little Iota embarks on a quest to deliver a letter to ME! Media Molecule managed to create a good difficulty curve in LBP despite such fresh mechanics. When it comes to Tearaway, they made it waaaay too easy. Hopefully future entries will twist and turn the mechanics to a whole new level, there is plenty of room for amazing stuff in this paper world. #44 – Mithrarin (Dust: An Elysian Tail) Awakening.Achieved: November 20th, 2014.PSNP’s RS: Very Rare.Difficulty: 5/10.Enjoyment: 8/10 This one was quite a surprise. A game I went into simply because it looked appealing brought a lot more than I expected. Wonderful soundtrack, surprising depth for an indie title and funny characters made the experience worthwhile. #45 – Kingdom Hearts II Master (Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix HD) Obtain all trophies.Achieved: December 21st, 2014.PSNP’s RS: Rare.Difficulty: 7/10.Enjoyment: Beyond After the awesome 1.5 HD Remix, the 2.5 came in and made me an even happier gamer. This time I challenged myself to tackle the whole trophy list in one Critical run (hence a 7 for difficulty, otherwise it would be much lower). I did it all in one playthrough, and it was the best thing I could’ve done. I died (multiple times) fighting the Data Replicas, but the fights were much more intense, so in the end I did the right thing. Besides, when the plat popped, I felt empowered as hell #46 – Master of Hearts (Tales of Hearts R) Proof of a perfect completion of Tales of Hearts R. Thanks for playing! Your love and dedication are hugely appreciated!.Achieved: December 22nd, 2014.PSNP’s RS: Very Rare.Difficulty: 5/10.Enjoyment: 8/10 I decided to close my second year in a row with a Tales of game, this time a Vita title. This game is amazing, and it not only has one of the coolest trophy pictures I’ve seen, but it also has a decent trophy set for a Tales game! Most Tales games send you to horrifying grinds [see #50 to get more info on this ] but this one has a balance between collecting, exploring and overcoming challenges. A cool story with an okay soundtrack, but an awesome experience overall. #47 – Platinum Trophy (DmC: Devil May Cry) Collect all DmC: Devil May Cry Trophies.Achieved: January 1st, 2015.PSNP’s RS: Very Rare.Difficulty: 8/10.Enjoyment: 8/10 This series got a reboot it didn’t need, but the game turns out to be pretty awesome. The gameplay mechanics were hard to handle initially, but once I got the hang of it, I could ease through all the low difficulty levels. The one mode causing trouble is the series’ stapled troublemaker: Dante Must Die. Other than that, fun and tricky gameplay, that allows to chain enemies into combos almost endlessly if properly mastered. As you can see, I took no New Year break, first day, first plat! #48 – Noble Achievement (inFAMOUS: First Light) Collect all trophies.Achieved: January 25th, 2015.PSNP’s RS: Uncommon.Difficulty: 4/10.Enjoyment: 7/10 If all DLC was like this, I’d be ruined. Fetch’s neon conduction was one of SS’ coolest-looking powers, so getting to play as a neon pro can only mean the ultimate coolness. Fetch’s controls and fighting system are actually more polished than Delsin’s if you ask me, so gameplay was pure fun. Another crazy cool trophy image as well. #49 – Plat() (Transistor) Earn all other trophies.Achieved: February 24th, 2015.PSNP’s RS: Rare.Difficulty: 5/10.Enjoyment: 8/10 Same as it happened with Dust, this was another indie game I was not expecting to enjoy as much as I eventually did. Unique gameplay mechanics and a masterful soundtrack bought me in, and it has decent challenges, a cool, subtly told story and really attractive art direction. If indies are going to bring me gems like this one, keep them coming! #50 – Lord of Xillia 2 (Tales of Xillia 2) The mark of complete Xillia 2 mastery. Thanks for playing!.Achieved: March 5th, 2015.PSNP’s RS: Very Rare.Difficulty: 6/10.Enjoyment: UGH THIS IS HOW YOU RUIN A GAME BECAUSE OF ITS TROPHIES. I have ranted about this game so much that I don’t want to repeat myself. Trophies ruined the experience for me, as they forced me to do the same thing 4000 times, and that’s not a random number. FOUR THOUSAND. I hated the fact that Hideo Baba was going to defeat my trophy hunting skills, so I not only slayed the hell out of this plat, but also made it my 50th. I won’t be dealing with Zestiria anytime soon because I will skip the PS3 version or get it around 4 years after its release 51-100 #51 – Platinum (Uncharted: Golden Abyss) Collect all other 55 trophies for this trophy.Achieved: March 8th, 2015.PSNP’s RS: Rare.Difficulty: 8/10.Enjoyment: 7/10 BENT did a great job providing an intense adventure experience on the Vita. The game is beneath other Uncharted entries in terms of quality, but it is nonetheless very fun to play. It also has a crushing Crushing mode (YAY) and a longer story than most Uncharted games. A must from the Vita’s library, sadly one of the few. #52 – Virtue’s Last Reward (Virtue’s Last Reward) Acquire all trophies.Achieved: March 15th, 2015.PSNP’s RS: Uncommon.Difficulty: 3/10.Enjoyment: 9/10 I have never been into VNs or VN-ish games, but a friend was having tons of fun with it, so I got curious and decided to give it a go. The game tells a twisted story that forces you to use your brain through well-designed puzzle sections while you try to point out who is behind what is going on. The story has decent branching and it all comes together in the end, which is also good. It was a great game to expand my genre horizons; I will keep an eye on games like this from now on. #53 – Wander and the Colossus (Shadow of the Colossus) Acquired all trophies.Achieved: March 26th, 2015.PSNP’s RS: Ultra Rare.Difficulty: 9/10.Enjoyment: 8/10 I fought against this game for a loooong time. I think it is one of those things you have to go through in life at least once, but the trophy set managed to cover every challenge the game has, even those which are TOUGH. Time trials in this game are overall simple and a matter of learning patterns and being efficient. However, the increased frame rate of the PS3 version affected the main character’s grip and its shaking was mostly infuriating. The platinum would be much easier without Gaius. Miles easier. Still, a wonderful game from start to finish. #54 – Bloodborne (Bloodborne) All trophies acquired. Hats off!.Achieved: April 13th, 2015.PSNP’s RS: Rare.Difficulty: 8/10.Enjoyment: 10/10 Apparently, 2015 is for me the year of trying new stuff! I am MR. Scary Pants, and even the mildest terror makes me panic. However, I decided to jump right into Bloodborne and I LOVED it. There were tense parts, but my fear barely showed up, I was too busy trying to keep myself alive. This game is hard, there is no denying, BUT I must say I found myself completing most of the stuff that seemed to have everyone throwing controllers off windows in a couple of attempts, this applies specially to Chalice bosses, which were not as frustrating as I people had warned me. Anyone owning a PS4 should give this a try, even if only to enjoy the story, there is so much detail and attention put into it that I can only bow down to From Software and wait for their next game to come out. #55 – Agito Achieved (Final Fantasy Type-0 HD) Obtained all trophies.Achieved: April 21st, 2015.PSNP’s RS: Rare.Difficulty: 5/10.Enjoyment: 6/10 This is a game I had anticipated greatly.....maybe too greatly, as I was a bit disappointed in it upon completion. The game failed to fully wow me, we could say, and that may be because of its PSP origins, which limit the scope of the experience regardless of its obvious visual upgrade. The story had a masterful climax but failed to build up to it from my point of view, and characters were mostly forgettable. I don’t want to be too hard on it, so I’ll say that the amount of depth and content is outstanding and there is a lot to do out of the story. #56 - Dragon Age: Inquisition Platinum Trophy (Dragon Age: Inquisition) Collect all other Dragon Age: Inquisition trophies .Achieved: May 17th, 2015.PSNP's RS: Very Rare.Difficulty: 7.Enjoyment: 10 My story with this game is odd at best xD I got it at launch and for some reason I didn't really get into it, so I pushed it aside and played other stuff I was more interested in. Seeing the buzz the game got, I really considered giving it a second chance and I did. And well, you all know how that went lol. This game gets you hooked from start to finish, its plot is very well organised, in a way that makes you feel progressively stronger and more capable of conquering what at the beginning would've been impossible. With a masterful soundtrack and consistent voice acting, characters are filled with charisma and you get to relate to ones or others depending on how you are as a person. Its hardest difficulty setting, Nightmare Mode wasn't exactly a nightmare, but it was tough and well balanced, especially at the beginning of the game. I must say that I encountered some weird glitches seemingly coming out of nowhere, and while they were annoying, my experience wasn't severely damaged by them. This is another franchise I'll be paying attention to from this point forward. #57 - Yippee Kai Yay (Velocity 2X) ************.Achieved: May 20th, 2015.PSNP's RS: Ultra Rare.Difficulty: 10.Enjoyment: 9 Ahhhh this does feel great!! When a game pushes your pure skills to the test and you conquer it, that is one of the best feelings I can get as a trophy hunter. It's only natural that this plat makes me so happy, game is easy to waltz through, but PERFECTING it is a whole other story!! Velocity 2X manages to be tricky as hell, punishing the slightest mistake with failure or insta-death, which also leads to failure. You fail if you miss a survivor, and you also fail if you miss the target time. You will miss if you skip an enemy, miss a switch, a crystal, even if you miss breaking a freaking useless piece of glass. YOU FAIL A LOT IN THIS GAME, in case you haven't noticed. But that is the good part of it: you are forced to improve in order to go places and attain every trophy. This is one of my proudest achievements, and one I had tons of fun with. #58 - Platinum (Super Stardust Ultra) Unlock every other trophy in the game .Achieved: May 23rd, 2015.PSNP's RS: Rare.Difficulty: 6.Enjoyment: 8 I love "shoot and destroy" games and I love them even more when they can get very chaotic; this is the case! SSU offers a smooth entrance to newbies and a tough punishment to learnéd players at the same time, having a healthy mode roster and a big difficulty curve. While most trophies are rather simple/straightforward, there is one that can get on your nerves (as it got on mine xD) Still, enjoyment is a given with this game. If you played and loved Resogun, give this one a try for a similar experience in spirit and entertainment. #59 - 100% Clear (Watch Dogs) This is the platinum trophy and is unlocked automatically when all the trophies have been unlocked .Achieved: May 27th, 2015.PSNP's RS: Rare.Difficulty: 4.Enjoyment: 4 And the hacking is completed! Watch Dogs was my first PS4 game to own so it was about time xD while the plot is interesting and the mission displays the unique gameplay pretty well, the characters are uninteresting for me and the side content is tedious and repetitive (too much stuff of not enough kinds). Still, it is not a complicated platinum if you put some work and endurance into it. #60 - Cheers to you! (Catherine) Earn all other trophies! .Achieved: May 31st, 2015.PSNP's RS: Ultra Rare.Difficulty: 10.Enjoyment: 8 A long-time resident of my backlog has just been shown the way out and it feels awesome!! After a bit over 2 years, I have finally conquered Babel and thus earned Catherine's platinum trophy. While the story mode can be tricky and challenging at parts, it's pre-defined after all, so trial and error always gets you there. Babel throws a FINITE number of patterns at you in random order, connecting to whatever base you have at the moment they fall. Not having a solid base can lead to unsolvable patters, but as they fall, all of them have a way through. With that in mind, I decided to start fighting around a week ago and the rest is history! If you are up for a challenge purely based on skill (and a spicy story lol) this is your game! #61 - 100% Complete (Little Big Planet 2) Earn all Little Big Planet 2 trophies to unlock this platinum trophy.Achieved: June 13th, 2015.PSNP's RS: Very Rare.Difficulty: 2.Enjoyment: 6 Little Big Planet screams fun and that remains untouched on LBP2!! I had tons of fun going through its story mode, but I could've used a bit more of a challenge. Gameplay variety is definitely up from its predecessor, and it helps in positioning prize bubbles in much smarter places, making the collectible wrap-up super fun. That, plus minigames: fun overload!! The one issue I encountered was with MP trophies because the game is basically dead, but I slowly got it all done! Also, Media Molecule shouldn't ask us to create levels for 24 HOURS, that's mental #62 - Completion (Final Fantasy X-2 HD Remaster) Obtain all available trophies .Achieved: June 26th 2015 .PSNP's RS: Very Rare .Difficulty: 7 .Enjoyment: 9 I have at last completed the remaster!! I am so happy about this one, I got 100% story completion months ago but kept procrastinating Last Mission mode until now. I wish I had tried it sooner, I had massive fun with it!! I only needed to understand how it works xD This game may not be as good as X, but it is an enjoyable entry for me, and I don't care about what most people say, I enjoyed it on PS2 and I enjoyed it on PS3!! #63 - Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep Final Mix Birth By Sleep Master - Obtain all trophies .Achieved: July 8th, 2015 .PSNP's RS: Very Rare .Difficulty: 9 .Enjoyment: 9 I have had this one coming for quite some months, but I was obviously not going to leave it out of my Kingdom Hearts platinum collection, which is now full!! Birth by Sleep is my favorite installment in the series, and going through it was pure joy, despite the huuuuge grind needed for report completion. Forcing us to do the same thing 3 times is probably not a good idea, but I had fun going through it all. I am definitely having a JRPG rampage at the moment, and if everything works as planned, I'll be putting up here some sardine-loving dude soon!! #64 - Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited Hardcore Gamer! - Collect all other trophies .Achieved: August 13th, 2015 .PSNP's RS: Ultra Rare .Difficulty: 8 .Enjoyment: 9 AT LONG LAST!!!! 181 hours in, I finally became the king of sardiiiiines!! As a Disgaea fan, whenever I start a Disgaea game, I know exactly where I'm getting into and I love the games exactly for what they are: AN NEVER-ENDING GRINDFEST. You can grind everything in Disgaea 4: levels, stats, item levels, item stats, item innocents, item innocents stats, item rarity, pirate ship parts, weapons, joke weapons, slayer weapons, character tiers and the list goes on for far too long. But that is the essence of the Disgaea games: chaos during its usually hilarious storyline and ABSOLUTE CHAOS during its endless post-game, where the real fun for fans begins. Out of my 181 hours, around 40 come from the story, the rest comes from the task-filled, uber deep post game and the almost endless possibilities it offers. I stopped at the platinum requirements, but there's more I could do! I wanted to get this done before October brings Disgaea 5 to me, now that I have all of my tricks fresh from practice I cannot wait for the next game to bring me another 150+ hours of insane, over-the-top fun!! #65 - Sound Shapes You've Gone Platinum - Complete all Death Mode and Beat School levels .Achieved: August 15th, 2015 .PSNP's RS: Uncommon .Difficulty: 3 .Enjoyment: 7 As a trophy hunter, I was aware of the fact that Sound Shapes is kind of a famous game among hunters, and its easiness and escalating effect on my trophy list lived up to its fame! Some friends warned me about Death Mode being frustrating and Beat School being pointless.....they were wrong on the former but right on the latter, in my opinion. Death Mode features such short levels that there is no time for frustration, you just hit 'Retry' time and time again. I actually managed to get it all done with a fair amount of ease and didn't feel frustrated at all. Beat School mode brought a promising mechanic that was just too weird for me in the end. After testing the waters with the first beats, I proudly admit I looked up solutions in a guide because I couldn't bear the pointlessness However, Sound Shapes' levels and Death Mode challenges were tons of fun and I will play through it again on my PSVita later this year. #66 - Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition Guacamelee! Platinum Trophy - Luchador #1! .Achieved: August 23rd, 2015 .PSNP's RS: Rare .Difficulty: 4 .Enjoyment: 8 I jumped into this game expecting much less fun-wise, so it was quite a pleasant surprise! Gameplay is button-mashing but has some depth to it and quite some room for skill. The Spanish blending, the script, the puns, the jokes and the references to other games or game features are mostly hilarious and I had a great time going through the game. Collectibles didn't get to feel tedious as they are creatively positioned. The Infierno challenges and the game's Hard mode fell a bit short in their efforts for providing a fully challenging experience, and that was a tad underwhelming. However, the game is still tons of fun to play and not too hard to complete, so you should definitely check it out! #67 - Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc Despair's Last Reward - Earned every other trophy in the game .Achieved: September 5th, 2015 .PSNP's RS: Uncommon .Difficulty: 2 .Enjoyment: 8 Puhuhuhuhuhuhuhuhu!!!! Despair has been fully conquered! I really didn't know what to expect when I jumped into this game, but now I can say I will keep an eye on this series, because I had tons of fun with it! The main story is clever and the cast of characters is not only pretty numerous, but also varied in terms of personality and charisma. The soundtrack is quite delightful, especially within class trials. I enjoyed quite a lot playing detective and I must say that I got some things wrong, but I was right about most of it, which made unfolding the mysteries all the more rewarding. The game offers a mode to explore the relationships with each character, but the mechanics of it eventually made it pretty tedious, I must say. Nonetheless, the game has good visuals, good writing, good music and catchy gameplay that mixes a bunch of stuff, so it is overall pretty solid. If you ask me, this is quite a must for the Vita, and knowing that I still have Danganronpa 2 and the just released Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls left, along with the upcoming Danganronpa 3, makes me very very happy!! #68 - Driveclub #UniteInSpeed - Collect all of the other trophies .Achieved: October 1st, 2015 .PSNP's RS: Very Rare .Difficulty: 8 .Enjoyment: 10 I had been craving for a good racing game for quite a while now. When Driveclub made its way to PS+, I decided to give it a try. From that point on, it was a 6-week-long journey of non-stop driving. I literally played little to no other stuff, I got extremely hooked. The game really clicked on me to the point that it is now one of my favorite PS4 titles to date and the amount of content it brings putting both the game and its DLC together is staggering. I decided to tackle it all in one sitting, mainly because the difficulty curve in this game is unforgiving, and the DLC picks up at the endgame level of skill required, so a hiatus would've hurt me bad. I loved the challenge posed by some time trials and races, even if it felt at points slightly frustrating (the AI borderlines unrealistic perfection in their driving sometimes). The feeling overall is that of a tough, yet achievable challenge that I thoroughly enjoyed. I hope Evolution keeps investing in this concept, whether through more DLC or a new iteration (or both xD), they have me on board for as long as Driveclub wants to last #69 - Super Time Force Ultra (PS Vita) TIME to go Outside - Earn EVERY Trophy in Super Time Force Ultra .Achieved: October 6th, 2015 .PSNP's RS: Ultra Rare .Difficulty: 6 .Enjoyment: 8 The sole reason this game initially got my attention was because Sony Worldwide Studios' CEO (and coolest person in the world) Shuhei Yoshida was a playable character. From that point on, I decided to give the game a try, and the mechanics can be weird at first. Essentially, you go through levels with timers on it, and by making use of the Time Out mechanic, you can reverse time from the point you trigger it (or die, which auto-triggers it) to any point before that, allowing you to do things faster or zeroing in on areas in which you could've done better. The funniest part is that what your previous runs did remains, resulting in utter madness and chaos after Timing out a few times. Despite the fact that the game has some pretty challenging levels, the gameplay is breakable if you know what you are doing, and as you unlock characters you get OP pretty quickly. Once you get there and understand how the game plays, it's pure fun!! I played it on my Vita because I knew it would feel great and I was right! #70 - Life is Strange What if? - Unlock all other trophies from Life is Strange .Achieved: October 20th, 2015 .PSNP's RS: Ultra Rare .Difficulty: 1 .Enjoyment: 9 At last we have arrived to the conclusion of this amazing story!! I jumped on board back when Episode 1 released and I have been following episodic releases ever since. I don't want to spoil much but, all things considered, this game is a contender for GOTY 2015 (both on my eyes and the critics'). It started off a bit slow but managed to consistently outdo itself with each episode release, handling the pace of the story and the flaws the original episode had wonderfully. I really hope people decide to play the whole thing now that it's all out, but I will add that it won't be as epic and hype-inducing as following all these months has been, watching trailers, getting my jaw to drop and having my mind bursting with theories between episode releases, etc..... The mechanics are fun and smartly implemented into the narrative and the final episode excels particularly at this, providing what I call "the greatest mindfuck this gaming gen has seen thus far" All in all, a really outstanding work of art that is undoubtedly getting a second season, so whoever isn't acquainted with Max Caulfield should do so ASAP!! #71 - Teslagrad Full Completion - Find all 36 scrolls in the game .Achieved: October 20th, 2015 .PSNP's RS: Uncommon .Difficulty: 2 .Enjoyment: 7 I got into this game knowing that it was a very easy and achievable platinum, but I was not expecting such smart puzzles and interesting platforming!! Yes, there is little to do in Teslagrad, but it is fun, and it makes you think as well. Some puzzles were very clever and I barely felt annoyed, excluding a few tricky parts. Dying in one hit allows no room for error, so some tough spots can get annoying after dying a number of times. However, the satisfaction upon clearing the tricky puzzles makes up for that. I am a bit bummed because there is literally no trophy for beating the final boss, but it was fun to do regardless #72 - Broken Age 3.3 - Unlock all Broken Age trophies .Achieved: October 20th, 2015 .PSNP's RS: Very Rare .Difficulty: 2 .Enjoyment: 7 This game started off a bit slow for me and I wasn't quite enjoying it, but soon the story and the difficulty took off and the whole thing got much more enjoyable. Both characters have interesting plots, won't spoil much but the turning point between Act I and II makes for an interesting dynamic. What made this trophy list more enticing was the speedrun trophy, which turned out to be tons of fun! The art direction and voice acting in the game are simply stellar, even if it's a point and click game after all, so gameplay is lacking in variety. Overall the experience was fun #73 - God of War II HD (PS Vita) Trophy of Gaia - Unlock all God of War II trophies .Achieved: October 24th, 2015 .PSNP's RS: Uncommon .Difficulty: 4 .Enjoyment: 8 And I'm back to the franchise whose protagonist screams instead of talking and still manages to sound badass!! The GoW HD Collection was literally my first Vita title (bundled with the console) and while I dealt with the first installment long time ago, this one was still left to play so it was about time! The excitement for me was extra this time because I had never played GoW2 on PS2 or PS3 before. The puzzles were still satisfying, the combat felt great and the mechanics are as usual properly implemented. There is some epicness to these games that really makes you feel like a damn god during the climactic moments. The story is a bit non-existent excluding the overarching plot (things come out of nowhere for no reason, etc...) but the story was good enough to keep me hooked. Trophies were a bit lacking in ambition, I'd say, but the Challenge of the Titans makes the whole list at least a bit challenging (still doable within a reasonable amount of attempts if you know what you are doing). After enjoying this one, I really need to play GoW3 before GoW4 drops (I still have quite a while lol) #74 - Driveclub Bikes Super Biker - Unlock all other trophies .Achieved: November 29th, 2015 .PSNP's RS: Rare .Difficulty: 5 .Enjoyment: 9 I have been very vocal about how Driveclub is one of the best PS4 games in the current picture. Bikes does nothing but strengthening my words. From the moment you start driving, it feels like an entirely different experience. I had to learn how to control the bike from the get go, and the skill gathered with Driveclub Cars was of no use. The bright side is that Driveclub knows how to make its gameplay fun and entertaining, so learning and going through the trophy list was super enjoyable. With more content promised to come in the near future, I can say out loud that the whole Driveclub package is solid in terms of graphics, sound, gameplay, challenge, fun......and the list goes on! Now, I hope they keep pushing content for Bikes and give the Cars a break, I tried driving with a car after mastering the bikes and it was CHAOS #75 - Tales of Symphonia HD Symphonia Master - You have obtained all trophies. You have mastered Symphonia! .Achieved: November 29th, 2015 .PSNP's RS: Ultra Rare .Difficulty: 8 .Enjoyment: 9 When I reached 50 platinums I created a trend accidentally. I chose Tales of Xillia 2 to be my 50th platinum trophy because of the horrid grind I had to go through to get it. Then I found out the first Xillia game was my 25th!! As the plats have rolled in, I decided to give Symphonia the honor of becoming my 75th so that I could have all 3 showing up on my profile's milestones. That day has now arrived! Tales of Symphonia is one of the best JRPGs ever made, that much is fact. You may love it or hate it, but the content, the characterization, art direction, soundtrack, GAMEPLAY are all top-notch. However, a great game gets once again hurt by pointless trophy requirements that force you to go through a game WHOSE CUTSCENES CANNOT BE SKIPPED (this sounds better than it actually feels) FOUR TIMES AT LEAST. Understandably, I ended up learning about 80% of the script by heart Even with the four runs, Symphonia's gameplay is too catchy to bore, so I had tons of fun and cycled through different characters to spice things up, so it was on the whole a great run and one I'm proud of. Answering the obvious question, I don't think I'll give platinum #100 to a tales of game, that's an honor Final Fantasy XV will get if it ever comes out lol With ToS I also had the chance to take part on my very first "Let's play" event and I'm having tons of fun!! I may have aced the trophies, but I'm sticking around until the end of the let's play along with everybody else #76 - Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault/ Q-Force The Collector - Collect all trophies .Achieved: January 9th, 2016 .PSNP's RS: Rare .Difficulty: 2 .Enjoyment: 7 First platinum trophy of the year! Also the first on a barrage of Ratchet & Clank achievements, leading up to the release of the reimagined first game for PS4 in April. Q-Force (the game's subtitle in Europe, so I'll stick to it as European I am) is tons of fun! It is a game that can be done solo or with a partner, but I highly recomment finding I partner, as it makes things both easier and more entertaining. Huge thanks to TheYuriG for teaming up with me for this one, it was a blast! Some unnecessary grinding was a bit annoying but overall acing this game was not even close to challenging. January should bring more platinum greatness so I am excited! #77 - Rogue Galaxy A True Star King - Unlock all trophies .Achieved: January 17th, 2016 .PSNP's RS: Ultra Rare .Difficulty: 4 .Enjoyment: 88 hours of joy I don't even know where to begin with this one!! I have been strongly defending this title's awesomeness for years and seeing it back on PS4 with trophy support, 1080p and all of its content was very very special. This is one of the bunch of incredible JRPGs Level-5 created for the PS2, but release very close to the end of the generation and also struggled against the titanic Final Fantasy XII, which sold a good number of millions of copies. All of that killed the buzz and the sequel potential for the game. Rogue Galaxy's combat, story, characters, exploration and additional content all come together and create a super solid title that I loved once again. Showcasing probably two of the most deep and thorough minigames I've ever seen, the hours of fun this title ensures are well above the ones needed to clear the main game. All in all, it was a huge pleasure for me to go through this hidden gem again #78 - Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One 4 Play - Get all of the trophies in the game .Achieved: January 27th, 2016 .PSNP's RS: Rare .Difficulty: 2 .Enjoyment: 6 My Ratchet & Clank streak continues! This one wouldn't have been half the fun it's been without the amazing companion I had: zajac9999 and I conquered every challenge the game had to offer, and it was a blast! The game itself isn't very interesting story-wise, which is why we would simply talk about stuff xD but gameplay sure is fun. Some areas in the game felt like they hadn't been properly tested, with some gameplay features not working or some camera angles making things not harder, but more annoying. Still, playing through it was fun and it didn't take long at all! #79 - Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time The Lombax Triumphant - Collect all trophies in the game .Achieved: February 1st, 2016 .PSNP's RS: Uncommon .Difficulty: 2 .Enjoyment: 7 My Ratchet & Clank rampage continues, this time with a single-player experience! I have to say that A Crack in Time has easily become my favorite R&C game ever. The gameplay is at its very best, the weapon selection is all filled with personality and usefulness and the game present BY FAR the best storyline in the series. With only Nexus and Deadlocked left to play before April takes me back to the very beginning of one of my favorite duos ever, I think that A Crack in Time will stay on my #1 spot by the time the upcoming PS4 game releases. I have literally no complaints. One of my biggest issues with the franchise (Clank's barebones gameplay mechanics) was solved nicely in this installment, so it was a whole blast, from beginning to end #80 - OlliOlli 2: Welcome to Olliwood Academy Award - Obtain all trophies .Achieved: February 23rd, 2016 .PSNP's RS: Ultra Rare .Difficulty: 8 .Enjoyment: 9 There is a story for this plat lol my friends zajac9999 and TheYuriG were talking about how fun the game was and they got me itchy to play it, so a week ago I started it. I was fully aware of the fact that the platinum has 0.7% rarity but I decided to go for it regardless. I now owe them because this game is awesome!! I always love a game that tests one's skill, and this game does just that! The music was great, the gameplay is catchy, tricky and gives room for madness to unfold before one's eyes. Some of the challenges in this game were pretty tricky, and RAD mode had me sweating every time a landing approached I now have my rarest platinum trophy to date, which is also my 80th! The road to 100 continues and this addition was certainly awesome. The OlliOlli 2 rampage goes on as some other friends of mine have started it too, so I hope they can post their success here when the time comes! #81 - Unravel The Red Thread - Collect all trophies .Achieved: February 24th, 2016 .PSNP's RS: Rare .Difficulty: 3 .Enjoyment: 8 I am so excited about this one, on so many levels!! First of all, I need everyone to understand that you can't go wrong if you choose to play Unravel. It will say something to you, no matter how you are. This game will forever keep a special place in my heart because it's the first title that I have professionally reviewed on the gaming site I work for as Senior Editor (link to the spoiler-free review is on my forum profile, in case you want to read it ^_^) Unravel is a game that moved me more than I expected it to. It's by no means a hard game - it has tricky parts though - or a game with a lot of gameplay depth. Puzzles are cool to solve, even if they get predictable over time. However, the symbolism, the story, the music, the atmosphere, the graphics are all above the expectations I had when I came in. It's a game with a bittersweet meaning that everybody can relate to. It is also a rather easy plat, but if you are doubting whether if getting it or not, please get it (or wait for a sale and then get it, but play it) because it's a beautiful piece of art. #82 - Dragon Quest Heroes Glory Hunter - Awarded for successfully acquiring every trophy .Achieved: February 25th, 2016 .PSNP's RS: Rare .Difficulty: 2 .Enjoyment: 8 If there is one franchise that is getting milked to death at the moment, that is Dragon Quest! However, if the output has this or a greater level of quality, then I'm all for it! Dragon Quest Heroes is tons of fun, and accomplishes its cross-over premise, even if it offers no challenge whatsoever. From the very first battle to the final post-game secret boss, DQH is just easy. I could've used something trickier but I understand that musou games have it tough to deliver a true challenge. The JRPG side of it works just fine: there is grinding, alchemy, levelling, item farming......all in Dragon Quest fashion. The playable roster is healthy enough and switching characters often helps with keeping things entertaining. The game includes a trophy with randomly generated content and it's a pain in the butt; other than that, I had a great time with it and I'll keep an eye on the upcoming DQH II #83 - Gravity Rush Remastered It's all Relative - Collected every trophy. Congratulations! .Achieved: March 6th, 2016 .PSNP's RS: Uncommon .Difficulty: 2 .Enjoyment: 9 What a breath of fresh air! I am so late to the party here, but I have a valid explanation for that. Ever since Gravity Rush was included in PS Plus' lineup, I knew it'd end up taking the leap towards PS4 because (sadly) the Vita was not going to be enough for the buzz the franchise got. So I waited, and my wait made sense, because the game indeed took the leap, and I now enjoyed it on a big screen! I probably approved Kat 15 minutes into the game, such a likeable protagonist! The mechanics are really interesting and the game is fun and engaging all the way through. However, (as usual) it fails to offer a challenging experience. There are tons of missed opportunities with the gameplay mechanics at hand, so I really hope Sony Japan Studio takes Gravity Rush to the next level with the sequel, and offer a full, varied and challenging package. All in all, I loved the game despite its easiness, and I'm now up on the Kat & Dusty hype train! #84 - Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus Pride of Fastoon - Collect every trophy in Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus .Achieved: March 19th, 2016 .PSNP's RS: Uncommon .Difficulty: 1 .Enjoyment: 7 My hype for the upcoming Ratchet & Clank PS4 reimagination is reaching critical levels, so I needed a R&C fix to soothe the wait. Nexus proved to be just perfect for that role. The game is not overly complicated, trophies are straightforward and it isn't too long, so I could enjoy it without much of a time investment (something tricky for me these days xD). Gameplay was responsive as ever, weapons and their upgrades are cool and it was overall a fun experience that has me all set for the arrival of the latest game in the series next month. I will add that this platinum image is my favorite in the series so far #85 - Heavy Rain Remastered Heavy Rain Master - Unlock all trophies .Achieved: March 21st, 2016 .PSNP's RS: Rare .Difficulty: 2 .Enjoyment: 9 This is a game that I had never played before (excluding a demo on PS3) so I came in totally blind. Now I can definitely understand the buzz around David Cage, the story in Heavy Rain is masterful in more ways than one. The pacing is superb, the attention to detail call for a feeling of endless depth to the story's branching. The music is relatively limited in quantity, but not in quality! The PS4 remaster makes it look pretty and the platinum - or the game itself - aren't demanding at all skill-wise, so it's perfect for story focus and immersion. Heavy Rain manages to pull extremely endearing moments and insanely intense ones at will and offers one big compelling plot that hooks you right in. The only downside to it is that they probably could've managed the replaying mechanism in a more efficient way. Going for every ending can be done efficiently if you follow a guide, but if you don't (my case here) you are bound to watch some segments of the game over and over and over again. Other than that, this is one of the best story-driven games I've ever played. I bought it alongside Beyond: Two Souls, so I'll be telling you about that one when I finish it #87 - Grim Fandango Remastered Number Nine Ticket - Get all other trophies in the game .Achieved: March 29th, 2016 .PSNP's RS: Uncommon .Difficulty: 1 (with guide), 8 (without) .Enjoyment: 6 After a really busy period, I can finally find the time to post my latest platinum trophy: Grim Fandango Remastered! I played the game on my PS Vita and loved the punny dialogue and Glottis' voice, so I spent quite a good while smiling and laughing while playing. From the very beginning, I noticed how far-fetched and vague solutions for puzzles are in the game, with a lot of hypothesis-trying and solution-guessing involved. I can see this game causing some headaches back when it originally released. However, we are now in a connected world in which the internet has the answers for everything, so I used a guide whenever I couldn't grasp what to do (more often than not xD). I find interesting how games are not this tricky these days, our brains are growing accustomed to easier, more accessible progress and going back to this and many other classics proves the point. Still, the game was awesome and I'm glad I gave it a try! #90 - Dark Souls III The Dark Soul - Acquire all trophies .Achieved: May 4th, 2016 .PSNP's RS: Very Rare .Difficulty: 8 .Enjoyment: 10 My first Dark Souls journey ended all good! When I jumped into the game I was worried about it being really hard, but as I played through it, I noticed it wasn't so bad. Maybe I felt that way because I played Bloodborne. Point is this game is outstanding. Attention to detail, soundtrack, immersion, everything clicks! I decided to team up with PSNP regular and good friend Mah2c to write a guide for the game that many of you are already using and that makes me very happy! Feel free to give us feedback to make it the best we can With this being platinum #90, the countdown to the big 100 begins! I can already tell you #91 is going to be Ratchet and Clank, and #92 might very well be Uncharted 4, but we'll see in due time! Looks like Final Fantasy XV will arrive just in time to fit the big slot #91 - Ratchet & Clank The Hero of Heroes - Collect every trophy in Ratchet & Clank .Achieved: May 8th, 2016 .PSNP's RS: Uncommon .Difficulty: 2 .Enjoyment: 7 I can't fully express how blown away I was when I first witnessed this game on my TV screen. It looks beautiful on Youtube, yes, but it's even gorgeous when there is no compression involved! Luckily, this game not only looks gorgeous, it also plays smoothly. The weapon roster keeps the fun going and explosions and lots and lots of bolts get tangled on the screen with no fps drop whatsoever. Iconic story moments from the original game are now given more personality through the introduction of new characters that give more depth to everything that unfolds in Ratchet & Clank. It is dead obvious that Insomniac will reimagine the original PS2 trilogy, so I cannot wait to see Going Commando and Up Your Arsenal get this treatment, we are in for some epicness! I am now 9 platinum trophies away from 100, and my excitement keeps getting bigger and bigger, I cannot wait!! #92 - Uncharted 4: A Thief's End One Last Time - Collect all the trophies .Achieved: May 25th, 2016 .PSNP's RS: Rare .Difficulty: 4 (I used in-game modifiers, without them it could be a 6) .Enjoyment: Over 9000 Uncharted games always manage to pull players right in to the point where you find yourself rushing through the game to see what happens next. This happened yet again in Uncharted 4, and the proof is how my collectible hunting performance slowly went down to straight crap during the last 5 chapters - NO TIME FOR EXPLORATION NOW, WHAT'S NEXT!?!? The game is a perfect blend of everything that an action game should have. It is challenging, intense, has epic set pieces, great soundtrack and impecable script and character performance. I could write on it for days, so I'll focus on the trophies. The trophy set is balanced and overarching, with us having to do mostly everything the game has to offer, while also getting a slight taste of the multiplayer modes. I enjoyed most trophies, and they felt like the adequate reward for an epic journey. #93 - Dark Cloud Dungeon Master – Collect all of the other trophies .Achieved: June 2nd, 2016 .PSNP’s RS: Uncommon .Difficulty: 2 .Enjoyment: 8 I remember the first time I played Dark Cloud was on a PS2 demo disc that brought several demos in it. The game enchanted me but I never fully played it until it released on PS4! Going through the whole thing was absolutely enchanting and for the life of me I can’t understand why this cool formula stopped at Dark Cloud 2. I hope the series kicks back into life at some point, the game is great and the trophy set felt satisfying too. #94 - Persona 4: Dancing All Night Dancing all night – Obtained all trophies .Achieved: July 11th, 2016 .PSNP’s RS: Uncommon .Difficulty: 3 .Enjoyment: 7 I had been craving a rhythm game for quite a while when this one got on a sale and I simply couldn’t resist! I loved Persona 4 Golden and it was my entry point in the series so I decided to expand on it and this game is lots of fun! Although the story drags heavily and it pulls some undesirable tricks like block structure (certain segments repeating themselves pattern-wise), the gameplay is super catchy and it can range from really easy to insanely hard! In terms of trophies, not much difficulty is demanded so it’s a fairly easy set. #95 - Tales of Zestiria Master of Zestiria – This is proof that you’ve obtained all trophies. We’re thrilled you like the game so much, and we hope to meet you again in future titles! .Achieved: July 11th, 2016 .PSNP’s RS: Ultra Rare .Difficulty: 7 .Enjoyment: 8 When I jumped into this Tales of (quite later after release than usual for me and Tales games) I wasn’t ready for the heavenly soundtrack that was ahead of me, easily best OST in the series! Other than that, the trophy set is long, tedious, grindy and demands some skill at parts but I prevailed through it all and the whole journey was not bad a all! #96 – Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair Hope's Last Reward - Earned every other trophy in the game .Achieved: July 26th, 2016 .PSNP’s RS: Rare .Difficulty: 2 .Enjoyment: 8 Despair hit me a second time and it was even better! Danganronpa 2 improves on the first game on almost everything, calling for a great experience, even though the grinding of some trophies is pretty tedious. It was a super fun experience regardless and a relatively simple trophy set, with not a crazy or super annoying requirement. #97 – I am Setsuna A Tale from a Land of Snow - Obtained all trophies .Achieved: July 27th, 2016 .PSNP’s RS: Rare .Difficulty: 4 .Enjoyment: 10 Here you have one of my GOTY 2016 contenders. This game tells such an enchanting tale in such a simple yet breathtaking way that I could do nothing by feel the greatest joy as I went through it. If you like old-school JRPG’s you will love this one, with less hand-holding for the player but still easy and manageable. Combat is great, characters are relatable and varied and the visuals are gorgeous, even if a bit monotonous due to context. #98 - Everybody's Gone to the Rapture This Pattern is Mine - You got them all. You got them all. .Achieved: July 30th, 2016 .PSNP’s RS: Uncommon .Difficulty: 1 .Enjoyment: 6 A very minimalistic experience filled with conveyance through subtle things. A whole plot unfolds before the player as we see the reflections of what once happened and listen to people affected by the events in the story. A masterful orchestral arrangement of tracks tops quite a solid story-driven experience that could use more flesh in its gameplay department, other than simply abusing collectibles. #99 - The Order 1886 The Grail - Collect all trophies .Achieved: August 1st, 2016 .PSNP’s RS: Uncommon .Difficulty: 3 .Enjoyment: 7 Quite a cinematic experience this one was! Arguably the best looking PS4 game to date, with maybe just a bit too much of a focus on visuals, which led to uninspiring, clichéd and unfleshed gameplay. However, I enjoyed it for what it is: a story-driven game with gameplay segments, rather than a gameplay-driven game with a storyline. The focus on walking segments and the amount of cutscenes, including whole chapters, proves the point that the #1 priority in The Order was always the story and, for a change, I’m glad that was the case! #100 - Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance Vengeance Complete - Obtain all other trophies. Congratulations on getting all the trophies! .Achieved: August 19th, 2016 .PSNP’s RS: Very Rare .Difficulty: 6 .Enjoyment: 9 And here’s the big one! Platinum #100 was meant to be Final Fantasy XV, but I made it to mid-August with 99 and then the delay was announced, so I decided not to wait it out and to make Disgaea, another of my favorite franchises, get the honor. This was my 3rd Disgaea platinum for a mainline title in a row (D3, D4, D5). This game was a pleasure to play, and I was quite shocked because it made it to becoming the best SRPG in gaming history so far. The amount of depth, calculation, attention to detail, gameplay variables and content variety are all staggering. I poured less time in this one (about 90 hours) because, with the aim of making the franchise reach a wider market, they made the game quite more accesible, shortening some grinding procedures massively. Anyhow, I enjoyed every bit of it and I hope there’s a D6 I can plat in the future! 101-150 #101 - The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Platinum Trophy - Collect all other 50 trophies for this trophy .Achieved: August 23rd, 2016 .PSNP’s RS: Rare .Difficulty: 3 .Enjoyment: 7 This one was LOOOOONG overdue! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I finally took it not only to platinum, but also to 100% completion, acing all 3 DLCs and surviving a plethora of game-breaking or trophy-locking bugs and hours and hours of loading screens. Seriously, this game is great just as much as it is broken and a chore to play through in 2016. At least I got it done, and it’s a great addition to my collection! #102 - Final Fantasy VII Gaia's Guardian - Obtain all trophies .Achieved: September 25th, 2016 .PSNP’s RS: Uncommon .Difficulty: 3 .Enjoyment: 9 Everyone who knows me also knows FFVII isn’t in my Top 5 Final Fantasy games and also knows it wasn’t as crazy for me as it was for most people. The main reason behind it is that, for many, it was the first full-blown JRPG and that caused an impact. However, I had already played Tales of Phantasia by the time I got my hands on this one so the shock wasn’t really there. That been said, it is always a pleasure to relive such a masterful game. Everything clicks to offer a great experience and trophies make it all the more exciting! I enjoyed getting everything the game has to offer and becoming Gaia’s guardian #103 - God of War III Remastered King of the Hill - Unlock all trophies .Achieved: October 5th, 2016 .PSNP’s RS: Uncommon .Difficulty: 4 .Enjoyment: 7 Following the reveal of a new GoW game happening at E3 this year, I decided to get up to speed with the franchise. It wasn’t until September, though, that I caught the game on a sale, so I decided to get it and go through it and it was quite the ride! I loved it even if it felt a bit samey compared to the previous ones. God of War’s trick to impress is basically making things larger and gorier lol luckily, the new in the works seems to have other aces up its sleeve. Trophies-wise, the game is pretty straightforward and trophies didn’t pose a challenge at all. #104 - Rayman Legends Legendary - Win all trophies in the game .Achieved: December 1st, 2016 .PSNP’s RS: Very Rare .Difficulty: 7 .Enjoyment: 9 This one was crazy! I had been told that the grind for this game was insufferable, but heck, I HAD A BLAST! Once I dealt with everything having to do with the main game, I would play a bit every day to score in challenges and slowly rack up points. Over time, I got extremely good at one kind and would mostly attain only Diamong cups there so my grind was eventually ¼ of what it should have taken. Certainly a fun, catchy game that also improved my reflexes forever #105 - Rise of the Tomb Raider Platinum - You unlocked every trophy in the game .Achieved: December 27th, 2016 .PSNP's RS: Very Rare .Difficulty: 4 .Enjoyment: 7 At long last, I got this one done! I jumped into RotTR without expecting the amount of content it actually has, from game modes to DLC additions. I may have hit platinum, but some of the DLC trophies are still unearned so there's work to do! When it comes to the base game, RotTR takes a step up above its predecessor in every way, and gives PSOne TR vibes if played without any in-game assistance. I deactivated Survival Instinct and objective markers to enhance exploration and it worked wonders. That, together with Survivor difficulty made for a well-rounded experience! Some Score Attack levels were a bit annoying but other than that, I had a blast #106 – World of Final Fantasy True Grymoirian - Obtained every trophy. .Achieved: January 24th, 2017 .PSNP’s RS: Rare .Difficulty: 3 .Enjoyment: 8 I am so happy about this one! Back in October I bought this game at launch and I fell in love with it instantly, but about 2 weeks after that I got my PS4 Pro and the game looked blurry in it so I had to put it on hold until they fixed it. Everything in this game exceeded my expectations: the gameplay, the depth, the art direction, THE MUSIC……it’s all there! I’m really glad I gave it a shot and I hope the formula gets further explored because I see great potential! It could have used some greater degree of challenge and the leveling curve gets a tad steeper than it should during the last 20 levels but I still had a blast from the beginning until the clock struck platinum, 80 hours in #107 – Thumper All S Rank – Get S Rank on all levels .Achieved: January 28th, 2017 .PSNP’s RS: Ultra Rare .Difficulty: 8 .Enjoyment: 9 I was craving a difficult game, something that could test my gaming skills to a degree. That’s when I found out about this one and decided to give it a go…….I must admit it gave me exactly what I needed. First and foremost, if by any chance you are not good at rhythm games, do yourself a favor and don’t play this game On the contrary, if you have a knack for them or if you simply enjoy them, this will be your cup of tea. The concept behind it is intense rhythm with an undertone of horror. Backgrounds will twist and turn with different distractions to keep your eyes away from where they should be. Music will make you feel threatened all the way and the learning curve is not a curve, but a series of significant difficulty leaps that can be off-putting at first but which become satisfying as you overcome them. I am really glad I got it done because I’m adding quite a rare platinum trophy to my collection, and I totally recommend it if you are looking for something both intense and complicated! #108 – The Witness Platinum – Get every trophy. .Achieved: February 8th, 2017 .PSNP’s RS: Rare .Difficulty: 7 (No guide) .Enjoyment: 8 Ever since this games came out, I was beyond ready to put my brain to the test. I wasn’t, though, ready to pay 40 bucks for it, so I diligently waited for a sale. The game was every bit as good as I envisioned it, with puzzles starting out slow and then becoming increasingly intricate. When different patterns and mechanics got tangled up, I spent up to several minutes trying to decipher the solution for some of the puzzles. Luckily, my brain always prevailed. When I started playing The Witness, I took it as a personal challenge to go all the way from zero to platinum without using a guide. I can happily report that I succeeded (taking 3 hours to do the last part but I DID IT). Now, what makes me the proudest is The Challenge, which is a series of 15 puzzles that must be solved during the time a music box plays (6.5 minutes) and each run has randomly generated puzzles. Among the hazards, there’s a maze, fake puzzles which lead to no solution and cylindrical puzzles that can be hard to visualize. Getting that done (in the nick of time!) made me feel really proud of my brain and of this platinum! Quite a shame that there used to be a glitch that made it much easier, otherwise this plat would be quite a lot rarer #109 - Final Fantasy XV The World Wanderer - Collected all trophies .Achieved: March 5th, 2017 .PSNP's RS: Uncommon .Difficulty: 3 .Enjoyment: 10 At long last, I have reclaimed the throne! The story with this one goes a way back. It was initially going to be my 100th platinum trophy but its delay to November when I already had 99 plats made me give that title to another game. Now, it becomes my 109th and I'm just as proud of it! Final Fantasy XV has exceeded all of my gameplay and musical expectations with excelling performance on both fields. The plot is somewhat unfleshed but still enjoyable and the content in the world of Eos doesn't seem to end. The trophy set in itself isn't quite demanding but the challenges outside the trophy requirements are quite something and I'll still dig through some of them, as playing FFXV is pure entertainment for me. My 90-hour journey has now come to a trophy end, but the party continues! #110 - Horizon Zero Dawn All trophies obtained - Obtain all Horizon Zero Dawn trophies .Achieved: March 23rd, 2017 .PSNP's RS: Uncommon .PSN's RS: Ultra Rare .Difficulty: 5 (played on Very Hard mode) .Enjoyment: 9 I was a tiny bit curious to see how Guerrilla were going to handle themselves in such new ground for them, and I must say they surpassed everything I had envisioned for their first open world adventure game! The world in Horizon Zero Dawn is packed to the brim with things to see, find and do, to the point that it was not boring, not even once in 43 hours! Machines are ferocious and highly aggressive and I died quite a number of times because of charging in unprepared. Ashly Burch did a wonderful job at voicing Aloy and the character is one of my favorite new IP protagonists in years so I'm expecting great things from her going forward. Whether now or later this year, you should all experience this title! #111 - Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance HD Dream Drop Distance Master - Obtain all trophies .Achieved: March 31st, 2017 .PSNP's RS: Very Rare .Difficulty: 3 .Enjoyment: 7 I am so happy about this one! I'll give you all some context: those who have seen me post around here know that I've been stressed over the fact that Persona 5 is going to take my whole life away from me in a matter of days, so some weeks ago I decided to gun for the plats of both Horizon Zero Dawn and KH DDD HD with the challenge of getting them done before Persona 5's launch. Needless to say, I have succeeded and with time to spare so I'm thrilled! The grind in and of itself wasn't a pain at all, as I already did everything on my 3DS way back when. The gameplay in this game can be easily exploited to essentially make the game shamefully easy on Proud or Critical if you know what you're doing so I didn't really break a sweat challenge-wise. The cuteness in the game was my biggest threat as I was taking pictures of my cute Dream Eaters the whole time and I couldn't focus on the trophies! With this, I have surmounted every single Kingdom Hearts trophy in existence, proving my love for this series and now gathering full 100% completion in a total of 8 Kingdom Hearts titles #112 - Persona 5 Legendary Phantom Thief - Earn all trophies .Achieved: May 12th, 2017 .PSNP's RS: Ultra Rare .Difficulty: 3 .Enjoyment: 9 Persona 4 Golden was one of the biggest gaming surprises I have ever faced, so I made sure I was ready to be blown away this time around. Even so, Persona 5 manages to impress whoever has the dedication to go through its excruciatingly long story, definitely a journey worth seeing through! I planned things perfectly this time around and got 70% of the trophy set in my first run, mixing Normal and Hard difficulty to enjoy some challenge without compromising the fun. Once NG+ started, I went for Easy mode, as all I had to do was work on Confidants and Requests. At the end of my NG+ run, I noticed I had made the fatal mistake of missing on one request. Luckily, as a prepared man, I had a myriad of saves, so I simply went back to one and fixed the problem. My total time clocked at 200 hours and I have no regrets. Persona 5 is a game worth every second of your time, a delight for JRPG fans and a proud platinum to conquer! #113 - Mirror's Edge Catalyst The Few. The Elite - Unlock all Mirror's Edge Catalyst trophies .Achieved: May 18th, 2017 .PSNP's RS: Rare .Difficulty: -3 .Enjoyment: 4 I have been procrastinating this one for the longest time, bought it months ago but never found the time or gave it the priority, until now! Mirror's Edge Catalyst is my first venture into Faith and the world around her. I must say I wasn't very pleased altogether. Don't get me wrong: the running and dashing is fun, which is basically this game's prime focus. However, after having played exquisite narratives with deep characters and a great script, this one ranks as a shallow, uninspired story with a forgettable crew that too loudly screams "IP settlement". We will likely get a 10x better sequel a few years from now (look into Watch Dogs for an exact same example). My biggest grudge, though, is how excruciatingly easy everything is! No complications, everything can be figured out within a couple of attempts, the combat is simplistic and highly exploitable as long as there's a wall next to you, which ALWAYS happens. As you all know, I always have fun with my gaming and I enjoyed my time with Mirror's Edge but the sad truth is that I'll have forgotten all about it 3 weeks from now #114 - Tearaway Unfolded Perfectionist - Collect all the other trophies .Achieved: May 22nd, 2017 .PSNP's RS: Very Rare .Difficulty: 2 .Enjoyment: 5 I played Tearaway on PS Vita and I was charmed by it even despite the annoyance of some of the controls. Tearaway Unfolded is like a grown-up version of its Vita counterpart, and it's grown up beautifully! The game continues to be highly adorable and the cuteness is sometimes too much to handle. However, it also continues to be easy to the point it's not as enjoyable as it could be. Still, it's a beautiful, unique, creative and adorable game and I am glad I went through it. #115 - Tekken 7 I'll get everything back! - Acquired all trophies .Achieved: June 8th, 2017 .PSNP's RS: Uncommon .Difficulty: 0 .Enjoyment: 9 After years of waiting, one of my favorite fighting franchises saw its return and in quite the triumphant way! Tekken 7 is everything I hoped for and additional content will make it even cooler. The trophy set itself is one of the easiest, simplest I have done all year and the one reason why this didn't take mere hours was that Ranked Matches were iffy and I couldn't get one to work until they patched the game today, which locked me out of one last trophy. Tekken is a series in which I always put a bunch of hours so now I'll continue to play post-platinum, while working on trophies for other games. It'll be giving me fun for the rest of this year at least and I'm excited about it all! If you are dubious about it, do not hesitate and get this game: the trophies won't hurt your completion AT ALL and button-mashing can get you through it if you end up not enjoying it, but I'm pretty sure you'll fall right into the Iron Fist Tournament's funhouse #116 - Crash Bandicoot The N. Trepid Crash Bandicoot! - Collect all the Crash Bandicoot trophies. .Achieved: July 6th, 2017 .PSNP's RS: Very Rare .Difficulty: 6 .Enjoyment: 8 Crash Bandicoot is my childhood, something many gamers can say today. The first game, though, is one that caught me too young and I never owned it myself, but played it from a friend who was older. I certainly didn't remember it was capable of provide such a challenge! I was refreshingly surprised by how NOT EASY this first game is. In a world in which games are more and more accessible, with hand-holding and other shenanigans becoming a staple, the raw, "you're on your own" challenge in this game was more than welcome. My learning curve went from struggling quite a bit to downright pulling something of the likes of what you can see in the video below, proving games don't have to be easy to be immensely entertaining. Platformers gain appeal if they push the player's skill, and Crash Bandicoot has done a very good job at just that, so I can't wait to dive into the other two games! #117 - Crash Bandicoot 2 - Cortex Strikes Back The N. Credible Crash Bandicoot! - Collect all the Crash Bandicoot 2 - Cortex Strikes Back trophies. .Achieved: July 9th, 2017 .PSNP's RS: Ultra Rare .Difficulty: 4 .Enjoyment: 8 After acing the first Crash Bandicoot game with decent challenge and a very satisfying learning curve, I came into this one with no pause whatsoever and I must say the difficulty dropped down big time! Crash 2 obviously came out later and it has more polish to it than the first game. Gameplay is more refined and the learning curve is actually a curve and not a series of spikes. Relic runs were pushy because the running boots call for more demanding times and longer levels mean more hazards and more things to overcome without dying but it was all the same good fun that I remember from my childhood. I am more and more glad these games came back and I have saved for last my absolute fondest Crash game, so imagine how giddy I am HOWEVER, Final Fantasy XII - The Zodiac Age is coming out tomorrow and my soul shall be ABSORBED by it so my run of Crash 3 Warped will have to wait a bit! 118 - Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age Champion of Ivalice - Collected all other trophies .Achieved: August 7th, 2017 .PSNP's RS: Ultra Rare .Difficulty: 2 .Enjoyment: one of the best games I have ever played. Whooo sit tight, this one is going to be long. 11 years ago, I saw Final Fantasy XII in the pages of a videogames magazine, I was 13. The game came out far away from my birthday, but my brother's birthday was mighty close so I literally shoehorned the game into his very existence to the point that, out of exhaustion, the poor guy asked for it and thanks to that I got to play it sooner than I expected to. I saw something, right from the start, that made me feel like I had to play it. And predictably so, I was immensely touched by it. Admittedly, my 13-year-old self did not pay a lot of attention to the story because it was politics and I found those terribly boring. I fell in love with the system, the locations, the music, the atmosphere, basically everything minus the game's plot, which I even got to forget with the years. In 2013, Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster came out and it was a critical and commercial success. From that point (and possibly even before), my focus was on asking "will Final Fantasy XII come next in the remastering trend?". And so it began: I started to literally beg for a remaster of the game that touched me so much when I was a teenager. I wanted to relive it with the touch of adulthood and maturity I now hold. I remember the day it was announced. My Twitter friends all knew about my interest in it so they all told me about it but I was teaching, and in the middle of a lesson, I caught a glimpse of it. I literally couldn't contain myself! I smiled and giggled like a kid and my students gave me the odd look, to which I replied that I had simply "received very good news." From that point on, I blacked myself out of any footage or information until July 11, when I set up on my journey across Ivalice one more time. And it was just as beautiful, charming, mysterious, perilous and diverse as it ever was. On top of that, I now had the chance to enjoy the story and even be moved by some of the themes showcased in it. It is still not the most engaging plot of all time, but it works. The game is easier than it was on its PS2 release and the speed-ups make it much more accessible too. Trophies are not difficult by any standards and if you rush through it all you can be done rather quickly. I obviously did not, and still the 135 hours I spent in Ivalice felt short. I will come back from time to time, as I feel right at home when I play Final Fantasy XII, and now it looks more gorgeous than ever. Sorry for the length, this one hits me right on the spot! I am now switching gears from reviving an already tried triumph to jumping into 100% uncharted lands, the lands of NieR! Wish me luck! 151-200 100%'s Flower (PS3) One of those experiences that you simply can't forget. A beautiful, laid-back adventure that proves that we don't need to be at the edge of our seats to enjoy gaming. Colorful, expressive and satisfying to play. Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days HD I cried to this game on my DS back when I first played it. Telling a story that wanders into the depths of existence and the powerlessness of who's not meant to be, the game stuck in my head for some time after playing it. Watching its story told through HD cutscenes wasn't as involved, but it was just as touching. Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons Another heart-touching story, that shows us the power a good big brother can bestow upon his little brother in terms of values, confidence, strength and will. Controlling each brother with one analog stick was a neat way of providing unique gameplay for this beautiful journey. Welcome Park Nothing much to say about this one, a nice introduction to the PS Vita's different touch and camera functions. Some challenges managed to be too annoying for a tutorial though. Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded HD KH 2.5 HD brought another title told through cutscenes, and despite the fact that this one is less relevant than 358/2 Days, it still got some major work done and had a wide display of cutscenes to tell its story. Watching it all in one sitting made it feel like a movie and some battling was included within cutscenes to make them feel more flowing, so it was entertaining to watch. Never Alone A really beautiful game, that dwells into the values of love for nature and for every creature around us humans, and companionship. I must admit that its gameplay is flawed, and for a game that has a strong base on jumping mechanics, the jumping itself is pretty awkward. The AI sometimes messes up too, but the overall feeling of the game is a good one. I need to play more little adventures like this one! A King's Tale: Final Fantasy XV Despite it being a small game serving as a pre-order bonus, there is more depth than you would expect in it! Each enemy has a particular approach for max efficiency and the challenges are moderately intricate. It is predictably short but I had a good time throughout! Kingdom Hearts 0.2 Birth by Sleep - A Fragmentary Passage Kingdom Hearts 0.2 was included in 2.8 to give us a taste of the Kingdom Shader, new visual aspect for the KH series that will be fully showcased by KH3 when it releases sometime next year. Kingdom Hearts has never looked this good! Fluid movement, combat and animations from both enemies and Aqua, all surrounded by wonderful visuals, colorful effects and spells and little touches that make KH look more Disney than ever. I for one welcome the change and I now can't wait for KH3 to bless us all Yearly Goals Goals For 2015 -PSN Level: 23-32% [Goal Accomplished] -Platinum Count: 75 [Goal Accomplished] -Country Leaderboard Ranking: #1113 [Goal Accomplished] -World Leaderboard Ranking: #28,575 [Goal Accomplished] -Completion Rate: > 82% [Goal Accomplished] -Average Rarity: < 50% [Goal Accomplished] Goals For 2016 -PSN Level: 27-00% (Currently 28-01%) [Goal Accomplished] -Platinum Count: 100 (Currently 104) [Goal Accomplished] -World Leaderboard Ranking: #18,000 (Currently #17,801) [Goal Accomplished] -Country Leaderboard Ranking: #700 (Currently #671) [Goal Accomplished] -Completion Rate: > 92% (Peak at 92.30% - Currently 90.83%) [Goal Accomplished] Goals For 2017 -PSN Level: 32-00% (Currently 29-76%) -Platinum Count: 130 (Currently 118) -World Leaderboard Ranking: #9,000 (Currently 15,578) -Country Leaderboard Ranking: #350 (Currently 539) -Completion Rate: Peak at > 93% (Peak at 92.30% - Currently 91.29%) Edited August 7, 2017 by Omar

Shana Alter
Nice list but I'd have to disagree with your opinions on DmC and Soul Calibur V both for different reasons otherwise really good list and I'd recommend playing some harder fighters and the DMC HD trilogy personally especially if you found enjoyment from DmC. If you want my opinion: DmC: This game was just an insult to the original 4 games and the attitude that Ninja Theory had with the original fans was also appalling not to mention any legitimate complaint that went and made it into an arguemnt over Dante's hair colour despite complaints such as difficulty or lack of, style system was broken spam axe for SSS, glitch filled, infinite air combos with no skill, ack of lock-on, lack of enemy aggression and I can go on but the characters and plot themselves were just as bad as the gameplay faults in my opinion. Soul Calibur V: The character point you made is spot-on but all characters also had less moves than in III and IV, guard impacts were made pretty useless and instant blocks if performed well are game breaking, the difficulty wasn't high it was rather lacklustre honestly. The character creator was the game's only good point but just like with IV I have to wonder why they changed the upper-wear editing from III as it allowed more customisation. I also missed Seong-Mina, Cassandra, Taki and Talim, the story mode was pretty horrible it felt like poor fanfiction and Siegfried was pretty bad compared to how he was in previous games.

Thanks for stopping by and for giving your two cents. I agree with most of the points you made, I didn't want to go much into detail to avoid extending myself way too much when describing the plats, but the issues you mentioned were definitely there. My thing with DmC is that I played the game LONG after it released, so I missed the whole anger and buzz against it. I have played the first 4 DMC's as I love the series, but I approached this game with optimism, trying not to compare it to previous ones (kinda had the hunch that the game wouldn't be further explored, and it won't be lol) so I had fun playing it and now I can slowly forget (the SSS thing you said is absolutely accurate lol) When it comes to SCV, I am a huge fan of the series, and my biggest issue was with the roster being totally murdered. A character popularity poll is currently being held by Bandai Namco on the SC Facebook page (probably for SCVI, as they say they're planning something huge) and all the classics are winning, Talim has the lead. SCV characters are all sinking at the bottom. No shocker lol I had fun with the gameplay though, even though making GIs spend meter was a bad move. The combat for me was better than IV's, which felt awkward to me, but I guess that's just how each player sees it. And the story mode was basically forgettable and lazy. The budget issues and cut-offs the game had clearly show. Thank you again for sharing your opinion, I actually encourage everyone to pour their thoughts on my plats here, I'm always up to some cool gaming discussion
Floriiss
Nice list Omar! You got some awesome plats. Glad there are more people out there that think FFXIII was awesome! Can't believe how many times I've read negative things about XIII. Personally, FFXIII is one of my favorite games of all time. The fact that you rated FFX: Transcends numbers makes me really curious. Still got FFX on my backlog and I'm really looking forward to play it anytime soon. If you had to compare FFX with FFXIII which one was in your opinion the best?

I think XIII was amazing, and told one of the best stories in the series and in the JRPG genre. The whole negative feedback spins around one flaw dramatically exaggerated, but I respect everyone's opinion FFX is a special game for me for reasons outside of gaming, so there is really no contest here: I think FFX is better than XIII. I can easily put hours and hours into it time after time (completed it 6 times on PS2, once on PS3) and never get bored, the game has something that makes me happy and I treasure it Thank you for stopping by, you're always welcome and you'll have news from me soon enough, I need some of your talent presenting this plateau
