Surprisingly, this statement is actually untrue. Believe it or not, football is bigger than cricket in the UK! Cricket is however, bigger in what's colloquially known as 'the subcontinent": India, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. I'd also try to avoid getting blasted with that white, solid cricket ball on the face after receiving a powerful impact from the cricket bat (or whatever they call it). ?
